Wig Collection 2016 + Mini Reviews | Uniwigs, Everyday Wigs, Donalove Hair & Wig Is Fashion

Hey guys it's Sam and today I'm doing a wig collection, video, I'm not gon na ramble about a ton. Nearly all of these were bought with my own money. If they weren't, I will tell you - and I will leave links to everything down below to these stores that I got them from and to the models that they are and everything like that and I'll kind of talk you through everything. If you want a more in-depth how to style them and everything about wigs, I will do something like that in the future. This is like a brief overview of them and kind of review of each one and what I think about each of them and stuff. But if you want more stuff on wigs, let me know, questions and stuff that you want to answer down below the first way that I ever bought was from John Renault. He is one of the better known wig creators for more natural looking hair, and this is a straighter style. Obviously, the style will be linked on the screen, but this one is looking a little ratty because I've actually never, I don't think I've ever washed her. I didn't wear wigs out a lot while I was ill. I didn't wear them out nearly doc because I was never leaving the house, so I just wore these in videos and then would usually have hats. On top, that's my preferred method of wearing wigs. So I haven't needed to do anything with her, but she's just a very basic wig. I also had her a little bit style, but I didn't really love the way that she was styled and I would have preferred to go to somebody who specialize more in ways that we were kind of enough time crunch. And I wanted to get a wig done before I lost my hair, so she kind of has like some random bangs cut in, but I pin them back, usually with a pin or I kind of style it back a little bit, but his wigs are more natural-looking. It does a synthetic wig. All my wigs are synthetic because I didn't want to invest all that money, because human hair, wigs are super expensive and I was really nervous about wigs. I didn't know anything about them or whatever, so I got all synthetic wigs and again since I didn't work on the house, I didn't even look super realistic or anything, but kids are definitely a little more sparse. You'Ll see when I show my other wigs that this looks more sparse than the other ones do, so it does look more natural and then really like the crown on this. All of my wigs are also lace front wigs. I didn't really love the crown on this because I feel like it was very poofy that kind of got thinned out, but this one was better once my hair actress toured to grow back because I'll try it on really quick and I'll show you. But it is hard to wear when you don't have any hair, because it doesn't have a very natural hair, but these are kind of the bangs that were cut in that, like I said, I usually have pinned back a little bit and i kind of obviously would Mess with it more than just throwing it on like this, so usually, i would have that pin back and all style before I'm gone video or anything, but so this is how it looks. But again, this is all my natural hair, so it really does blend well with my natural hair, but when you don't have any hair, it doesn't look as natural and you can definitely tell like work, and so it was harder for me to wear this. When I had no hair, because I thought it was really obvious, but it's better when hair starts to grow back or if you just don't like your hair, anyone wear a wig or whatever reason. If you have a little bit of natural hair, then it works a little bit better. I think, but this is kind of the lace front, so you can see the lace here. I had to trim it down a little bit, but not as much as other lace ones that I have. It also is a stiffer lace. I'Ll show you in my other wigs, but this one is definitely stiffer. I think it just works better for the natural look. A little bit, but I do tend to prefer now the ones that are a little more malleable with that. This is what the inside cap looks like, and it is very breathable, and this is the most lightweight one that I own and it's the most comfortable. I think if I had to wear one every day and if I was wearing them out, this would be the one that I would most likely pick. The second one that I got was from Union wigs calm and I wanted a silver wig. This one is arguably my most beloved one and one that I kind of wore the most in my videos, and I also worked to be a this year and it's just like my most iconic at this point this one I have washed a few times this one Is heat resistant, so the other one I think is heat resistant as well, but this one is more heat resistant and you can style it a lot more. So I was able to even recall this again. You have to use different product I'll talk about more. In my wig overview video, but I love this one she's looking a little ratty again because again, I've washed her a lot and longer wigs, especially synthetic get ready or faster because they are always. You know dragging on your skin and dragging getting tangled and stuff like that, but I love this one she's again lace front. So this is what the inside cap looks like. This is the lace that I did have to cut down. This one is a stiffer lace. It'S about in-between, it's not the stiffest lace like the John Renault, but it's not super thin, like some of the other ones that I have, but this one allows you to have a any kind of part that you want - and I just really love this one. This one is a lot of hair. It'S super thick, so I do tie some of it back because it's so much hair like if you put a wig on straight out of you package, any wig, it's gon na look fake and horrible, and this one I definitely styled around a lot. And I just love it, I love the curl to it and I love the silver to it. It just looks really cool and I love this one. It'S my most loved one. I think one of my more recent ones was actually sent to me from everyday wigs. Calm and then is this beautiful long, curly haired wig. This is princess hair. It is absolutely gorgeous and I did want a more natural-looking one again. I have a lot of different color brightly colored, wigs that I only had the one natural color wig. So I wanted one that was close to my hair tight from before again as I never had these perfect of curls, but I wanted curly haired wig, it's really hard to find a curly haired wig. I found for white women there's a lot of curly-haired ways for african-american women, but there's not a ton for white women and I really wanted one that had looked like my hair and this one is the closest thing I could find, and I really do like this One this one isn't quite as heavy as the unit wig one, and I actually kind of like that, because it is so long that it would feel really weighed down if it