I don't know, i think so yeah i think it worked it did now. Let'S just see, i think i had to reset up the microphone in here. So let's just make sure that people can hear us. Oh yeah, because you know we got important stuff. We have stuff to say: yeah, we do hey everybody, we are in our new place in our new studio. Yes, this is not complete yeah, we don't have a backdrop, and so we know that color back there. I feel like everything we do is always okay, that they can hi ally, hi, ally, hi donna. She says she can hear us good deal good deal, yeah, we're still doing some sound issues and it won't have such an echo and we'll have a nice backdrop. But you know what we could not go another week: no, we missed them. We did and right before, like five minutes ago, because we had all this set up yesterday, misty started stressed out and i'm like whoa, it's wig talk wednesday honestly stressed out it just isn't the same. It'S not it's like i'm always stressed. Oh, my goodness. Oh hi, everybody we're so happy to see hi carla. Oh, we have pup mom, see when people have like their handle. I never know who you are. I'M sorry. I know you hi colleen hi, terry. We got youtube and facebook going. I feel like. Sometimes it's a contest because more people watch on youtube. I'M telling you yeah youtube. People are um. Definitely the winners in that category yeah! So facebook, you better like get your friends get everybody. Did you have a happy new year? Well, okay, did you have a good christmas? I did. I should do anything christmas. I did my family had for christmas early, so some friends and i um went to arkansas got a cabin so nice right on the lake, so quiet beautiful i'll go back today. I don't think i've had pictures shared with me, but i'll show you some i'm sure, there's some well. I stay home and my parents and my aunt uncle came over and my friend and her husband felt so sorry for me because i was so stressed out over the move they came over and they cook christmas dinner for my family. Oh, how nice yeah, i did see, pictures because and some other things their christmas had kind of fallen apart and so and they're both amazing cooks. So that was like the biggest gift of love i could have ever received. So i know it was good because they're excellent yeah, it was good tenderloin. So we had we had primary. You know everything was really good. It was good now it makes me hungry, because it's lunch time and we just talked about food, so i got him pam's on and here we have him pam, we haven't seen you you're gon na, come see the new hi georgia happy new year. Church is here. Yes, george is here everybody's here, i'm so excited i mean i i thought people might forget about us since we took two weeks off. This is the first time in like two years that we took more than one week off. I know i mean, even when we were iced in him, bless her heart did it by herself, because i had so far to drown, yeah but we're back. We have a very one year, full new year and a good christmas yeah. We'Ve got great hopes for this year. So yes - and let me just tell you okay now i feel like i will probably share the picture of the video that we took on our last wednesday at the old place and what a mess it was. And now it's really easy, literally you walk in here, hit one button and we're on so yeah. You expect more videos, yeah um, because we've been promising and promising. You know it just didn't happen. So we're excited now. Oh goodness, pam says she has copies. Oh no! Get yourself well girl, yeah, okay, ask a good question: what how is the new shop? Oh, we love it. We love it. It'S amazing. It'S easy to work in everything's organized everything's, put away. We love our studio because we've finally got something that you could probably say was professional. Yes, it is. We had a great audio visual guy. He listened to what we needed and he's worked tirelessly to come. I mean, i think he thinks we make stuff up. Like. Oh, we need this and we need that, but he just always is so nice and says: okay, all right well on yesterday, we were in here and this room - it's pretty small. I mean - and he was here when we were videoing, so he was literally right off camera and i was ready for him. I said i think he wants things for i'm being a diva or being a diva because you're like oh no, this light has to go here and go there, but i mean you just don't understand how important it is and how happy we are that we can Show the wigs in better light than we had before, and it not be so shiny, and so this and you get a really a true picture of what color is yeah. There'S a delay in our lips and the sound. And i don't know what we need to do about that, but several people have mentioned it. I noticed it when we first went on, and so we will work on uh finding a remedy for that, because i'm not really sure what it is. Probably just a setting. Um we'll talk to him, we'll talk to the guy um. So let's talk about 2021, all right um. What we decided we would do is we do a look back on 2021 and see what were our best selling wigs. Everybody has a different viewpoint, depending on who you're watching which company everybody sells to a different market, but for our group, our community, we pulled together the top styles that we've sold through um the website and in store. Yes, okay, well, mostly just the website. It'S easy to pull, but i'm telling you what there were two clear winners: i'm telling you they like, doubled the sales on these two wigs doubled. All the other three we're going to show you the top five yeah so