It is all about Chinese. Ancient hair throws secrets. So I am really fascinated by the Chinese culture. They'Re home remedies, they're natural remedies, they're beauty, regimens their skincare routines and most of all their hair secrets. So Chinese women have such beautiful long dark, floppy hair, and it really fascinated me so I did some research and I did find five of their hair secrets from thousands of years ago, but they still use today. It'S been passed down for centuries. It actually is the secret to the weight of their hair look and I'm excited to share with you guys, London, we're really surprising to me really interesting and things that actually, I could do in my own life and some of these things I actually already do in My own life, so let's get started hair, think our number one is using rice water. So when they cooked rice they would not throw the water away like after you boil the rice. If you cook the rice in some water left over as it turns into like a milky white color, they don't throw that away. Instead, they use it on their hair. So what you can do is you can put in a spray bottle and spray your hair with it. You can risk your hair with it. You can shampoo your hair with it, and what this is. It'S very full of vitamins that your hair needs and it makes your hair really soft and smooth and silky. It really came fear, frizzes and flyaways, and this is probably their number one hair secret of all time. It'S been passed down from centuries and centuries. It is ancient and still used today, heresy right number two is black sesame seed, who knew so. I actually have been eating black sesame seeds for a long time. I like to pick up these little squares from my local agent store and they're. Actually, just little tiny squares of nuts and sesame seeds, flax, we see - and I would think they're so good, but some people look at me really gross because it is like a square of black and it looks like you're eating a piece of coal, but it's so So good and it really curb your hunger and who knew that it's really good for your hair. It'S a super rich in iron, which helps to invigorate socialize the circulation on your scalp, and when you increase that blood circulation in the follicles are awakened, it also improves the shine of your hair and the texture of your hair, which is really nice. Because that way, your hair feels good to the touch secret. Number three is something called camellia oil or camellia extract, which is basically the seeds of the tea tree or the green tea tree. So it's basically tea seed oil and then to something that you can find online or at your local Asian store. Maybe but I really started to use a hair mask and when I was looking at the ingredients, I actually thought that it does have camellia green tea leaves extract in here. So I was really excited to find that out, and this is the argan oil hair masque by bio finest. I love this hair mask. It smells amazing, it's jam-packed with a lot of natural ingredients and natural things. I take a piece of my hair in this, but it's okay, so yeah. This has the camellia extract in here, and I really love the way that this hat makes my hair appealed. If you guys, don't really want to try the oil, but you want to try something have it in there. You can opt for this. I will leave it in the description box below the texture is similar to olive oil. It'S kind of a greasy oil. It has a really powerful ability to seal in moisture in your hair and because it does that it prevents hair from getting dry. It prevents the hair from getting split end, because it's blocking that moisture is that your hair is not about to split and in turn, you get a lot less hair fall and hair loss even number four. This is trainees. Women used for hair growth is tea-drinking speeds, because green tea and a green tea is really great for promoting you, a hair growth. You can actually use it as a topical treatment where you can rinse your hair with it or spray your hair with it or you can drink it and green tea actually originated in China and now, just like everywhere around the world, but consuming. It is really good for your body, it's really good for your hair and makes your hair luscious and shiny and soft, and it's jam-packed with a lot of vitamins, that your hair will love you for number five, and the last tip that I found the Chinese women Use for their hair is cloning, so I'm not a huge comer of my hair. I don't comb my hair a lot too soon, as I get really lazy and therefore I get a lot of knots and therefore I get a lot of breakage. So there was an old trainees book that was about the causes of different diseases, and in this book it said hair will not turn white it cold regularly. So this does make a lot of sense and combing. Your hair, every single day, is, has been proven to increase the circulation of blood in your scalp, which is really good. Oh, I get your volatile, therefore, promoting hair growth, and when you do brush your hair, your hair becomes more balanced here. It just becomes a lot more flowy, it's not weighed down and so brushing your hair is really important, and that's why Chinese women have such 50 hair with no knot. So these are 5 secrets of Chinese women that they use for centuries for their hair. The way that their hair is look, the help of the nervousness of their hair is darkness of the hair. I was really surprised. I had a lot of fun finding these house. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thank you guys so much for watching, and I do have like a kinda like a series of different kinds of cultures and they are hair secrets and I will leave the playlist down below. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and thank you guys so much for watching I'll catch. You guys in you

Elizabeth Houghton: 1)rice water 2)black sesame seeds 3)camilia oil (tea tree oil) 4)green tea (topical or consumption) 5)combining

MisterTracks: Keep it up! Looking forward for more videos from you, don't stop!

Angela Yue: Instead of plastic or metal brushes/combs, try to use a wooden comb/brush. The benefits are that it helps increase stimulation on the scalp and it actually spreads your natural oils to the ends of your hair, so it helps prevent breakage and gives your hair a softer, more even feel too.

