You want a head grow, video Hodgins. May the head grow video, I'm not making another hint growth, video that one about sleep, alright, yo, what's poppin YouTube? Is king burger coming back at you again with another video today we talking about something real, real brand, new, a new concept that I want to introduce to you guys to help you your head growth. Ok, so we've all heard a woofing right. You know the thing that 360 wave was doing when they want to improve their ways. They basically grow their hair or let their hair grow thicker and then they brush a lot so improves their waves and that's called Whoopie. So now I think it's time for us. Curly, hair people us long-haired people to have our type of woofing our term for what would be woofing, but it's not really woofing, because we don't have waves. This is my really excluse. Some of you guys. This is more for the intermediate to expert level hair growers out dae-jung, Sandler you've. You just started your journey two months ago. This video may not be for you, you know saying, but this method will be something that you will want to keep your eye on. So once your hair gets that link, you can use it to get your hair even longer to the next stage of what we got going on right. Let'S get into it. I saw the name of this new hair growth method. It'S called Mickey alright, making Mickey Mickey Mickey Mickey. I know you thinking like yo King bro, that's a pretty weird name right! So if you guessed it, then you guess right. This term comes from the one. The only Meek, Mill. Alright. If we see from this picture right here, McNew did not care at all about how his braids were looking okay. This was when he was freestyling back at the park, someone in Philadelphia, but he did not care at all how his hair look we're gon na use. This method that he was using right here to grow our hair faster because I believe it will grow all of our hair faster. If you got hair long enough to get braids two strand twists, especially right now away in quarantine, you really going to see people or you shouldn't - be going to see people, so you don't have to be the most presentable. So making will be the perfect thing to do in this time and if you're slow - and you still don't understand, quite what I mean when I say Miki - I basically mean getting braids twist, whatever it may be, and keeping it in over an extended period of time. Longer than you normally would, under normal circumstances, all to help your hair growth. Let me explain if you ever seen somebody making for a very long time. I want you to comment down below leaking. Have you ever been leaking before? I want you to comment below Miki Miki. I should see just meeting down in the comments. Let it rot. This concept is not a new concept at all. People have been doing this for a very long time, especially women. If you ever seen a woman get, you know like box, braids or something long type of braids and keep him in for months. She'S technically leaking because she's utilizing protective style and holding it in over the extended period of time in the hopes of having her hair grow. Now for us, we don't normally well for men at least we don't generally rock with the whole fake hair thing. If you do that's, you know kudos to you, but I'm not I'm saying we don't really have the luxury of having that protective style with fake hair to make our hair look better as we're making you just kind of see we were making yeah. I'M saying, like you see me, I keep the same for another. You know a couple days. I'M gon na be making myself yeah, I'm saying because my braids gon na start getting frizzy in the back. They'Ve already started getting frizzy themselves but understand the concept making is gon na, be keeping your hair in a protective style for a long long long time. Okay. Now this helps your hair grow because for one me, a heads up in a protective style, it stays moisturize for a lot longer to when it's in a protective style. It'S very hard for you to be playing with your curls. You can't be doing lean chicks every day in the mirror, like I know, some of you guys do also there's an old folktale that has some type of science, some type of truth to it, that getting your hair braided or getting your hair twisted. That small amount of tension on your head actually helps the blood flow to your scalp and it helps your hair grow faster. If you understand anything about what I've ever said about hair growth on this channel, it's all related to blood. So this is one of the small ways that it helps blood flow grow to go to your scalp and it helps your hair growth. Now, how do I meet properly? Is there any you know? Do I just go, get my hair braided and then just you know, let it chill right there. No, that's, not