Hey everyone, it's rochelle and welcome back to my channel in today's video i'm going to show you guys how to really step your wig game up, i'm going to show you how to set your application up. We are not going to go into 2022 with bad hairlines and bad wigs nope. We are not doing that. I mean. Are you seeing the hairline on this wig right now? No lace she's giving no lace never heard of her and guys. We don't even need to add any baby hair to hide the lace. I mean, if you want to add baby hair. That'S okay, that's optional, but i'm going to show you guys how to apply it without the baby hairs. I just found out about this product recently and it will have your wig looking flawless flawless. This is like the game changer product. If you want to see how i install this wig keep watching i'm going to be using a pre-made wig today, and it's provided by tinashe hair. This is what the wig looks like straight out of the box. This is how the curl patterns look. So it's a body wave hair. All the hair info will be listed in description box down below make sure you check out any other review video on this hair. This is my very first time using their hair as well. Now i will be bleaching the knots and also tweezing the hairline off camera. This will give the wig a more realistic look. Let'S move on to install i'm going to be using a stocking today. This is what i'm going to be using for my ball cap method. So i will be using the stocking method, you can use a wig cap or you can use stocking the things with stocking. I feel like it looks more seamless flawless, but a wig cap works just as well, but you guys want to see how i do my stocking cap method, and this is how i do it now. My hair is already slicked down. I use a lot of edge control. It leaves white residue all over my hair, so i need to wash that out. But, yes, i use edge control to slick down my hair as flat as i possibly can. I don't do cornrows. I just do braids like two braids, because i don't know how to do cornrows now, i'm gon na go in with my scissors and cut off that extra piece at the top. Now we look like we kind of have a ball cap going on and with the stocking. It is a lot thinner than the actual wig cap, so it gives a really flawless seamless ball cap method. However, i still like using a wig cap too, because i don't like cutting up a good pair of stocking, but i want to show you guys the stocking method. So you can see my hair peeping through i'm going to go in with some liquid foundation and i'm going to cover my hair up as much as i possibly can that way, you don't see it through the wig when i apply the wig and that's how you're Going to get that scalp-like look when you apply your weight, you need to cover your actual hair cover. The stocking cap cover the wig cap with some foundation. Now you guys, i think i should have done the foundation after i apply the liquid gold, but i did it before so try and do it afterwards. Instead of using glue to melt down my wig cap, i prefer to use the liquid gold because it's very easy to remove. You can remove it with water and it's not glue. So it's not going to cause any damage to your actual hairline. I don't like the glue too close to the hairline, so i'm going to go in with my blow dryer on a warm setting just to speed it up, so it dries really fast. However, the liquid gold dries super super fast. I find faster than glue anyway guys. I personally prefer to apply my wigs first before i actually do my makeup. I prefer to do the ball cap method. First, you guys already know this. I mentioned this like in all my videos, because i do apply my wigs majority of the time with no makeup on, but i got places to go today, so i have to hurry up anyways i'm going to go in with my scissors right now and i'm going To cut off all that extra lace, because not lace girl, what are you talking about? I'M cutting off the extra stocking cap because we don't need that anymore and you guys i was cutting it way too close. I cut it way too close to the hairline. You got to be careful, especially with the foundation on it. I couldn't really tell where my hair started, so i kind of cut it a little too close, and i could see some of my edges kind of peeping through, as you can see, the foundation on my forehead is actually starting to come off see. This is why you do your foundation after you apply the ball cap. Now i'm gon na go in with the liquid gold on a rat tail comb and i'm just going to press down the edges, because the edges are looking a little rough on the stocking cap and we want it to look like we're bald. We want a ball cap method, so we want it to look very, very seamless, so i go in with the liquid gold and then i'm gon na go in with the blow dryer and melt down the edges of the wig cap. I'M gon na go in with my makeup: wipe and just clean off all that excess liquid gold off my forehead, all the excess makeup. We need to get rid of that. So i'm just gon na pop that wig on now and see how she's looking i will say that this wig, it's a 13x4 lace front wig. However, the side there's not a lot of parting room going on in the side, so this wig is basically meant for just a middle part, but it's not super versatile on the side at all. So now i'm going to go ahead and i'm going to cut off all that extra lace by the ear. I don't need it. I actually cut off some of the lace on the front. Already i'm going to go in with my bold hole, liquid gold skin protector. I always tell you guys, use your skin protector before you apply the glue onto your skin, so we're just going to go in with the bowl hole glue. Now this is my favorite glue. I use it pretty much in all of my videos. So now i'm going to apply a layer of glue to the forehead, doing the same thing that i always do when it comes to application, apply the glue and go in with my blow dryer on the cool setting to melt that lace. Now i added another layer of glue, so i used two layers of glue wait for the glue to dry clear. I always tell you guys this wait for it to dry, clear and i'm gon na pop that wig on you guys see me doing this so many times. So i'm just popping that wig on and i'm gon na go in with my rat tail comb just to comb it and start melting down the lace. As for cutting the lace, i used to use the razor, but i kind of like using the scissors more especially these tiny little baby scissors. It really gets me really close to the lace to the hairline, so i can create a very flawless hairline and i'm cutting away all that extra lace that we don't need. Now, i'm going to add the lace glue to the sides, doing the same exact thing that i did to the forehead and i'm just going to speed this part up, because you guys have seen me doing this before so this is nothing new okay, so my wig Is on and i'm just gon na go in with my flat iron just to flatten it down. I will be wearing this hair straight honestly. I love body wave hair when it's fresh out the box, but once you wash it, the waves are like kind of gone. Anyways, this is the star of the show, melted, the lace academy, melting spray, guys. I saw this on instagram and i had to order it. This was not sent to me. This is not sponsored by them. I wanted to try this out for myself and honey. Let me tell you this: is this is wow, so i apply this onto the hairline of my wig. Usually i would use my got to be free spray to help to melt down the lace, even with hd lace. You have to use something to melt down the edges of the lace, so the lace looks seamless this stuff right here. I applied it onto my lace and honey. The lace was invisible. She was gone now. You only need to spray it down. I don't even think you need to use a blow dryer, that's what it says on the instruction of the bottle. However, i don't really read things all the time i just go in and start using it, and i didn't read that. However, i used my blow dryer. It worked fine and what i really love about it. It did not make my hair feel dry and you know the got to be free spray because it is a hairspray. It tends to make the hairline feel really dry a little crusty. So this one i could comb through it really nicely. It just gives the lace a really flawless finish, and this video - i actually filmed it two weeks ago, you're able to keep your wig on for a longer period of time. If you want to keep your wig on for a longer period of time, i wanted to see how long it would last - and i actually kept my wig on for about a week, which i never really do. I usually keep it on for. Like maybe two days the most, but i really wanted to see how it worked and it worked really well like i couldn't see the lace. Where is she so i'm gon na tie it down now, once i tie it down, that's what's gon na really melt the lace, so i didn't even have to use any hair mousse like. Are you seeing this now to tie down my wig, i'm using my extra piece of stocking that i have and according to the instruction of the melted spray, you leave it on for about 10 minutes. So that's exactly what i did. I left it on for about 10 minutes and i chose not to do any baby hairs whatsoever because i just want to see how well this product works without using baby hair to hide the lace. Baby hair is optional. You can do it if you want to, but i just wanted. I wanted a clean look. This is how it's looking, and this is the final result you guys get into it like where's, the lace. It looks great. I love love, love the spray and i'm about to order another one, so yeah. I really hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thank you guys so much for watching. If you enjoyed it, you learned something new. Give me a thumbs up and i'll see you guys in another video very very soon. I love you guys. Thank you for watching bye,