um, since we may need more sound, we're working on it. We'Ve got soundproofing, we've ordered more soundproofing. We know there's a little bit of an echo, but it's way better than it was like. What are we saying we're working progress, but we're here yeah, so we're here: yeah, okay, all right! What do you have on? I have on starly what color in hot cocoa now did you trim on that? I did. I cut my bangs quite a bit because kimberly myers, who, if you're part of our facebook group, the mimi's wig chicks online, she's very active in there, and she wanted this wig with a full bang. And i never cut it when we first got it in a full bang and i cut hers and sometimes i don't freak out y'all. But if you ask me to cut your wigs, i'm going to try them on or i'm going to have kim trying on before. I mail them out so that we know that it looks good and it's hanging good. So i put her wig on and immediately i was like. I want to keep this wig so um. This is sterling with a full bang. Generally, it doesn't come with the full bang and um this. Is it love it love it love it oh patty wants to know. Aren'T we going to get a tour of the new shop yeah? Of course you will and we've got a super cool camera to do that with, and i asked this question yesterday i said so if we were on, we could flip from that camera to this camera and then walk around with it, and we will be able to Do that, but not today, we plus we want it to be perfect. Yeah i mean, and we're close i mean we still have some furniture and things coming in that's still being shipped. So as soon as it's perfect, we'll do a walk through. Yes, i do have unfiltered on by raquel welch and it is in the color shade biscuit, which is ss1923 okay, um all right all right. So what was number one? Are we gon na go backwards or forwards? Five yeah - i have to link down here because we're still ordering our desk still isn't here, but we're getting there so number five, the of the top best-selling wigs of 2021 hello - and you know for it to be number five for the whole year. It hasn't even been out that long, no, what maybe, every month it back, ordered for so long that people weren't even able to get it it's back ordered again. I will tell you if you've ordered meadow or um. If you're thinking about ordering meadow, we have a few blondes in stock, but all the blondes are back, ordered and and they're gon na the the earliest backorder date. Um is they're going to start coming in the end of february, beginning march, um noriko makes meadow. Yes, i didn't put the company names and these will all be in the description once we get done. We need to talk about our lipsense. Oh, i have on blue red and cherry blossom gloss. I have on the red glitter gloss, my beanie's here, hi mimi. We got, she would have stayed longer. Well, i thought you would bring us coffee sometimes on wednesday, mimi shows up and she's. She knows what we want and she brings me my iced tea from starbucks, because that's what i like, but we don't care if she brings anything. We just like to see her. Okay, when i tell you, i think this short bob is pretty much perfect. I really do think it pretty much is, and this um is the silverstone r, which is um a new color for them. Yeah i mean i should but paint the root in to the silver stone to get it. Let'S put this now, they make it just perfect for the box, so meadow, yes, nice, high, stacked bomb, now meadow and silverstone rooted, that's not backwards. That would back up. We have about three or four of these in stock. So if this is the color you've been looking for, if you order it today, we can ship it today. Um lynn wants to know how meadow compares to audrey meadows probably got more. It'S got shorter layers here than audrey and it's got it already. Has a nice bang, it's got a nice bang that audrey doesn't have and it does have. I don't know that i'd say more permatease, but you do get a little bit more poof and volume. I just love it, and then it's got a tighter neckline in the back than what audrey has it's good all right, let's switch it all right. Um someone's asking vonda is asking how snug is meadow meadows and noriko, so it's going to run like all the other norikos. I do it's it's snug, but it's not, and i have a 22 and three quarters circumference. So i feel like, if i can do it most people can do it. I just usually cut out the timing bands someone's asking about how dark the root is in meadow. It'S pretty dark. It'S pretty dark um. I would probably say they used a color like dark chocolate, but if you look at the deep smoky brown, it's lighter than the deep smoky brown and it also depends on the actual color, because i do different color roots for different. So, like the the desert sand. Melted marshmallow and things like that are going to have a different color root, but the silver stone are. It needs that dark root. For that contrast, yeah so cute, and this deep smoky brown is a good nice alternative to maybe cappuccino or dark chocolate. It'S got some coolness in it yeah, it's a really pretty color, i'm just loving how they're not so shiny in these lights. I know i always felt like before people people would think. Oh, they just look like doll hair and they look cheap. Well, they really don't real life. It was just that lighting we were under was so harsh. So so happy, oh sonia. I know i'm sorry. I wasn't here when you came in, but oh yeah misty took some time off at christmas and i took some time off in new year's and it was much needed all right, so someone's asking. How is this? How does this compare to