If you've ever ordered a wig online, you know how hard it can be to find a retailer. You can trust now only to send you the items you ordered, but also to send you any items at all. Here are a few tips for safely ordering your wigs, while avoiding scams, make sure to purchase from a reputable brand. The brand you're buying should have a website or some sort of proof that they exist elsewhere. Online buy wigs from companies that have reviews. If the majority of reviews about a wig company are negative, consider this when buying from them one positive review, does not mean that it's a reputable company, let's say a website, is selling a product for 30 dollars and claiming it's the deal of a lifetime always go To another site, that's selling that product and compare prices if that same product is $ 300 on other sites. That $ 30 deal may be too good to be true. Another quick tip is to make sure the website address of the page you're going to buy from starts with a padlock icon, followed by HTTPS instead of HTTP, the s means that the company has an additional level of security, protecting you and your credit card information. So what do you do if you buy from a website that sends you something you didn't order or doesn't send you anything at all, always check your bank statement or call your bank for wigs comm if your payment was sent anywhere except our parent company, beauty and Hair you most likely did not order your product from us in this case cancel your payment right away. You can always call our customer service team at one eight hundred five, eight one, two: zero zero one for help with your orders, because we're the largest wig retailer online. Many companies try to copy our look and feel or use our branding materials in an attempt to convince clients that they're buying from a reputable retailer like wigs com, always triple check. The website address you're on to make sure you're in the right spot. While we do run advertisements that link directly to our website, we never accept payments through Facebook. So if a company is claiming to be Wix calm and trying to sell you product through Facebook copy down, the website address and email it to sales at wix.com. Our clients are our eyes and ears. We receive claims of fraud from you more often than we find ourselves so don't be afraid to reach out

Andrew MacLaine: Other red flags: -the sample photos are pictures of celebrities, not wig models/headforms. -the sample photos are recognizeable pics from several different companies. -"easy returns" require a photo of you wearing the wig >> t&c states returns not accepted for wigs that have been worn. -the on-site reviews are ALL positive and sound like they are written by the same person. -Instead of a refund, they offer to sell you another wig at a discount.

Linda p.p.: Good info, really needed in 2019. Facebook is a problem with wig sellers. If you have shopped online you are probably receiving ads from sellers of fake wigs. Watch out people!

VioletSky: So many ladies in Facebook groups are getting scammed, these are great tip! I love Roxie! Thanks!

KATHY T.: Thanks for the tips. I've bought a few wigs on line. Probably with success because I received items, but I really wasn't sure what I was getting and have yet to wear them. Maybe it's time for a real tutorial and get something authentic from a reputable seller.

Carla Kool: I am new to the wig world in the last month. So many questions!! This was great info in general! The "padlock" and "S" were very eye opening, never realized that! I went online looking for a wig forum but didn't find one that seemed very active and/or current. It's such a difficult decision given "SIZE", "COLOR" "BRANDS" "EXPENSIVE RETURNS" etc. I am ok with the two I purchased (Ellen Wille & Noriko) but unlikely to wear them out in public. I was looking at a couple of Raquel Welch wigs but have seen a comment about them running small and another one about how they don't last long. Where's does one find this information at one place. Such an expensive proposition to learn from trial and error.  Thank you for sharing this info!

Maggie Jenkins: I'm a hairdresser and know all about wigs, I ordered a half wig of the internet costing over 200pounds, it was totally disgusting not worth I dollar, I got my money back after complaining several times, never again it was completely a load of rubbish

Lucypetuniaggm: I began looking for my first wig online. The first day (as a newbie) I learned terms like lace front, human hair, hand tied, etc. and knew those features usually came at a higher price than others…often significantly higher. As I continued my search the next day I began to find sites claiming to sell wigs with these features (and yes…one used pics of celebrities) at what I first thought were fabulous prices. I thought I’d struck wig gold. They were so cheap, so I made a list of several I considered buying. Suddenly I thought, “wait a minute…something doesn’t feel right.” I searched for info online about the seller’s reputation, & the first word that came up was “scam.” Now, whenever my search results include sites I’ve never heard of the first thing I do is check to see if they’re reputable. There are lots of sleazy people/businesses out there. Be careful!!

natalijamartina: Among that, I can’t understand how can sintetic wigs from ‘reputable’ company cost more than lace front human hair wigs available online. For me that’s a scam to.

Queen Queen: I just ordered from wigsis and saw the bbb warning. Trying to cancel before they send me a cheap wig. Hoping I can cancel without a hassle but might have to file complaint with Paypal if things don't go well. I'm concerned!

