Hello, lovely friends, welcome back to onix food heal, i'm so glad having you back to my old subscribers. I just want to say a very big thank you and also, if you're new to this channel. If this is your first time of stopping by at this channel, please i wanted to subscribe click on the bell button, so that you'll be the first to know whenever an interesting video is uploaded so guys in today's video. I'M simply going to show you how you can make fenugreek water for hair growth. You can use it to massage your hair and to rinse hair the amount of fenugreek water you prepare depends on you. You can easily make a large amount and store in the fridge and use it whenever you want to use it, so i'm going to make use of it. Just what i'm going to do. I'M going to scoop out three tablespoons of fenugreek seeds then place this in a jar that i have here. Okay into this i'm going to add in cold water and i'm going to place a lid over the jar, then i'm going to leave it at one corner of my kitchen. You can leave this for 24 hours or just overnight, we're going to come back to this. Okay, guys, this is after 24 hours just come back to this every now and then to just give it a little shake okay to just mix everything up. You will notice the liquid has taken over the color of the fenugreek, and the seeds inside have double the inside and they've swollen up. So what i'm just going to do is to strain it now. You just need a bowl and a strainer to collect the seeds. Okay, this is slightly fermented once you have the seeds collected. You can either blend this and use it as face mask, or you can just discard this. If you don't want this anymore and we now have the fenugreek water here, okay, i just want to show you how the liquid turned out. Okay, it looks a little bit thicker and a bit runny just like this. So next i'm going to bring this into my spray bottle. Fenugreek water contains vitamin a c and k, and it's rich in minerals such as potassium and ion, and it is also rich in folic acid. This clammy water adds shine and volume to your hair. It prevents dandruff and dry scalp. All you just need to do is to massage it into your hair or just use it to rinse. Your hair then leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it out with a mild shampoo. Okay. This is very beneficial for hair growth.
