Hello, everyone welcome to my channel today. I am going to share my experience of almost losing all my hair, or at least having a fear of that and I'm gon na talk about my hair loss problem that happened a month ago. So what you see now is like 50 % of what I used to have, so it all started as a normal. You know spring hair loss that every girl, I think, a lot of girls experience and I would have it like every March and my hair would start falling off and I would realize I need more vitamins I'll take my vitamins and it would stop. But this time it was completely different, it started in February and the hair was falling off like crazy and what I normally do when that happens, I go to a hair, dress and cut my hair, because I understand that the roots become really weak and they don't Have enough strength to hold a long hair, so I just cut my hair and I thought it would stop, but it didn't so. I was like okay, I'm gon na take some vitamins for ablai. I need some vitamin C because you know winter is ending. Our body needs more vitamin, so I started taking some vitamins, but the problem continued and one day I woke up - and I wanted to do my ponytail and I realized it's like this thick and it was like. Oh my god. This is something serious. I started reading a lot of articles on female hair loss and one of the first things was hormones. So I checked my hormones, but they were in order. So that wasn't the problem and I was like what is happening and I tried to look at the videos on YouTube and everybody talked about mens hair loss and I was like. Is there any girl like me out there in the world, losing her hair like crazy? Seriously because I thought I'm gon na be bold and I didn't know how to stop it. I visited a doctor and I talked to her and she said: ok, if it's not hormones, then it should have been a major stress and it was like, but the last month I was I was ok. I was in California. I was working on a project, nothing major happened, but she was like you need to look back three months ago and then I started thinking and I realized that in November I went through a surgery which wasn't like a super huge surgery, but it was invasive and I was put asleep for like an hour, and that was very stressful for me, mentally because I hate hospitals and I think everybody would hate a Sur three. Okay, I had this dress, but when does the hair loss? Stop because I'm gon na lose all of my hair and she said well, you cannot stop it now, because during that stress in November a lot of your hair died and what's happening right now, because they died, but they were still growing like your skin was still Pushing out the roots once they reach the surface of your head, they fall off and we don't know how many hair died and what we can do. It'S just support the existing here and she gave me some recommendations. I know guys this is very personal, so if you have this problem, I advise you to see the doctor first, but I wanted to share with you guys which vitamins and which shampoos helped me a lot. The first thing this shampoo - I use it once a year since I think 2012 says I said I would have liked my hair falling off every spring, and this is a shampoo that has caffeine in it and it strengthens your roots. It really helps me like. You need to read the instructions here and by the way, this video is not sponsored, so I'm just sharing what I'm using. They haven't paid me, which they had, but the second thing that I'm using I'm still using it. It'S called regain this one is from Russia, because my mom brought it from me from Russia, but you can find it anywhere. I'Ve seen it here in American stores and CVS Walgreens, it promotes new hair. In my case, I've already lost what was dead in November. So my goal right now is to have more new hair coming, so I'm using it everyday just a little. It'S a foam, a little, a foam, I'm putting it on my scalp and I'm hoping for some results. I started taking a lot of vitamins. This has been advised by a Russian blogger and she says they only sell it in the United States. I bought my pack in Costco and, if you're not from Hyuna from Costco, if you're not from the state I'll, try and find it online, it's called youth theory. Call again, it has 18 amino acids. I don't feel like something is changing right now, but I know that all of these, like vitamins supplements they take some time to work and you need like six weeks so regular intake in order to see the results. So I'm taking it anyway, the stressful thing about it. There'S this big and it's an American thing. I don't know why they're always making the spills so big, but one of my friend says because if you have like a big size, you feel that's, there are more ingredients inside more power. I don't know this is stupid. I kind of chew them when you take six everyday. Another great thing is omega-3, you need it anyway, like even if you're not losing your hair. I made a lot of research, and this is the best like, because the fish that they're getting the fat from it needs to be wild. It cannot be farmed because if it's farmed, it's losing a lot of value. This is bode Vega, omega-3, fish, oil and by the way I started all of it like during one week I was like attacking my problem seriously. I was taking it seriously and I started everything and one more thing. This is folic acid, but it's methylated. I don't know if I'm pronouncing that right, but it is already chemically transformed in a way that your body can absorb it better and because it helps your digestion. It also helps you to get more vitamins from what you're actually eating so yeah, and I started taking this all of this together for three weeks and my hair loss stopped. I don't know what exactly work, maybe just all of the dead hair was gone. Maybe some vitamins help me, so I still don't know whether that surgery cost that problem, and I know that I've been getting the same problem over and over again just this year it has been pretty severe, maybe was connected with moving from Russia to California from minus 20 Celsius to plus 20 Celsius, so I will never know what I know is like taking all of that for three weeks stuff, my hair loss. So again, guys, if you have this problem, if you have a solution, please share, because you know March 20 and 18, I'm sure I'm gon na have this one losing my hair is really stressful, because you know I don't want to end up like huff bolt. So if you have any advice, please share it in the comments. Don'T take my advice like that? Go to a doctor first, if you have this problem and consult with the doctor, because I'm not a doctor and I don't have medical education and what worked for me. Maybe wouldn't work for you because you have a problem with hormones or it has something different, so please consult with the doctor. Thank you so much for watching this video up to the very end. Please like it. If it was useful, I would really appreciate it and don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more useful info. Yeah I'll, see you in the next videos bye. This is like your medication. You need to put it on your

dharani _: Use this as a 'hair loss isn't going to break me' button

Sarah: I'm only 16 and I'm terrified of loosing all my hair and as of right now its not looking too good

amanda.emily_: Who’s watching this while being in quarantined, and losing hair from the stress! ✌