corey? It'S got a little bit: heavier bang the bangs longer than corey it does. It has the stack, but it doesn't have the volume here that corey does uh more layering, and this is all shorter. Like cory has like a stack down here, but it's all like almost like a, i don't want to say a bubble, but it's like a true bob down to this point. Yeah we decided this is the perfect way. Some it's the best parts of corey audrey, all right. What is number four number four? Does anybody want to take a guess. Does that include me? Do you think they'll ever just continue it? It is an absolute staple for noriko. Yes, and you know it looks good. It goes from young to some of the. I don't want to say older women mature, mature women, so it goes great. I love it and i love the fact that you know the two best colors that we've ever had from noriko. It comes in that now. If they started making it or maybe we made it and the silverstone are oh, my goodness, i can't even imagine what that would be like yeah yeah, so good, okay, number, three okay, you got ta want to get. I can't guess this was kind of a surprise for me, oh yeah, it kind of was i mean and you're going to notice that well we'll talk about that in a minute, but isla isla and we all know there are two people on our facebook group that Wear isla to perfection not saying you all don't, but i mean susan and maxine yeah. Those are the two islands by raquel welch, but it's heat, defiant and isla is a great style. It'S timeless. And if you like, crowd pleaser by raquel welch, then i was a great place to go. That'S not easy to fight it and the tonya beverly cap is so so comfortable and i would just really love their fibers. I mean that it's just a shame. They don't make more styles yeah, but tony beverly is one of those companies. I just absolutely love and they just have a limited number of styles. Well, they don't have a limited number of this colors. They have a huge color range they're, not as buried as they used to be, but island has a lace front. Everything we've shown you so far. Um has been machine made alley does have a lace front, but it's machine made at the top. So oh thank you. Carla says a whole video ended on facebook, so i noticed some people were switching from facebook to youtube that some people don't do youtube so we'll fix it. Yeah, i'm sorry, they'll fix it. Y'All know how long it took us to get it right. At the other place - oh my goodness, and that was just with me - can imagine i mean somebody actually knows what they're doing so. Let me change the colors, so rooted. Platinum is a really good cool wand with a nice root. It'S it's absolutely it's hard to find those cool blondes, and this is kind of comparable, i think, to the cappuccino: yeah. It is and the dark auburn. This is a hard color to find in any other company. It either goes too red or it goes purple, and so this is a good balance. It still has some color dimension to it, so it's not totally monochromatic, but it's a beautiful color. Do you know a little bit of mimi's trivia right here? Our very first video review we did on this week. Do you remember that? Oh that's right, because it came in 43, colors, 44. 44. Sorry, and we used that wooden backdrop, y'all just memories. Memories. I'M gon na have to pick just repost that just as an only big goodie but isla is still going well. It'S it's not that good! It'S old yeah, all right now for our top two top two. You can't find it anywhere else and again, that's another reason why i think it was a top seller because you could get. We ordered the colors that you can't get yeah melted. Marshmallow is still. I couldn't be one of my favorites. I wear chocolate, frost all the time and that's not a custom color. They make it yeah. So it's like oh yeah me too yeah. Well, i mean you bought it. You got a house what i want to share. Take away your guest bedroom. I already did it it'll, be your outer room, your album room, love it it's good. If you put it up, it's good, if you wear it down it's good, if you tuck it it's good, if you i just love it y'all, i am a little biased, sorry maxine, because i know maxine doesn't really care for alpha. What'S your favorite, can you know i have changed so much and grown over the last year that i have a number of favorites. The lady in here. That is a throw and go wig. That wig looks good every time i put it on. I never have to do anything to it and most everybody that comes in to try it on they like it too yeah. It works good, a lot. Well, the bang's perfect, but we're not talking about that. We'Re talking about alpha that somebody said missy sperm. It used to be that noriko shag, mushroom, like cut reese reese, is still number two. I'M telling you i could go in there and put a reese on right. Now and think, oh i just love this wig, you would. Oh, we had a good sale too. We had the biggest sale we've ever had. Yeah we've never offered that much of a discount before and um, i think, probably in less in 24 hours we had more sales than we normally have on a sale when we offer it for three days. So i was so glad a lot of you took advantage of it yeah. It was like double yeah, so i'm telling y'all it was crazy. Okay, erin! We do not carry any human hair. Everything we carry is top quality synthetic. So this is what i started out in, and i did that on purpose um, because i really wanted everyone to see the difference um. So if you ever order a starling, you think well, it doesn't look like what misty had on um it's because mine has been altered. I cut it kim's. This is