what you wanna do little Johnny. That is not what you're trying to do when you give me key all right, there's a right way to do me and there's a wrong way to do me key okay, now in a perfect, perfect world, when you want to meet the right way, the first thing You would do is wash your hair. You go to your deep conditioner. Then you get a trim. You'Ll get a trim, clip the split ends. If you don't understand all the split ends off, I just made a video about it. That'S my last video make sure you watch it. It should be on the playlist right after this one, so you don't even got to click on this video just watch it to the end and then I'll talk about split ends at the end of this video. Once you get it trimmed, then you will officially get your joint and braid it and from there your hair will be able to grow just grow out. It won't have any split ends and they'd be moisturized and your hair being the best environment for hair growth, and you know what happened then you'll wait and wait and wait and wait some more. I have had these braids in for a little bit over a week. No, I'm saying, of course I don't got my cut so much. You know I'm saying this. Look. This part right here is kind of looking crazy, but my braids are still a little fresh, I'm saying it getting frizzy, but I don't plan on taking these out. Until I look like little bow-wow, I told you guys already I'm not taking these out for a long time, I'm gon na keeping them I'm gon na try to keep them in for the entirety of the quarantine and I'm gon na see. If I can do it, this is my challenge to you. The Mickey challenge, not the wulfing challenge like the waivers, but the making challenge. Can you watch the condition? True, your hair, get it braided and keep it in, but the entirety of the quarantine or do all that stuff get a shrimp and get two strand twist. I'M saying because there is a alternate Mickey method where you can basically watch the condition and get your hair and two strand twist and then like clip the ends on the two strand twists and that's technically it so holding two strand twists or braids or whatever style. You got in your hair for a long period of time. It'S considered Mickey, basically any protective style that you have any period of time that is longer than you normally would is considered Mickey okay, so there's only two tools that you'll need for the entirety of this making process. The first one is gon na be a duel, and a lot of you guys have been asking me: can I wear a do-rag? Can I wear do Rach? Can I wear do rat with curly hair? No, you cannot wear do rat for curly hair, but if you really want your hair to grow you're tired of just doing the curls, if you get two strand twists or you get braids, the do-rag comes back into play, so you're gon na want to do rag. If you're going on this making process, this is gon na make it so that your hair stays as unfree z as it possibly can for as long as you can, because, let's be honest, if your braids look terrible, but you know the fourth day, you're not gon Na meet for you know longer than two weeks, but if you can maintain on people looking decent manageable for two or three weeks, it's a great chance. It should probably be making for a lot longer more close to three weeks than a month and imagine all that time by the time you take it out, it's gon na be outgrown. You'Re, probably gon na forget about it, because you know you're not looking every day to save your hair group number two. The second thing that you need to really do this making process right, it's to make sure that you get some type of oil all right. I use the royal growth serum. I suggest a quality oil but whatever or you feel comfortable with you wan na make sure that you're oiling your scalp to make things easy. Don'T worry about it just followed the parts that your braids or or whoever done your to string to us did you're just gon na find the open space where you see scalp and put the oil in it, and just once you put the oil in it. You'Re gon na rub your fingers through and you'll, be good you're gon na. Do that, probably about maybe two to three times a week. I think two, but maybe three, if you just want to be doing something touching your hair, like most people, these two steps and the do-rag and the oil on a consistent basis, we're making. So the choking beacon process is absolutely flawless. Well, not flawless as flawless as it can be. So this is my personal challenge to you. Take this journey with me as we are in quality to do the making process the making challenge if the rock record is method, let me know down below in the comments. If you think this method is stupid, let me know down below in the comments, but for all is this King bro back at you again with another