Shadowdemun13: I'm a guy and I've mixed homemade ginger tea with green tea, tastes pretty good and I've also wiped the tea on my scalp it's done wonders for my hair growth

nguyen tran: I am Chinese myself. We don’t use sweets for our hair. Chinese do use tea for hair care. If you like to use Black sesame best to use the powder or grind it. For best result you can also use avocado with extra virgin. You are in a right track but to applied the sweets black sesame candy to the hair are bad choices. Not every hair are the same. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Matcha MC: Fun fact! You do not need to be Asian to try this hair hacks for hair growth (like most of the comments suggest). Maintaining healthy hair doesn’t require being a certain race. Rice water can be used on any hair type to grow hair regardless of your race; I am prove of this, because I have 4b natural hair and rice water has work wonders on my hair (when used correctly). Please be more educated when talking about a topic you hardly know about. It could miss inform other people.

Omg Giiirl: I use cammelia oil we call it dongbaekgireum (동백기름) in Korea. It really works! It absorbs really well and is light and non greasy! I like it more than coconut or kuikui oil.

M K: tbh it’s kinda genetic to have strong long shiny hair. Asian women (India, Pakistan, China, South-Korea etc.) all have beautiful hair. Ofcourse these hair care things help too :)

Gasai Yuno: I used to drink green tea every morning but now I actually drink White tea every morning and to be honest my hair has started growing more after I switched to White tea but I Think that both ar good but I personally like White tea better it has worjed better for me when it comes to hair growth and I also like that it is less bitter than green tea

Foxx: Our hair tend to be on the thin side. (Source: my cousins and parents, etc). But mine is on the wavy side.

Pp Kk: Actually with or without that secret you mentioned its naturally beautiful. Im asian I don't need to do treatment on my hair but still beautiful. I dont really believe what you said

Mss Me: Thanks for the vid this was a good one love hair care tips ! ❤️

I AM Essence: Rice bran oil works very well too.

wonkie : Black sesame seeds is something my mom taught me it is very good there's also water activated sesame pudding desserts I would recommend they taste good even if they don't grow out your hair

シュリンプpt2: Or be asian. It's genetics, but my unlucky half ass got the hair from my father who isn't asian at all. But my siblings were lucky enough to have hair like our mother

ilektra pa: Hair videos are so helpful, keep like that

The Messenger: It's just genetics. I literally don't know a single chinese person who sprays rice water in their hair

Karen McCann: I think all Asian woman have beautiful silky hair, whether you're Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian. I think one main thing is it's genetic to that part of the country to have long dark thick hair and I envy women from those countries, because I honestly think if all those women, if they just shampooed and conditioned their hair regularly with good products I dont think they would need coconut oil, olive oil, rice water. I have black color treated hair and I take care of it the best I can but unfortunately it's fine and frizzy, especially when it's damp and humid. I'm vegan, I take my vitamins. When I use coconut oil on my hair, whether I leave it in for a couple hours or overnight when I wash my hair out, I really wash it out and my hair drys, It looks even thinner than before. All these women that use coconut oil already have thick hair so they're making their hair shiny. I don't know honestly how you can grow your hair thicker when your genetics have already predispositioned us to have certain color, texture, thickness that I dont understand. That's just the way it is.

doThatGWalk: This gave me ideas, thank you.

Anuska Mohamed: that was helpfull.and you look gorgeous as always

queennjoss: seeing the thumbnail than her hair made her hair look unhealthy

Aida Segura: I don't comb my hair out all the time either.. lol. I usually run my fingers through my hair. Or use a huge pik I guess I'll have to start brushing it out at night.. thanks for these tips

KathysBeautyCareChats: Thank you!!! I've just started looking for ways to get my hair healthier! Xoxoxo!!

Dfgbvh: Omg the rice water works i am so happy bc i am mixed and i don't have long hair and now i do

MisterTracks: Goob job! :) Keep it up!

Aurangzeb Khalid: Yes ,you have to be an asian... I'm an asian so my hair is straight from birth.. I'm from Pakistan

Marie Castro: I like how you do your eyebrows. Not to thick or thin. can you do a tutorial on how you do your eyebrows

my life is trash: really helpful thanks Sheetal.

nfvy: Unless you’re talking about the very specific and distinct Yao tribal women who literally grow their hair down to their ankles then you should know that most asian women don’t use products for their hair lmfao. We don’t keep our rice water or have any “ancient secrets” that are passed down from our families. It’s literally just genetics. No asian woman I know obsesses over hair.

laylac: My Chinese grandma uses rice water to wash her hands and even to water the plants

space girl B: 1st of all using rice water is from Indian it is a Indian hair remedy it is called as arisi thani

Rupali Jaiswal: sheetal can u tell me how to do hair smoothing at home plzz

nonuu: My mom is Hawaiian and Asian, but my dad is a lot of different things OTHER than asian and Hawaiian. Hes like, black, white, and hispanic or somth but i have wavey hair...his is curly but my moms is straight. I want straight hairrrrr

Shanti Carruthers: I use tea tree oil on my hair and It does not work that well

Ms. Shabria Gxo: I just learned something new

Xue: No we don’t do that with rice water. We eat a lot of tree fungi.

Dumpling Soup: Wow rice water?! I grew up drinking it.

nfvy: Those black sesame toffees are super high in sugar lmao. You’d also have to eat literal CUPS of black sesame to see any effect on your hair.