straight natural straight natural state, and this is the most gorgeous color. I feel like tony beverly has right now the rooted platinum. Yes, so it's um really close to like that palm springs blonde. If you wear that by jon renau or to the shaded biscuit it's in that kind of cool platinum kind of family, but really without going, you know sometimes like the palm springs wand and the silver sun. It really goes kind of silver. This is a true platinum. Blonde - and it really doesn't go silver deb says she has all, but one of the top five i le i don't even know what that would be. I know she's got alva, i know she's got skye, she's got eklet, she's got it. I know she's got she's got a bunch, it's hard to keep up with. I know. Maxine'S got three starly she's. Looking for a fourth girl, i'm telling you, if you want blonde that color is gorgeous yeah um. The minx is really pretty. I almost put minx in here it's a real, pretty gray. That'S lighter and goes to darker. There'S a couple of colors in sterling that are just amazing. Safari is a great color. Maybe we'll do a whole show on starling. Now that um, we know it was the number one 2021 wig and we'll show you all the colors yeah all 44., not only in captain 44., oh, my goodness, so that that was it. Y'All 2021 was a great year for us. I mean it was a hard year, but it was a good year um and he is still still frozen in texas. It'S about to get cold in here too. Tomorrow it's going to be freezing. Well, i know we've done it before, but we're going to do it again because it was number one for 2021. and terry is asking if um we'll cut a bang in it before shipping. Absolutely if you ever want anything altered or trimmed or cut. You'Re welcome to pick up the phone and talk to us about it, but the best thing to do is to put in the notes section of your order what you want done and if we have any questions, if i can, you know just typically it's a bang. So just measure from your hairline down to like the bridge of your nose that'll, give me an idea, but if it's everything in question i'll call you back, but if you'll just put that there we'll do it before we ever cut it. Yes, allie actually has starli. She had a gun and pearl missed. Yes, and i cut things for her, i i think probably i mean i don't know if you just want to tell the number that we sold. I don't have any details, but it's going to be some combination of styles and new colors, and so we're excited for that. I expect the first kind of wave of new things to come out in february and then from then on it's like february march april, so yeah there's good stuff for 2018 and i'm really excited. I was going to point out. Okay, i mean 2018 was an okay year, but i wouldn't want to repeat it: um 2022. That'S like the other day. I almost wrote 1996.. What'S wrong with me. I wish i was an agent right now. Maybe i'm trying to go back in time. Maybe so i do a lot of things differently so, but i'm really excited you know it's always great to have new styles, but i love when companies come out with new colors yeah and then the one i know for sure is amore is going to do their Launch them in march and then renee paris, the original rene paris line, will be there in april yeah. So i'm always excited about them because they really aren't afraid to try new things right. You know add new colors and kind of follow the fashion trend a little bit closer and then maybe some of our other companies, which is it can be bad. It can be good, it can be bad, you know, but i just like that, and the thing is they're not afraid to try. It doesn't always work, but they try. You know, that's what you've got to do. You'Ve got to put yourself out there, but do you know what i'm also excited about? What this style starly? We were like the very first people ever to get this wig and try it. Our rep didn't even know what it looked like. She didn't have a picture. She didn't have anything she said now we got a new style, do you want it and we're like well yeah and it look? It turned out to be the best seller of 2021.. Actually, i called to say: do you have any new styles? Oh yeah. We'Ve got one well once it come out. Oh it's fully stocked. You got a picture. Is it long? Is it short? It'S long short, i don't, and i finally just said you know what sign unseen: send them, we'll always yeah. We'Ll always i mean people want to see what the new styles are. So for, like three months, the rep they still didn't have stock pictures, so she would just tell them just go. Look at the youtube video and the only picture we had was one that i put on. The mannequin took a picture of um and it took them literally like almost eight months ten months to get a stock picture and the stock picture is great, which i'm really glad they got a good one. But i'm telling you it's just so funny it's like. So i'm kind of anticipating what tony bear was going to do. Next yeah i mean - and i know i they have two new styles coming out: uh and those are going to probably hit first, we don't know what they look like. I know the names of them, but i don't know nobody knows what they look like. The rep hadn't seen pictures i've been around just at this point. I'M like i don't care you get them, send them yeah. So as soon as we get it, you know we're going to do an unboxing yeah all right. Oh goodness, gracious so wig of the week again starly. It does take a little bit longer several days to maybe a week or two, because we get kind of backed up in that or i get kind of backed up in that styling um all the ones that are from new year's eve.