wavybandz: Who else started growing their hair during quarantine?

Lewis Williams: Been “Meeking” for 3 years and 2 months. I usually keep my styles between for 4-5 weeks. I wash, condition, etc with my braids in. Just be careful when you all take out your styles. It’ll be worth it. The growth will be insane!!!

Margxela: The meeting technique is exactly what I’ve done for years the tension from braids makes good blood flow and allows your scalp to break down anything blocking it this also can be done by messaging your scalp with oil having any types of twist will make you natural hair oils stay in your hair longer and be produced faster it also helps keeping the hair in one pattern for a long time just like brushing while wolfing keeps thick waves braids keeps thick curls which is why people twist there hair and leave it for about 20 hours and take it out for curls that will last about 2-3 weeks

Matthew Miller: Wolfed for a month (4 braids into bun) grew about 2 inches. Let hair breathe for a week and now I’m week 3 into a 2nd wolf. Once your lines start disappearing that’s your new growth pushing through.

Reginald Langley: The method isn't stupid lol my wife has been doing this for years she's a "lazy natural" but her hair is healthy and it's still butt length after her trim last week so it does work.

V: I call this technique "Too broke to my hair rebraided, and too lazy to take them out". It's good tech, honestly.

Kensei Soyshiro: I can confirm this works 100% I clearly remember when i wanted to get my first braids, it took me ages to be able to do them with fake hair. But when i did, i kept my braids for a *very* long time and my hair grew hella fast !

Baby OG: DAY 1: Just got my hair braided. Will update my comment each week! FIRST WEEK : Week went well. been using daily moisturizers and oils. the braids are getting frizzy but i think im doing a good job at maintaning them.I wanna try to keep them in for 3-4 weeks. reply to my comment if you have any advice for me! will be back to update next week SECOND WEEK : Week went well, still have been using daily moustrizers and oils. One of my cornrows is starting to open up toward the middle. thinking about getting my braids redone saturday which should mark my meek process 2 and a half weeks. will try to go for a month when i get my next braids. gonna try to keep the ones in longer than saturday. but it all depends how i feel. Will keep yall updated!

Beast Mode: Yo what’s up bro?! I’m just starting my journey into long hair. Today I decided to look up vids for black men growing hair and I stumbled across yours and I must say I’m %100 satisfied with your knowledge.! My length is a lil over a month from scratch (taper, guard 1) Before the videos I just started buying things for a regimen from advice given to me by women. I want to start right and keep it right!. But my question to you for advice is of all the products I use now; do I need to exclude or include and also which order should I be using them? I use biotin& callogen brand shampoo, castor oil, rice water at times, doo grow, Mane choice Egyptian conditioner, mane choice leave in conditioner

Mekhi: For the slow people he’s saying to wash your hair and condition it then cut your split ends after braid your hair and leave it in for a long period of time but you have to oil it and stuff and this “Meeking “ process allows blood to flow through so it can grow

Björn Rijkaard: I did this for a month then washed my hair and braided it again. I really works the way he explaines it!

GlizzyWorldPeace: You could also remove braids, oil treatment massage, and stocking cap so you dont lose I don this around 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks, because constantly pulling hair into braids you'll lose alot of hair when it's time to take it out

ChronoZ: Its funny cuz ive been lowkey doing this for a long time without realizing it , just becuz I hate having to do my hair. Turns out it was the reason I sttarrted to see improvement in my hair growth. Thanks Bril , love the videos man.

Ahmad M.: Can you get retwists during the process and do you suggest continuing your hair care process with the twists in? Like deep conditioning or cowashing when needed or just stick to the oil?

KpTheG: Hey fellas, make sure you incorporate fresh aloe Vera plant & rice water into your hair growth routine! Also daily scalp massages work wonders! Get a vibrating one for the best resulrs

William Santiago: Hey bril. I've been growing my hair for two years, almost three. So. If I were to meek, would it not affect my wash schedule? I normally keep braids in for abt a week. How long should it last?

Asir Taha: currently meeking, i’ve had my two-strand twists for about 2 weeks now and plan on retwisting soon

Channon Mitchell: bro your videos have really evolved since u first started, we can all see the growth u making don’t stop!

Rujewitblood: when my hair is too long to leave alone, but too short to tie up, i always just braid it and leave it until its long enough, it always feels really soft and well oiled when i take it out

Young Phil: Meeking. I usually leave my hair in for a month while keeping it moisturized. The new growth it crazy each time‼️

GoodToGo Lifestyle: We been meeking in Somalia for centuries rude-boi but on the real though been growing and meeking my hair for 2 and half months now. Plus also been applying organic castor oil mixed with the same amount of extra virgin olive oil (mix it at home myself) to my hair.. Digging the video, appreciate it and keep em coming

Keshawn Jones: I just did meeking from March 23, 2020 to July 23, 2020 it works great I know because I'm a person who has cut my hair several times before and everyone has ask me how does my hair grow so fast that is my secret but no one believed me so thank you for showing I'm not the only one bro.