Kimberly Couture: I completely understand how you feel...I've had thick beautiful hair all the way down to my waist my whole life and suddenly 8 months ago I noticed my hair was 60% thinner than it used to be and that I had been losing a lot of hair in the shower. It's devistating to me. I've tried everything from changing all my hair products to sulfate, silicone and parabin free, I bought a silk pillow case, I use special hair oils, I take vitamins, I changed my hair ties to gentle ones, I take collagen powder, I eat protein, and I bought a hard water filter for my shower. So far my hair is getting healthier and longer but not thicker... It's still 60-65% thinner than it used to be. I'm devastated and it's just making me stress even more. Hopefully I will see some results soon.

Alina Dhamani: Hey that's so brace of you to come out and share about this problem. I have faced severe hair loss a few years ago, so I know what you must be going through. Now I have almost twice the volume of hair- this is what helped me- Increase in protein intake Soaked almonds Application of onion juice on hair for an hour before washing- this is the best remedy for hair revival. Multivitamin and omega 3 Hope this helps

anonymous: I'm scared. I'm only 12 and my hair is falling out like crazy. Whenever I tie my hair for school you can literally see how thin my ponytail is. I get jealous because all my friends have nice thick hair. I just want nice hair, is that too much to ask for? Hair is important; it is 50% of anyone's confidence.

Hair Regrowth Fast: I've had a similar problem, and I'm in my early 20's... very frustrating!

Dzsenifer Horváth: I am 17. 60% of my fair fell out and it’s still falling out like crazy! I cried once. I have a really long hair and i don’t know how to wear my hear because it’s so thin in a ponytail. I am afraid if i will be bald too

Sonna Flora: Stress does cause hair loss. Thanks for sharing. I went through a few months of stress as well. Not only did I starting noticing thinning hair but also rapid fast heart beat and anxiety. I got over that phase I feel better but my hair has suffered. Iam no longer stressed but I believe like you said dead hair are falling. It’s insane how stress can affect your hair and hair growth can take forever.

monaxggx- blue: sometimes I think to myself that I'm so done with my hair. thats it, I'm literally sick and tired of how it looks and how thin it has become! It never used to be like this, and seeing how much hair that falls out of my head after showering, makes me so sad because I'm so young! i've almost given up on my hair, seriously. almost. The only thing that keeps me going, is seeing all these videos of people who've gained so much hair. Also, please, I would really appreciate any recommendations and highly effective haircare tips, thank you ^^

Hannah Harris: Lucky you! Mine falls out a lot and the new regrowth is finer and I have a slight receding hairline. I'm a young girl and it's terrifying

A S: The condition she mentioned for hair fall is called Telogen effluvium. I’ve had the same problem since March 2018. I lost more than 50% of my hair and it was still falling, I got fucking tired of picking those hair off my bathroom floor. Took advantage of this Lockdown by shaving my head off. I know that’s not gonna Cure the hair fall but It sure takes all that stress away and it feels hella good :)

Carmen Liana: Hey Marina, I have advice for this problem. I have this hair loss 3 times a year as the weather change. I used this method and it stopped. I massage the scalp with I capsule vitamin E and coconut oil and very little castor oil, I try to massage 10 min upside down so the blood reach the scalp, then oil my hair with the remaining, then I mix 1 teaspoon of each powders( shikakai, amla, aritha) they are Indian products you can find online or Indian store, I mix them with water and put specially on my roots, wrap with plastic bag, wait for 30 min, wash, I don't use conditioner because it makes me loose hair more. I do this everytime I wash my hair. I promise you will see a difference within 2 weeks

Rana 1224: I used to have pretty thick straight hair, everyone loved my hair and gave me compliments on my hair. but I experienced hair loss twice a year and my hair was falling out like crazyI ended up losing half of my hair, I was really upset and decreased about it, I tried using coconat oil with caster oil, I also used bitter almond oil twice a week, I started drinking more water and eating more vegetables with almost my every portion, Hopfully my hair stoped falling off and it is sooooooo much healthier now

Roshni Samuel: Girl, don't worry, these things happen, I went through a stressful period a few months ago and my hair is falling out now, but I know it will grow back, Relaxation practices really help and don't get too stressed about it because that makes it worse.

