Hey guys welcome back to the chica youtube it's ellie here and today i'm going to be telling you six things to not do to your synthetic wigs, so the first one is going to be to not over wash or over brush your synthetic wigs. So you don't need to wash your synthetic wigs until about every eight to ten wears, if not longer. If you do over wash your wig and over brush it, you are going to reduce the lifespan of your wig. So my second one's going to be do not use dry heat on a non non-heat defined synthetic wig dry heat is going to break down your hair fibers and make your hair frizzy and dry and matted. My next is going to be don't wring out your synthetic wig use a towel ringing out. A synthetic wig is once again going to break apart the fibers, and it's just going to really reduce the length of your lifespan for the wig. This kind of brings me on to my next don't and that is do not brush your wig, wet or damp. This is going to stretch out the hair fibers and they will either break or never return to their normal style and the last one is do not use human hair care products on a synthetic wig. Human hair products can be very harsh on synthetic wigs and once again break down the fibers, meaning you're not going to have long left with your wig. Thank you guys so much for watching this video.