Amy Petunia: My son is 9 he wants to grow out his hair and I'm letting him but it grows really fast...last time we cut it was April this year and it's already down to his lips but it's so curly and the shrinkage is real lol I'm just trying to figure out how to keep it moisturized and defined (he is not letting me braid it )

Ajee Carr: Was just thinking about doing the 2 strand twist now I’m definitely doing it

KingYvee: I’ve been taking biotin for about 2 months now .... drinking lots of water and I see good results not so much in hair but skin and nails my hair is last to see amazing results but results are improving

galactic tone: Im definitely with the meeking challenge

Fred George: I cut off all my hair during quarantine, but we still gotta bring this challenge to life!! #Meekinchallenege

Sam O: Questions; how do you package or take care of your hair when going swimming ? Awesome information right here . Thanks in advance

T Will: Back in 2014 when I got my hair braided, I left them in for 2 weeks then took them down and got it done again. I had them for 2 years and my hair was pretty long. Well I have braids again and I’ve had them for a year and a half and my hair is longer now than what it was in 2 years growth. I get my hair braided once a month now. Braids loose as hell and can’t see any parts. Been working for me, can’t wait to see where I’m at when I hit the 2 year mark this time

Raymond Scott: I only been growing my hair a few months, appreciate all the help bro

Nasir S: I was meeking for 3 years and I just started back 7 months ago and I got my hair braided a lot the only thing I have a problem with is how long should I keep my braids in for?

kwasi adu: i love this technique...thats what i have been doing all this while

Truz Tv: To everyone reading this may god bless you and make your wishes come true Also a small youtube trying to grow help would be very much appreciated

Damein E11iot: How long should you grow your hair before you start getting it braided?

Lost: Yesterday I washed, cut my split ends, and finally got two strand twist

OTDinosaur Scrubs: I meek all the time and didn’t even realise I should get them done every 2 weeks but normally leave it for like 2 months just out of laziness tbh

XxBlackBoltzxX: Bruh my mom just braided my hair on April 19th(before that I already had it braided for 2 weeks but gotta redo ‘em)and planned to take these out until June the 1st and try starting freeform again before I return to school on my final year(if we go back on August)

Teena Bee: I am surprised but this is really the best way to grow natural hair for all types even 4c especially! Good job

B matin: Meeking right now bruh , had my braids in for about 2weeks now , gd content keep dropping gems

Pump: I got a trim then got my hot braided and damn it grew a lot more than it usually does so I think I was definitely in need of a trim

Light: Been growing it way before the quarantine I recently just trimmed it got it more even and my braids done finna meek for hella long

Robert Brown: I've been meeking for a while now. I keep my 4C hair in two strand twist. I twist my own hair. Been doing it for years now. I've been natural for 5 years now and my hair is half way down my back when its stretched out. The shrinkage gets me sometimes. I normally oil my hair every 3 to 4 days. I also switch up with just moisturizing my hair. I don't trim my ends unless I have to. I normally keep my twist in for 3 months. Its been working for me. Keep up the good work. I definitely like watching your videos. God bless you .

Rowel Elizee: I kept my hair in for two months during this quarantine and it was still kinda neat and it made my hair grow like magic when I took it out my was going to my noise now to my lips

Allan Kausa: Whats good King bril, I follow you from Zambia, Africa. I am on a hair journey, deeply inspired yours. Blessings #myhairismycrown

Kramos The Kid: Dang bro I was growing my hair it went up to my lip and he cut it off and went to my half of my forehead I’ve been growing it out and it’s at my eye and I finally reached meeking length so I got twists in and even tho I was pissed at my dad for cutting my hair off it was good because I started taking care of my hair more so it would grow faster now my hair is so much healthier and better I’ve had ups and downs I used to use freaking Cantu now I’m using all Shea moisture products

Kirshner Amao: what would you advise? getting braids then, a front taper or vice versa?

Bobby Shmurda: Yo King Bril, you should make a video trying the same Twist out Juwan did on his latest video.. I want to see the results you get with your hair type

Gaming*Star: Maaaan I wish I could 2 strand twist my own hair rn. No salons open yet to have a shawty twist my hair and trim my ends. My shit still growing, about 4 and a half inches rn. Started @ a buzzcut last year November.