Lisa Puente: Every time I touch my hair I loose hair

Vida Mitchell: I am 67 and started experiencing hair loss a year ago. You never get to old to care. I was crushed... praying for everyone on this site, because my heart breaks for you! Hoping and praying for you all, don’t give up!

All Nutritious: I've been losing my hair too. Then I tried using coconut oil, got some vitamins and changed my shampoo and it stopped. :) Sometimes it's simple things we don't think about that are causing it.

Nora: I stopped my hair loss. I can’t recommend this book off amazon enough “nutrition and hair loss a new perspective” it literally saved my hair and confidence. Hair loss is not normal

Marni D: Yes, as all hair-loss sufferers, losing hair is a mystery! I lost half my hair in a short time last year, as well. Again, hair loss recently. My ponytail is now dime sized. It also became dull and straw-like and I experienced an itchy scalp during the hair loss. I did a lot of reading on the internet too and have deducted the following possibilities: #1. Hormones - I am in my mid-forties, thus change in hormones is a likely contributor. #2. I lost weight in a very short period (less than 3 months) last fall/winter. #3. Lack of protein in the diet...a possibility? I may not have been getting enough nutients/protein in my diet as I had restricted myself significantly of dairy, which was a huge part of my diet previously, and I am not a huge lover of just protein alone. #4. Surgery...yes I endured a surgery where I was under for 5 hours, and experienced more hair loss months afterward. #5. Harsh colour treatment - Chunky highlights. You may wonder what changes I made to reduce hair loss? #1. I now take "Biotin". #2. I go to a stylist that has "like issues". She also has thin, fine hair. I still have her colour and lighten my hair, but I use products that she recommends. It may cost me more, but it is worth it because my soft hair seems to have returned,...Finally! I use "Loreal Professional VitaMino Shampoo", "Loreal Smartbond Conditioner", and wash my hair every three days versus everyday. My favorite dry shampoo is "Klorane". I also use coconut oil when my hair begins to look dull. I put a small amount in my hands and work it in my ends the night before a wash. #3. Talked to my doctor. Elimination diets and excessive exercise may cause more harm than good. A well balanced nutrient rich diet with healthy fats and proteins. We do need some fat in our diet. Watch the processed foods as this can also lead to hair-loss, so I have read (not enough nutrients). #4. Hormones. Get your thyroid checked. Unfortunately, the drugs prescribed to combat thyroid issues, sometimes cause hair-loss too. Regular exercise, not excessive exercise, has been a recommended by my doctor, such as, resistance training and light cardio. In closing, I hope one day experts can come up with a solution to this mystery, because our hair hugely impacts our self-confidence in a world where we are judged (no matter how wrong that is) by our appearance. My hair loss is still a mystery.. but I will continue with my new regime and to look for answers to this problem.

A.J.: thank you for sharing! I am going through intense hair loss. my ponytail is half the size is was a couple years ago. I have low iron and B12 and I'm hoping that's all it is, but this year has also been full of stress. it's encouraging to watch your video and know other women are going through the same thing!

Jennifer & Victor Harvat: How is your hair doing? I have been having a very similar experience after an extremely stressful period in my life. I appreciate your candor on this subject because it is very difficult to find people who are open and talking about it. I have also added vitamins and completely stopped using heat on my hair. I’ve also switched to hair products that are free from sulfates, parabens, paraffin, pthalares, mineral oil, DEA, petroleum, propylene, formaldehyde, alcohol, and silicon . I’m trying to “baby” it and encourage new growth in any way possible. I just started doing scalp massages (daily) with castor oil (2-3 times per week) and using protective hairstyles like French braids and buns. I recently heard about a supplement called MSM powder which is apparently very effective for hair growth as well. Good luck to you!

Julia Eroshina: Hi Marina! I can really relate to your problem! I dont have a lot of hair to start with and its kind of weak and thin. I always have a seasonal hair loss problem, however for me it happens every autumn. It really is a nightmare and i do the ponytail check just like u do and feel very frustrated :( What helped me so far is taking Omega 3 and also a couple of hair products: Lush Roots hair mask- I use it twice a week and when i do in a couple of weeks i start noticing little hairs on my scalp which is amazing Мумие it is a mineral deposit only found in altai mountains and in himalaya, unfortunately it is not sold in Europe but I always ask friends to bring it from Russia. It can be in form of pills, which you can buy in any pharmacy in Russia or fresh if you find an Altai food stand or a shop somewhere. And basically you mix it into you shampoo (so it becomes kind of dark brown colour) and use it as normal shampoo everyday, but you really have to massage it into your scalp and then leave it in for about 5 min. It really helped me to stop the hair loss! Definitely the most effective product i have used and I think ive tried just about everything lol. But you need to be patient, the visible results only come after about a month, because obviously your hair needs to regenerate and stuff Hope that helps!