Wear Wigs with Me: Thank you for making this video!

Anja Johanna: Thanks for this video! I didn't know that you were the biggest online wig seller. Does Wigs.com ever have sales? I notice that some sites have an almost constant 30% off, which I like :-)

Mona Banks: Thank you for this helpful info.

Kristen Elliott: They sell crap and then will not give a refund saying you wore it or damaged it

Denise Kinzle: Luna is a scam.Ali Express & Rosegal are my fav.

Brenda Botzer: Thank you for the info <3

Brenda Cockrell Sterling: I had considered myself pretty sharp to scams but I guess I got caught too. The company is/was located at "gangppees.com. Never again I'll be buying in-store wigs.

Kris Isaten: Good info... not sure what type of wigs people are expecting for under $50? Lol I managed to find a lovely curly bob wig at the beauty supply a couple of years ago and it’s still in good shape. That’s rare though bc I’ve bought $200 wigs that morphed into birds nests most recently I bought a half wig and u part wig from Luvme hair and to me the hair is beautiful.. I installed both wigs and leave them in like extensions and each wig was under $150... in the wig game though, you definitely get what you pay for

Kayla Simon: I’m scared I bought a wig from a website ‼️ spent 59.98

Maureen Howard: Great advice wish I'd seen it before I bought an aweful wig from Ur hair!,,

M.C Mist: I want to buy a few wigs for my cosplay and I was looking at yukiwig.com but i'm not sure if they're a scam...i looked at the things you stated and they have the little lock as well as the https in front, they also have different headshots from people from behind, the head stands and so forth but i'm nervous help?

Shon Wilson: Love the content of this video so much I visited your site to see if you might become my new wig retailer. Your homepage turned me off immediately because there are no women of color. I'm not just saying no black women. ZERO women of color. In 2020. #shameful #outoftouch #missedopportunity Do you have any idea how much money black women in particular spend on wigs every year? I'm an actress in Hollywood so I definitely do.

J Lauria: Don't order from Wigssupply dot com! They are not the real deal. If it is too good to be true it definitely is.

B VA: Luna wigs...scam! Found out the hard way. Now it is hard to know who are reputable.

Pat Rice: Is LEEAWIGS LEGITIMATE, think ive been scammed paid and placed order on may 25 and haven't heard anything from them. I didn't do my research. I'm pissed 57. plus dollars. how do I report these bums.

bjerles: I am new to wigs and ordered from two companies that were shams. Kami wigs and wig buy.

Blair Bear: I just bought a couple of wigs from a website called shopmywig.com and it has been 2 to 3 weeks since I placed the order and I still haven’t gotten the wigs I ordered. Do you know if that website is legit or not?

Carla: Atiweet smmfh… they dnt wanna give me my money back then said to returm it but dnt give an address. Smh

Eulalia Varela: Can someone please tell me if Pre soft.com , wigs is a Spam. Bought 2 wigs and haven't heard anything from them. $62.28. omg.

Nessa E.: Has anybody reviewed choolor’s wigs?

lnzinorbit lnzinorbit:

Pammy S Harris: Is topperomance wig toppers a scam or real.

Pammy S Harris: Is topperomance real wig dealer?

Eva B: It happened to me 2x. The wig was garbage from China. But they pretending they are USA company. They use American wig websires immages of wigs. But when it arrived, it wasn't enen close to the posted puctures. Looked like Halloween wig, ended in trash can.

DeDe Millikan: Great Roxy! What wig are you wearing here? Editors Pick by Raquel Welch? Looks great I love all the reviews you do, your the best❤️

Speaking of Witch Wands and Magickal Things: Question: does anybody know if remy-wigs.com is legit? They don't mention lace front but from my experience you can't get the flat to your forehead natural look without lace front. I think you know what I mean. And, has anybody here ever bought from remy-wigs.com? Saw them on IG. I have made some fab purchases off IG but I'm afraid this place might be way off in China or somewhere and if I get a shit wig they will want me to pay through the nose to return it. Also they only accept Paypal. I don't mind artificial hair so much as long as it's a very well made one with lace front but I've only been able to get one that suits me. It came from China but they did a superb job. As much as I would love a human hair wig they are just really way out of my budget. The remy-wigs.com wigs are stunning and range from £25 and 50 or 60 depending. That's my budget. Any one having bought from them your advice would be invaluable.

TK Batson: Can you please share which style you are wearing?

Vandana SHARMA: Hi...Is wigs outlet your sister concern ?

KTHREE31:

j v: this woman has an odd habit of moving her shoulders left and right as if she cannot stand still