The Hidden One: I feel you bro Meeked my previous two strand twists, kept them in for two months Crazy length & thickness rn

Ahl Djinko: I have medium length hair and single box braids. I heard if you keep them in too long your hair will get mature and start to tangle and you’ll end up with dreads, Is meeking a good idea in my case?

bando6x: How often do you deep condition your hair and detangle?

Tia: i meeked throughout college and it definitely works

你会死彡〆ケハᄃĖý: Me and my cousins do it but I started growing my hair about 4 months ago so my hair is short rn but Imma try continuously braiding my hair

Darryl B Smith: Aye Bril, after a couple weeks or so, my scalp is REALLY itchy and flakey and it disgusts me how to I stop this, and should I oil my scalp more often?

Paper Play: The only supply I got for Hair Growth is a comb pick, leave-in conditioner and a sponge. It's been 9 months and my hair is a little short and nappy. I think I need some advice on what should I do.

Timothy Morris: I had long hair then cut it now I swear it’s taking forever to grow back. Now I’m so insecure I wear hoods all the time

CHILLWILL 14: Do 20-30 push-ups a day. That should help too

D Wavy: Peppermint oil work wonders too bro. Try it out and dilute it first with a carrier oil. Peppermint help with stimulate blood flow

Cordel W: I’m unfortunate to not have the luxury of having a parent who knows how to braid hair

Aminah T: who else already has long hair but is just watching to watch. I've never meeked but I think it would be good to grow even more hair .

Louis: How long should I roughly keep them in for 3 weeks to a month? And does drinking a lot of water help with growth, heard it does

Ade Aye: Yo my momma used to have me and my younger brother meeking for years! She eventually gave up and let my younger brother get dreads and I cut my hair... boy, them days was rough boy

J. Vellucci: I always say to people, just because someone has long hair. Don’t think if you start doing what they are doing, or using. your hair is going to grow long like theirs.. A few things comes into play with having long hair. Of course keep hair, clean , massage, and moist. But Health, Diet, play a bigger role, along with some genes.

David Ervin: Wassup bro I'm one of those bros that when I get my hair done it may stay in for about 3 or 4 months so is that cool or no because now I done lost a lot of my hair so could you please tell me what I would have to do to get my hair back growing fast before my birthday Month come in

PJE 02: I once wanted my hair to grow fast and I wanted dreads I had them for about three months and then I combed them out and it was super long

MAGI: When you deep condition do your rinse out with cold water or warm?

Brandon Snow: To me meeting is 2 months. I naturally keep my braids in for a month

viscosity: I’m actually kind of new to hair so after I get it braided do I have to not put in in water or can I just take a shower like normal

Brand New 147: I'm in the process of Growing my Hair even I'm 41 years old always wanted to do this , and I think this Pandemic just Motivated me to do it .

SŸNDRØMM: I was doing this for the longest with 2 strand twist

Edosa: Meeking is what I’ve been doing since quarantine started my hair is a lot now

J.D. Dixon: Thanks King Bril this was so helpful!

Montrae Madden: Can you get it braided and then when they get fizzy get it rebraided immediately after

Hap P: I’m getting my hair rebraided today and imma start meeking

Dre dawkins: Shit I was meeking before quarantine started (been took em out rocking the Eazy-E s curl right now tho) glad to know I was ahead of the wave

Soulo SoLucid66: Lol I’m meeking rn too and my braids been in officially a week today and my shits already frizzy I was just thinking about taking them down but I’ll just wait till I possibly can’t wait any longer plus it does feel and look great when u see the new growth after letting your hair be in a protective style for a while lol

ImHereToSaveYou: Can anyone help me with my hair ? I have “black” hair, but it’s a very soft version and everytime I wake up my hair is flattened on wherever side I slept. It’s honestly annoying because I know you’re not supposed to pick your hair out when it’s dry, but then again I know it’s not healthy to shampoo and condition every single day. I just need a tip on maintenance...

Mama I Made It: ive already been doing that lol, but my forehead is big with cornrows and I'm working. i might take the cornrows out early and go back to two strand twist