Shazness Wellness: Thank you so much for sharing this video. It really made me reflect that 3 months ago I was having a lot of stress. It can definitely take a huge hit on your self-esteem loosing so much hair! I hope for it to stop soon. I hate the feeling of chunks of hair trickling down my back while I am showering. Super scary. I was reading into pumpkin seed oil (using it topically and internally). I am all about natural treatments! I need to find a good shampoo to use

Kayla Johnson: Hi! I watched your video. I had literally the exact same experience with a ponytail. I did go to the doctor I had my hormones tested they said I was just a tiny bit low on testosterone (yes women have testosterone) but the problem was vitamin D... They gave me a vitamin D supplement and within a week my hair quit falling out. I imagine the rogaine can't hurt. But I have a question doesn't rogaine contain testosterone? have you noticed any changes in your skin or mood since you have been using it? I have been thinking about it just to speed up the process of more hair growing, now that it's quit falling out

Kimberly Lombardi: I’ve experienced severe hair loss as well and it’s been so depressing. I was wondering if you’ve seen any new hair growth since you’ve started all these vitamins? Thanks!!

Alex Wakefield: Love this video. 5 years ago I️ went through a surgery and was told to expect hair loss and a possible change in the texture of my hair due to the anesthesia and how it can effect some people. I️ used to have long, thick, non frizzy hair. Now I️ wear a hair piece or wear it up because I️ have bald spots on the crown and my hairline. The hair I️ do have is thin and frizzy. I’ve spent 5 years trying to find something that works. Maybe look at a line called Pravana if you are still suffering from thin hair. One of the best ones that I️ have tried. Thanks for sharing your story!

M G: Thank you for sharing your story and for the suggestions. I've been experiencing a very similar thing with my hair. Wish you all the best

NK: Earlier, I had long hair but they felt too thin so I had them cut short. For some months, I felt it was a good idea because my hair felt kinda thicker than usual but then recently, I started losing so much hair again (like literally everytime I put my hand through my hair, chunks of hair appear on my hand). It is so stressful. I don't even know what to do anymore :(

Rachel Isabelle: Omg, I've been experiencing a similar thing! I always would loose hair every now and again but when I moved from Australia to California I noticed my hair was falling out a lot more than usual and thinning. (I used to have thick hair)...I'm thinking it could be using my dry shampoo too much or maybe even the dry climate if you experienced it after moving too? I'm not sure...but I feel better knowing there's others out there. I think I may try some of the things you recommended...maybe not those really big tablets though omg!

Khiet Lieu: I’m suffering hair loss and had always been guessing the reason why. I visited doctor, had blood test but everything was normal. I’ve watched this video twice to conclude the cause for my hair loss ( like u past 3 months ), I dyed my hair dark red (not bleached) and days later I swam in public pools, probably detergent combined with dyeing chemicals cause my hair loss now.

Sheila Kaur: Eating jello and getting fresh air helps with hair growth. I had mild alopecia after my thesis submission at Uni, and visited a doctor in London about it, who recommended eating jello, going out for walks to get lots of fresh air, and to just not worry about it. And it worked wonderfully. Hope it works out.

Zero Fuks: These are a few smaller ones and the one major one: -Stop using heat in your hair or limit use -Give your hair a break from bleaching -Keep hair down as much as possible -Wash hair 1-2 times a week max. Depending on your texture. -Genetics could play a role in hair loss. One big one I noticed for me was birth control (Copper IUD) I noticed within a couple weeks of having it, my hair started falling out like crazy. I had it for 5 months then took it out. My hair is slowly starting to thicken up again at the scalp with new growth, but it took some time. If you do have that type of birth control and nothing else has worked for you, then that may be it.

Bird Girl: thank you for this video! I'm currently pulling out fists full of hair, i was about to forget that really bad episode of depression and anxiety i had three months ago. So as a thank you for pulling myself together i'm now going bald.

Narasimha Bharadwaj: I had lost 80% of my hair due to caffeine. I stopped all refined sugars, caffeine & fried foods & my hair loss has reversed.

San san: I’m 14 yrs old, few months back, my hair loss was not that bad but now it’s like I’m losing almost all my hair. I’ve read some comments saying it could be PCOS or just stress. I hope my hair gets better because my hair is my biggest treasure and it helps my confidence.

Reborn Hair PPP: Thank you for coming out so strong. I admire the courage. Awesome video!

