Hey guys welcome back to the channel tonight again, thank you guys for coming back in today's video i'm going to be making this a very simple, deep conditioner that will help you. You know with your natural hair. This conditioner is particularly important for people and useful for people who are suffering from thinning hair, breakage, excess, breakage and split ends so guys, if you're interested. Our first ingredient for this recipe is a cactus sleeve, i'm using half a liver of a cactus so guys this is one plant that i want to encourage everybody to get alongside the aloe vera in the garden. It'S really amazing, because it's almost similar to aloe vera, it makes it contains a lot of nutritional benefits for your hair. It makes your hair soft and strong at the same time guys it's. It keeps healthy, scalp and hair. It makes your hair grow faster and it also reduces hair loss. It thickens your hair, it prevents it helps to reverse heat damage, as well as it can protect your hair from the sun all right guys. So this is an amazing plant that you can use. If your hair is super dry, if your hair is always very hard, you can use this to soften your hair. Keep your hair moisturized! You! Can those people are where places where you you think it's difficult for you to find aloe vera. You can substitute it with this one. Normally it's also um. It'S the same. It'S almost the same, like aloe vera, as i said, so you want to clean your cactus leaf by removing the tony areas wash them, and then you cut them into very small pieces. It'S an amazing amazing ingredient for you to have at home. I'M like is that one powder that i always like to use from time to time, especially when i'm experiencing like breakage amla and my moringa and fenugreek, are the powders that i don't. I never lack at home, okay guys, so those three puzzles are my go-to powders. That i always have at home so, like i was saying this conditioner is going to be very good for those people who are suffering with breakage um thinning of hair um, excessive single strand knots, excessive split ends, use them consistently guys you can use make this simple. Very simple, two or three ingredient recipe and use it for a while to try to treat stop this problem that i just mentioned once you stop them, then you can start using something else. You can start incorporating other things into your regimen, but i think that when you have a problem, when you notice that you have a particular problem, try treating that particular problem. So that's what i think so, when you try this very simple one at least three times you're gon na see a massive massive change with your hair. Blended and strain everything you want to add an oil into your mixture and go and use it immediately. But here i am adding a pop, the pop of um that i removed from one of my conditioners. I don't i don't remember if it's conditioner and oil, but i'm going to link it down below for you guys to see, and then i want to mix it into my um, my my conditioner. So if you do not have this, it's no problem guys. It'S no problem, it's just because i have this bulb that i want to mix it to use at once. So but if you are making this conditioner you're just going to use your amla and your cactus with some oil, all right guys and you go ahead and apply to your hair. But because i have the pop of this conditioner that i kept in the freezer. For for some time now, i decided to add it to it. So now i'm just adding my diy oil, i'm also going to link it down below for you and then i mixed everything in the blender for it to be smooth and nice and now um, i'm just transferring it into the bowl. So that's it guys. If you do know normally it's obvious that you're not gon na have any pop of of anything that you've made in the house. But if you have, you want to mix it into your conditioners, because i usually don't throw away my pops so so once if you bet, if you are not, if you are not mixing anything, as i said, you just go ahead and use your amla and your Cactus, has it applied on your hair to try and fix your breakage problem right guy. So, like i said in my other video simplicity, is the key? Keep it simple and you will see how your hair will flourish. There is no need for you to try doing so many things at once. It doesn't work that way. I guys trust me. I have tried them and i know that once you keep it simple, your hair starts responding very well. You start complicating it. You start seeing different things happening to your hair. You don't even know what is happening which product is causing words, but if you keep it simple with simple ingredients, make your recipes with two three ingredients you'll be able easily to easily identify when something goes wrong. Okay, so here i am just applying it to my hair, i wash my hair excuse me, i wash my hair already and i'm applying it on clean hair. So i started like i once said. Let me just repeat myself: if you're fighting, um, breakage, thinning, hair, um single strand knots, excessive splittings guys try this, but guys if you have excessive splittings, there is no way to remedy you can only you just have to cut it off and start because it keeps Spreading until you go to the ends of the until it reaches your scalp, so by that, usually, your hair will finish so guys if you notice that your hair is um splitting a lot just try cutting that area off and because there's no need to struggle to Have long hair when it's not healthy, the goal is to have healthy hair, not long hair, at least that's my goal: healthy hair, not long hair, if it's long good and fine, but if it does not get long, but it's healthy, i'm fine with that. So so guys, that's me applying it to my hair. I put it on my scalp. I swear guys and i walk it in and if you notice i'm struggling here to apply because i actually started running out of it. So i was just trying for it to um to finish this last section, because i was the only part that was remaining on my head, so guys make quantities that will really um saturate your hair. I didn't really worry about it, because i don't have any problem that i'm treating. I just wanted to give my hair that um, that clc guys. So, if you're actually treating something make good quantities that you actually saturate your hair with see, so that it gets into every strand of your hair and then so that he can be able to do the job that he has to do.
