Hey guys, my name is unique. Welcome back to another video, i just wanted to share a few tips on how to grow low natural hair, long perm, tear long whatever hair you have on your head. Currently i have a curly perm and my hair is in a ponytail. If you want to know more about that. Go look at my curly prime video, so you can see my process and everything that was done, but i just want to share advice and things that i'm trying currently to keep my hair long and flourishing and healthy, so just kind of maintain that length so that It doesn't, you know, break off and all that stuff one of my videos blew up showing my journey to wasteland natural hair. I had a lot of questions under that video, so i just want to start sharing some more tips for you guys and you know helping you and your hair dirty process. These things that i'm sharing with y'all is something that i just want to incorporate more into. My hair routine, my perm tear routine, especially i'm not going to make this video too long. It was just kind of three tips that i had at the top of my head and i'm gon na have more videos later get going more in depth. On my specific previous hair growth journey over the past few years and what i did step by step and how i grew a waistline natural hair and the first tip is investing in maybe like a hair growth, serum or just something to keep your hair growing and Flourishing, i tried like biotin and hair skin and nail pills when i was natural and i think those helped a little bit. They especially helped my nails. I noticed my nails were growing like weeds. I have a hair growth stamp for you guys today that i want to show you. I never really got around to trying hair growth, serums or anything like that. I didn't really know which ones you know to choose, which ones were actually good, which ones helped which ones didn't so today i was actually sent a hair grow serum that i'm really excited to try out and see if it works. This hair growth serum is by fine leaf designs. This is what it comes in a little bottle like this root treatment, serum for intense growth. The ingredients include biotin, which is good. Like i said, i was taking biotin pills when i was natural, so some of the ingredients to note biofan has aloe vitamin d lavender vitamin e, all that good stuff. So i'm really excited to try this. The serum contains antioxidants and nutrient dense properties and is supposed to stimulate hair growth and increase circulation, and the cool thing about this serum is you're supposed to see quick results. So i should be seeing results pretty quickly and letting you guys know if my hair has felt any different from this for anybody that is interested in trying a hair growth serum if you've never tried. One you've tried everything else and you're like well. Now i want to try something else. I should just maybe try: hair growth, serum or some biotin pills see if those work for you. I will leave the information about this hair growth serum in the description box, for anybody that wants to try it. I will definitely be using this and i will keep you all updated on my journey with this and see how it works and if i like it, so that's the first thing i tend to do more. You know trying different products, hair growth, serums, etc. That was tip number one. The second thing that you can do and that i intend to do more, is massaging my scalp massaging. Your scalp can increase circulation. It'S really good for your hair, gets all the blood flowing and gets all those oils mixed in, and i feel like that. Definitely can help you grow longer hair and you will definitely see results over time. I don't know if you guys remember the inversion method, but that was basically what it was like for a week or something like that. It was a few years ago. It was all over instagram it just kind of blew up. You would heat up some oil flip. Your head over massage your scalp for like two minutes or something like that. I don't really. I don't remember the specific details. If you want to go look at the inversion method, you can i'm sure, there's tons of videos still on youtube. I did that flipped my hair over massage my scalp for a few minutes, and i did that every single day for a week it was hard. I skipped some days. Sometimes. Oh, that's what it was. You flipped your hair over. You left your head flipped over for like a minute or two. So all the blood just came like rushing to your head and kind of made. You dizzy a little bit, so you have to come up real slow after and you just kind of massage your scalp upside down and a lot of people actually saw growth. With that i mean i know i did for like those two weeks. I know that definitely made a difference and you can see videos on youtube where people showing their before and after just from doing that for like a week or two, and it would be like an inch two inch. So some people i feel like we're lying. But me i wasn't lying, like i really saw y'all saw my pictures. I really saw like a difference when i went to spain and i did that like it was crazy. So i stopped doing it because it was like a lot of work, but just not doing that whole process, but just kind of like making sure to massage my scalp and you know, increase that circulation and get the blood flowing. So that's that's. The second thing i want to do more, which is what i did in the past, and i haven't done in a long time - tip number three. The third thing for you guys, and that i want to do more as well, which i kind of been doing this for a while, is just leaving your hair alone. Like specifically, for me, my new goal to leave my hair alone is just to stop touching these hairs in the back of my head. Y'All have such a bad habit of doing it. I will pull on it and pull on it and pull on it too. It breaks off like i've, been doing that for years now, it's just like a really bad, like habit, and so annoying specifically when i'm like, studying or thinking hard. It'S like the weirdest thing ever like you know doing something intense, not even intense, sometimes i'm just chilling, but i would literally just like twirl the hairs in the back of my head around my finger and just like tug on it. Pull it just play with it and then that's why the hair on my in the back of my head is shorter than the rest of my hair and it's just like short little pieces, and i know some people. I know some of y'all know what i'm talking about. I know some of y'all experience the same thing, so that is my goal. Just to stop touching your hair protective styling just leave your hair alone just leave it alone, leave it alone, but yeah. I protect this style for a really long time. I like to wear my weaves, my braids, and all that for you, you know giving your hair a break, leaving it alone, maybe something else you know maybe doing twist outs and all that stuff whatever. That means to you try it. I know some people are like you, don't need your hair to be any longer like your hair is already long. No, i want my hair to be longer like i want it to be. My hair is is waist length, but i want it to be like a little bit past it. You know what i'm saying like. I want to be full waistline after trim and everything i am on this hair growth journey with y'all as well, and i will keep y'all updated, make more videos about hair growth tips. Everything that i did in the past, everything i'm gon na - do in the future, and all that please try these. Let me know what y'all think about these tips include any other tips that you have include any questions that you have. These are three things that i want to do more in 2021 and that i want to incorporate into my routines, don't forget to check out the link in my description box for the hair growth serum yeah. That'S all i want to share today. Thank you for watching this video stay tuned for more tips and i'll see you on the next one, bye, guys