Lisa Lyklilu: I started losing more hair about 8 months ago. Looking back, my husband and I were having some rough times and mayne that stress hurt me..Well then at the beginning of this year I started doing keto diet and my hair loss has increased quite significantly, so I had my thyroid levels checked and I am in over all good health, but my doc said I may be deficient in some vitamins so I b have started taking these vitamins also. Wish me luck. I'm terrified of going bald

Priya Dutt: Hey Marina and everyone reading this , one of the fastest and easiest way to grow back your hair is by incorporating Fenugreek also known as Methi seeds in your diet. A tablespoon in every meal you cook will benefit you heaps. I went through massive hair loss last year and despite trying everything, nothing worked so I started adding Fenugreek seed in my diet and within a month the result was quite impressive. I think its more important what goes inside. Hope that helps!❤️

Raania Amir: I thought I was the only one with this problem !! I had beautiful thick hair before and all of a sudden my hair started falling and I noticed my hair kept getting thinner and thinner. I tried putting oil and other things in my hair and nothing is working. My doctor said this is happening because of stress and I don’t think I had stress over the past months

Daniela Dumitrascu: Marina, I have noticed this earlier i your videos... honestly, after releasing this video I admire you even more, for being so free and open-minded to talk about your problems, not only achievements. Thanks for sharing your solutions. Hope your hair will get better.

mélanie: Thank you for this video! I used to have really thick hair and started to lose it when I was 16, now I’m 18 and I have bald spots forming and I feel as if I tried everything but nothing works...

wana rock: Thank you for sharing your story. I too am suffering from MAJOR hair loss after an illness that I've had for about 8 months. I will talk to my doc about it,but it's so relieving to know that I'm not alone! THANK YOU, BEST WISHES AND GOD BLESS YOU!

Stop Hair Loss Today - MyThickHair.com: Amazing story! It is important for people to understand that there IS something you can do about hair loss and that there actually exists remedies!

Dounia Toubal: It's been years since my hair started falling and still, I visited a doctor and he told me the main reason is STRESS but seriously I don't know how to get ride of this stress I've always thought that I'm not a stressful person but now I don't know anything, but there is something I tried a months ago and it worked : put some cloves into your Champoo then use it the result will take a long time but it works

Zoels 2000: My hair loss started at 16 lost all my hair and it grew back, tomorrow I turn 20, and I'm dealing with it AGAIN. I have a very hard time dealing with this. But this video really helps me so thankyou I just hope it's not gonna get as bad as when I was 16

Brittney Nicole: Thank you for sharing your story with us and what you used to stop your hair loss. I am 26 now and my hair loss started 2 years ago. I am now to the point where I am going bald. I took rogaine for a long time and it worked. It helped a lot so I thought why not go off it for a while and see what happens. I thought maybe because I wasn't so stressed anymore it would be fine. Boy was I wrong, the first couple weeks coming off rogaine I didn't notice anything. Now it's been 2 months and my hair is coming out in chunks. I am going to start rogaine again! It's comforting hearing your story and knowing there are lots of people my age going through the same thing! I see so many women around my age with full thick hair and I can't help but feel insecure.

Feeling Idle :o: Such a real sugar free, babble free and straight to the point helpful video. Thanks

Du Ma: Thank you for sharing! I really like how detailed you are and really thoughtful of you to list the equipments you are using to make this video I have been trying to " attack" my hair loss problem for a while now but no luck also what program did you use to edit this video? And your accent is nice

Reshie Jung: This is so scary. I keep loosing my hair everytime I brush it with my hands or comb. Its happening every second.

Maria Astræa: ‍♀️ I'm with you. I don't know what's going on, I've tried everything, nothing helped.

Vivi: oh my god. im 19, i went through an eating disorder at 16/17, i still havent fully recovered and it took me a few month to get back my periods and just this year after starting getting zinc i stopped being dizzy without breakfast/after light exercise. but my hair isn FULL of empty spots, and really thin... but just from the start of the video your hair looks so healthy

Amy Walker: Went through this when I was only 14 and I put it down to a fluoxetine prescription. I’m now 19 and my hair has never got back to its same thickness, doctors here don’t really help either! It’s something I’ve just had to learn to live with :-(

Persuading Gt: I’m worried about my hair. I used to have super beautiful, thick STRAIGHT hair. But when I entered the 4th/5th grade the hair around my temples fell out, and my hair curled. My hair kept thinning, and still does. What worries me most about this, is no one in my family has curly hair. If I had curly hair, I would have had it at birth. But I didn’t, it fell out & turned curly. Now I can’t even brush my hair because my scalp is so sore/ thin. Not only is my hair like this, but it’s also dry. I’m incredibly confused/wondering if anyone could help? I can’t even put my hair up, which I used to love doing.

ss ss: When I was on a naturopath diet for crohns i drank 2 to 3 high protein shakes a day....almost 100 grams of protein a day and that was the healthiest and thickest my hair has ever been...as soon as i stopped this i lost a lot of hair....high protein is truly the secret...these were vegan rice protein shakes. Along with an Iron multivitamin.

Maree: Omg so glad you said the thing about 3 months ago. As 3 months ago I broke my wrist in 3 places and was in huge amounts of pain for a couple of weeks. Aka stress. Makes so much sense why my hair is doing this now!!

Sode: I have been losing my hair for almost 10 years, and although I have grown very fast, I am afraid that one day my hair will fall faster than the growth rate Thank you very much for the video, and it feels like it's helped me a lot. ❤❤❤

Andrea fullmer: My hair started to fall out on the mirena IUD. I had it for about 6 months and lost a good 1/3 of my hair. The hair continued to fall out for a few months and started to go back to normal. Birthcontrol/hormones definitely can cause hair fall.