was as long and as heavy as the you know, big one and again this is One that I kind of pinned back when I put it on, and I really like this one, so this one definitely has a thinner lace which again that's just kind of personal preference, and this also has the same kind of cap as the you know, wigs one. It'S more of a fashion way. It gets more expected for people to wear this for cosplay and everything, but I prefer the fashion wigs as they young adults that had cancer like. I wanted to look cool and like a superhero and not necessarily like exactly myself at this point in my life. So the only complain that I have on this one - and this is just very kind of a lot of wigs - is that the hairline is actually a widow's peak kind of hairline and I'm not really a big fan of like the heart-shaped face. But again because they are marketing it to more like a cosplay type person, then that works for them. But this one is fun: it's super bouncy and beautiful and soft, and I really love it now. I'Ll show one of my shorter ones - and this is one of the first ones that I got from wig - is fashion. Calm again I bought this myself. I bought both of these short ones from widows fashion, and this one is a lavender short wig. Now, in the picture that I saw for this one, this looked like, I was going to be more wavy hair when it came it's much more curly, so I actually there's another heat-resistant. I straightened this one wear myself to make it more wavy and it's definitely more of this kind of like asymmetrical bob thing. So it's a lot longer in the front. I wouldn't actually mind turning this up a bit and I may in the future, but that's another one where I pull it back, there's a lot of hair on this. It'S basically like the longer haired wigs just cut, so this is definitely short but again the kind of thinner lace which, if that's your preference, this is great and the same kind of wood cab is all the other ones. This one's fun again, I wanted like a shorter haired wig, I'm starting to get kind of warmer outside, and I wanted some like spring kind of wigs and this kind of color with something that I would never die. My hair, this color, but I really liked wearing it as a wig, and I will continue to because I will continue to wear all of these wigs. I have them. I bought them, they're fun and I love them. This is, I believe, the third one that I bought. This is also from uni wicks calm and it is kind of an ombre dual toned kind of turquoise to purple. Again I wanted superhero hair. This is superhero hair and I love it like all the other ones. This one I do also tie back. I haven't want to Swan a ton out, so it's not super tangley. It might look that way on camera, I'm not sure, but it's not super tangley and it has the exact same cap as all the other ones have had. This one I loved the most straight out of the box, I think, is just so beautiful. It'S very soft, like synthetic hair, doesn't necessarily feel like real hair, but almost all of these all of these feel really similar to real hair. If it's like super super soft, like they're, all gon na, have a little bit of shine to them, but this one feels the best and just felt the most like luxurious and beautiful. This one was the softest between the two unit weight ones for sure. But again I love this one and it just looks great and I just feel like I could save the world mint this next week. I was actually sent from a tunnel of hair, so I will show you an actual kind of unboxing of it. So you see how they do come, since I'm not sure if I'll have one when I do my overview, but it came in a box like this. This is very typical. Most of them come in a box like this or like a skinnier box potentially, and it did come in like a FedEx envelope, so this one got a little bit busted up. That can sometimes happen. A lot of these are coming from overseas and stuff. So this is not on you, the wig itself is not damaged, so it's not a big deal and then all them that I bought in from any brand do come with a comb. I do like these kinds of combs. I think they detangle really well, and not all of them come with these kinds of combs. But, as you can see, I got a curly pink wig. Most amol so tend to come with a wig cap as well, but I always tend to wear white caps. It'S just not my preference. If I can just pin my hair back, but sometimes you do need them and then they always come in a kind of hair net like this, and now you can kind of see what I mean by a lace front. So this is the additional lace and you trim it back yourself to kind of figure hairline. You can also kind of edit it to fit your hairline and then, whenever I take them out, I kind of shake them and wigs can take some damage. So this is the curls really pretty. I really like this hair because it does look like alb it. I follow her on YouTube alb in Wonderland, and this is really really gorgeous. So I cannot wait to try this one on for the first time, but again, a very similar wig cap and it does have the same kind of widow's peak hairline, which can be edited. You can kind of pluck them out, but I just kind of tend to keep them in because, like I said, I tend to wear these with bandanas or hats or something so it doesn't bother me a ton, and I really like these curls in store the brown One that I showed earlier, it's again like just Disney Princess curls, it's so pretty and so nicely defined. My hair when it was natural, was never this good-looking and the last one that I have to show. You is another short one. This is the other one from wig is fashion, and it's my red one. I love this one again. This one came a little more wavy again that I was expecting, but again I kind of like brushed out these curls. This is the one that I wore a ton in the winter and when I was trying to get more spring, this is like my Black Widow wig and again this one, like a lot of them, has kind of that widow's peak hair line. This one does have kind of stiffer lace, but again the same inner cap and everything and this one doesn't feel super natural, but I don't really care like no one's touching, my hair, that shouldn't be touching my hair anyway, that doesn't know if this is fake, like And this is blatantly a bright color, so I love this one again: black widow hair. It'S amazing Black Widow, / femshep hair. I love it so that is it for all of my wigs again. I think you know wigs is the easiest wanted to get into if you're getting into fashion wigs, because it's the easiest site to navigate, but all of these sites are amazing and easy to use and easy to find the colors that you want, and I recommend all Of these I never had any problems with shipping or anything like that, and I love all the bright colors and all the fun that they are so I recommend any of them so commenting below alone.