Sammy Clegg: Hey Marina. I started with hair loss this match17 & was mortified. I had very invasive bowel surgery & my 1st shower following my op resulted in 1000's & 1000's of hairs coming out & blocking the hospital drain!!! It carried on all summer but I became very frightened in September as I could see scalp skin when I was washing my hair!! I went & researched online, which was & wasn't helpful. I got some biotin capsules, some l

Cindy KNOWS: Yeah going through that right now. Im only 21....

davuax: My hair has been falling out for a long time but luckily I always had really thick hair.. however, the past months it got to a new level, all my hair fell out, I cannot even do a ponytail anymore all my curly hair is gone I hope your tips will work and fix that problem

Abby Pascua: I stress from the stress I get from loosing my hair, so I’m constantly stressing!!

Colleen Moylan: Thank you so much! My hair falls out in crazy amounts from the root every time I wash it. Throughout the week it happens too. I don’t brush my hair because it’s curly until I wash it and that’s not even when I lose the most hair. It happens in shower when I’m washing and conditioning it. I’m going to try what you did. Thanks again ❤️

Sinead Santos: i was diagnosed with alopecia areata in 2015 after losing 40-50% of my hair, i’ve been having steroid shots in the hair loss places and they’re pretty good, i also take vitamin d tablets and sugar bear hair supplements and they’ve been working so good! i’m fourteen and it is hard but we just have to get through it together

Lily K: I have the exact same situation. And I've heard it can be caused by gluten intolerance. I've done a bloody test, and I'm not allergic to it, but it got me thinking. Maybe there's some weird food intolerance going on. Going to do a full blood test after the quarantine is over.

Naz-Nazneen: Hello, as you were describing your hair shedding, seasonal hair loss came to mind. I also went through surgery 2 months ago & on top of that I was VERY ill. I spent 6 days in the hopital, no food, as I vomited every single day. I think as long as you continue the supplements, eat nutritious food, sleep at least 6-8 hrs & you will see a difference in a few months. Surgery seems to take our immune system down. Thank you for sharing your story.

Oldeuboi: Hi Linguamarina, sorry to hear about your experience. I was wondering the doctor knew whether your hair loss was - to some extent - DHT related? Many of the hair growth formulation aimed at men (their efficacy aside) are meant to protect the hair follicle against the negative effects of DHT. Men who have a genetic predisposition towards androgenetic alopecia seem to have problems with DHT (through some not quite understood mechanism the hormone clings to the hair follicle and (among other things) greatly shortens the anagen phase). I know caffeine improves the proliferation of human hair follicles in vitro, but research doesn't demonstrate it does the same when applied topically (also, caffeine might have some negative effects on the hair follicle as well). Interestingly research indicates that certain essential oils really do seem to have a positive effect on hair growth, these include rosemary oil (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25842469) and peppermint oil (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4289931/). You may want to look into these as well (always consult your doctor first). You might also benefit from gelatin (pig gelatin in particular). Some research indicates that taking 10 to 16 grams of gelatin a day has a positive effect on hair growth (and skin, and gut health, etc.).

AMC HOLDER 25: When you're dealing with hair loss, never feel too worried and stress and depression can increase it. I notice a bit of bald pattern on my head so it's best to not feel stressed and depressed. I'm a boy by the way and it was scary for me.

Lacie Dufrene: Have you ever been tested for PCOS? I have it and my hair is falling out like crazy since I stopped my birth control.

Noor Nazneen: Im going through the same hair loss right now. I lost half my hair. I was shifting countries and my hair started falling after that stress :(

Alessandra Radu: I tried to do everything to help my hair. I even went short. My hair is also falling like crazy, even if it's short. I went with a treatement shampoo but i've been using it for almost two weeks, it's useless. But it's true, i went trough stress a lot lately, and now because of my hair. I do hope that it gets better, but i start loosing hope, and this brings me to the depression

Mishka Allen: Thank you for this video I don’t feel so alone with this problem xx

Sejal Raj: My hair are falling like crazy too. And I have no idea what should I do. I don't want to be bald, I understand your problem because I'm going through hair loss too. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

f41ry: I’m 14 and I’ve always been told on how I have a full head of hair and now I’m loosing hair like crazy and it’s worrying me so much...my mom noticed it but she literally just forgot about it and I wanna see if there is something serious about this i feel horrible i love my hair so much

Amy Louise: I've lost almost all of my hair over the past couple of months. It came with other unexplained medical issues as well that I'm going through testing and treatments for. Ie: low iron aka Iron Deficient Anemia which required me to have 4 iron infusions. (1 every 2 weeks) but she the hair loss started after the iron infusions had started. I have malabsorption and doctors suspect an autoimmune illness but what they don't know. My hormones are normal and I'm at a point now where I've lost my eyebrows and lashes and most of my long blonde hair.... I'm almost ready to just shave my head. I'm beginning to wonder if it's whatever is causing the severe diarrhea I get if I eat anything and the extreme exhaustion I've been having. Both of which are what took me to the doctor and internist in the first place back in November. (That and severe bruising all over my legs) I'm wondering if its environmental or something. All I know is that no one I know understands, I'm beyond frustrated and upset.... I love my hair but since it's basically all gone now, I hate it. I don't go anywhere without a hat on. Thank goodness it's winter here I. Ontario, Canada. But what happens come spring?!? Unexplained alopecia is horrible and it sucks and yeah.... anyway, thanks for this video....

Echo Froofroo: I was given minoxidil at the age of 15 when the doctor said it was female pattern baldness, but then my eyebrows and eyelashes started shedding like crazy, thats when I realized that the doctor's diagnosis was full of shit, you dont loose eyebrows/lashes because of pattern baldness, so i stopped taking minoxidil and my hair is shedding again. Im just going to take care of my body and let it do its thing without permanent chemicals

8IreneFrostie: Thank you, finally one useful video! I have been watching lots about hair loss and all were saying the same, eat healthy food, sleep well...blabla I already know all of this. I bought some of the products you recommended I'm sure they will be helpful :) Thanks again.

nyumi: I'm just 17(also female) and I've been suffering from major hair loss for 2 years now. My family doesn't actually believe me, since they barely even remember how thick my hair used to be. It's currently getting so much worse and I recently found out that we've got a clinic not far from here that specialices in hair analysis or smth. So I might check that out on my own. I really need to tackle this problem since I'm also scared of becoming bald... Anyway, thank you for this video. It's so hard to find females talking about this - like seriously talking about it. Not just strange click bait people. Through this video, a bunch of people are also sharing and commenting their stories and tipps. It's really helpful so thank you! :)

Celien: Fearing to going bald at this age isn't fun! going through it myself (23) caused by hormonal inbalance due to stopping with the pill. I use dr organic hair products and take biotin and DIM plus for 5 months. Not sure if it is helping yet but my hair did got long pretty fast. Will def add omega pills after watching your video :-)

Bujana Brahimi: Hello and thank you for the video. I have read in several reviews that Rogaine is causing more shedding and loss in the first 2 months or so...did you notice something like that? Love and good wishes on your health and hair all the way from Milan.

lidiaxo: Currently experiencing hair loss & I am 95% sure its a new shampoo I’ve been trying out for about a month or more. Started with little itchy bumps that started spreading all around & now to losing a lot of hair that is either on the bumps or around the itchy area. Going back to my reg. Shampoo & hopefully my hair situation will go back to normal. Good luck everyone! xoxLR

Luis Felipe Sauvalle: I began with hair loss at 19, I went to several doctors and conducted several treatments. After 10 years I still have my hair intact.

Kristen Faith: I’m 19 and my hair has been shedding like crazy for a year now and I feel like it’s never gonna stop, it’s so thin and I’m just so upset over it :(

Paul Welch: Thanks for the video Marina I hope you've managed to reverse your problem. For anyone experiencing a hair loss problem I recommend checking out Philip Kingsley's website. Their Trichotherapy regime is brilliant. Best course of vitamins I ever took. Drink lots of water take some folic acid (helps with blood flow) and get plenty of B vitamins (folic acid is B9). Take Cod Liver Oil in liquid form (mixing it with some fruit juice will make it easier to swallow) Good luck everyone fingers crossed you all get the hair growth you desire.

Javeria Erfan: I’ve had hair fall since the past 7 years. I have had so many blood tests all vitamins are in their normal range... still took a lot of vitamins every year and I dont have even half of the hair I used to have in my early teens And it still wont stop

Samira Rahman: going through that myself. my hair is like 1/4 of my hair now :'(

Nadya Minkova: Hi, Marina. I had the same problem as you and the only pills which helped me were Ducray Anacaps. I think they are French brand.

Linda: My hair started to fall out like crazy 6 months ago. I went to the doctor, but he said: ‘oh it is probably just occasional. Your hair will get thinner but you won’t be bald, don’t worry’ Well I am sorry but it is not normal for a healthy person to have excess hair loss, especially since I don’t style or dye my hair. Also I don’t take hormones, didn’t lose a lot of weight or something like that and I haven’t been sick for 3 years (only just one cold). There must be a reason for my hairloss. I tried a lot of things: - Reduce stress - Vitamin B12 pills (with methylcobalamine) - Vitamin D - Omega pills (with algal DHA and EPA) - Natural hair soap But after months still no great result. So now I started to change my eat pattern. I eat vegetarian and I don’t use any milk (products), almost no processed food. I do eat a lot of veggies, fruit, seeds, eggs and protein powder. I notice a slight difference now, but still not enough. So now I am going to take iron pills every other day because I don’t eat meat and I am a woman, and I really hope it helps, it is almost my last hope.

Super D Eberle: I myself noticed extreme hair loss a few years ago when i noticed i was able to put all my hair into 1 big barrette to make a ponytail, before that my hair was too thick and I noticed my part line on top my head was super sparse and thin :-( I used Rogaine for about 1 year it did help BUT it gave me rapid heartbeats which i learned is one of the side effects, so I stopped using it, I now use a mask once a week of egg yolk, honey and castor oil, and it WORKS so far, plus i started taking Omega 3 Wild Alaskan salmon oil, B12, Calcium and Biotin..so far my hair seems to be growing back. I was told by a pharmacist Rogaine was originally used in a study for Hypertension and instead it ended up growing hair on the people using it, the side effects listed on the bottle are the side effects experienced by those who took part in the study, not all people experienced side effects, but it does work :-) Thank you for sharing your story.

Feriel Rachi: I think we have the same problem! It's genetic hypersensitivity for androgens Your hormone levels are normal but it's your body that is sensitive to androgens so you need a anti androgen treatment along with a couple of vitamins and you'll recover maybe 60% of your hair maybe more maybe less it depends on how long ago you started losing it cause the hair follicule dies after being attacked by the androgens for so long ! Basically it's the transformation of testosterone in dihydro testosterone that targets the hair follicule and kills it ! The hair becomes thin at first and then falls for good ! You need to save the follicules who didn't die in the process and make them work again for your hair to grow back again ! Wish the best of luck and thanks for sharing we know we're not alone going through this

T. B.: I’ve gone through telegenic hair loss three times because of ulcerative colitis. My hair will just start falling out in gobs exactly two months after I’ve recovered from the ulcers and stopped taking prednisone. Other medications like remicade, Entyvio and xeljanz could have something to do with it, too. Telegenic fall out is a phase though that I can’t stop. I have to cut off all my hair again now. Basically, I have had a pixie or chin-length for the last 6 years

cado3 gaming: I lost some of my hair. I was taking medicine that made it start falling out. I am still in middle school. I am thirteen. My hair is naturally curly and so it is normally frizzy but it is really excessive.

Julie Diaz: Everyone who is suffering from hair loss should look up Telogen Effluvium. This shedding can take anywhere from 3-6 months or even up to a year to resolve itself. The first thing you should do is look for the trigger to help the shedding slow down. Best wishes for those going through this:)

Vida Mitchell: I got the irestore red laser light helmet. (Amazon) Also had PRP treatments. I am now taking Nutrafol for women! Also Thayer’s alcohol free witch hazel and rosemary oil. Get a small spray bottle put Thayer’s witch hazel with drops of rosemary oil and spray on your scalp. It depends on size of spray bottle you use as to how much rosemary oil you add. Get 100% pure rosemary oil. (Amazon) I use a really small spray bottle, so about 8 drops of rosemary oil. Hope this helps someone. My situation is better but like you I don’t know what has helped the most. It’s not always the most expensive thing that helps.

HantotheNah: Thanks for talking about it. I'm going through it too.

Jauza Maryam M: Do you have any tips on how to get rid of split-ends in hair? Great video, by the way ^^

Emily: I have dealt with this problem too. What stopped it for me was two different hair rinses. Rosemary rinse with some Apple Cider Vinegar and tea rinses. You can use Green Tea or black tea. Even decaf tea works well. Just remember that caffeine is drying to the hair so make sure to address that with a good conditioner. There are many videos on how to stop hair shedding with these rinses. Hope this helps.

Gani: I know it's somehow late to comment here but I had such a problem caused by severe stress (for 2 years) in addition to genetic history in the family and I completely stopped the hair loss problem after numerous researches and investigations on all nutrients the hair needs to stay alive and I came up with this list (those are the nutrients that should be taken on a regular basis for any hair loss patient): 1 - Vitamins {B2 , B3 , B12 and B6}. (daily piece of banana, butter if u can) 2 - Vitamins (A an E} (8 pieces of Pistachios whenever u can, or carrots and lettuce) 3 - Zinc specifically and many minerals (Nuts of all kinds, daily 7 piece Almonds, daily 5-6 pieces of Cashew and daily 7 pieces of Walnuts) 4- Biotene from egg yolks (semi-cooked egg 4 times a week 4 eggs per meal, u can buy a shampoo containing this nutrient) 5 - Omega 3 (daily big spoon of olive oil, or fish of any type, or Walnut) 6- Caffeine (From coffee and if u could buy a shampoo containing this) That's what I did and still doing every day and how this helped me to stop the loss completely, focus of number 3 and make it daily. Number 4 is for regrowing the hair roots but it should take a lot of time

SHANA BANNA: This is going on right now I always lose hair more than most but like u said in video I lost over half my pony tail it’s just easily falling out . Never has this before like this .ty for the advice seeing a doc and will try everything u suggested.

Joanna R: Hello how is your hair doing now? Did it all grow back? Thank you for sharing this. I've had severe hair loss due to stress also.
