Wig Reviews "Two" From Twc Plus Great Wig Tips Just For You !

Hello, my posse hello, all my new subscribers. Thank you so much for coming into my living room today. It'S freezing out. I do not have a ring light on, because the window uh in front of me is super bright. The snow outside is so bright. I can hardly see, especially with my cataracts - are so bad, i'm just so blurry and the bright light is just hurting me more surgery at the end of the month. I hope, unless they cancel because of the covet and the omnicron surge anyway, sidetrack welcome to my living room and thank you so much for coming today. I so appreciate you and i'm probably coming to you differently, uh, because i am wearing the wig that i am going to review. So if you want to hear about this, wig gosh stay tuned. So, yes, i am wearing this wig today and i'll. Tell you this wig is for you not necessarily for you kind of sort of for you anyway, just a couple of comments that i've received here and there throughout my videos who people have commented, never anything bad. I love you for that, but you know like they'll, say: oh barb, that's such a barb, wig or oh barb. That wig is so you and oh barb yeah. That was cute for you, but not for me and i thought oh thank you. You know blah blah. Then i thought well, you know i do buy wigs that are for me because kind of when i buy wigs and i'm out of my own pocketbook, i have to buy something that i really like or would wear or i would be like broke and a bunch Of wigs sitting there that i would have to donate or something because i wouldn't wear them, and so i do kind of have a tendency of buying wigs. That is a babs wig. But i thought - and i was inspired by uh one of my subscribers. The last time who bought my wig that i reviewed and had to send it back because it was so too much hair. It looked cute on me. She said, but too much hair for her, and i am going to do a video coming up about wigs that you think look too big uh what you can do to to help yourself and help the wig without sending them back. There are tricks that i'm going to show you anyways. I tracked again um this wig julie asked me she you know from the the wig company. I i just love them. I love the wig company and i love their customer service and i've never heard anybody. Anybody that's emailed me that has bought from the weed company has only emailed me great things like oh yeah, they're, so great they're, so helpful customer service is so great and that's really that's you know that's how important that is. So she asked me she said. Well, you know i'll, send you a couple more weeks to review and i'm like okay, so i looked at some and of course some was a barb style and i thought, oh you know and of course, when she sends them to me. I give her a review. Uh for sending me the wigs, it's you know it's it's. I don't want to say that this is a sponsored video, i'm not making money on it, but she does send me the wigs to review. So i thought you know i'm going to come out of my comfort zone a little bit and i'm going to buy something that normally i would not buy and for you, because i get a lot of emails and a lot of comments. That say you know i'm. I like flat, hair, i'm not a big hair person or i like hair. That'S you know in my face or i like hair, that i can just put on and and go, and so i listened and i thought well, you know i looked at a couple. The next one i'm going to try to review the next one, i'm just going to put it on, because it's really that for me it might be for you, but i don't there's not much. I can do with that, but i'm i'm going to i'm going to try anyway this wig i saw - and i looked at the reviews and there's a gal on here - she's called atypical60, i believe - and if you look at the website, you'll see a little picture of Her down there, she does review this wig on their website, she's the funniest lady. I said i've been watching her for so long anyway. She reviewed this week. She just she's just funny um but anyway, and i thought well, you know she she made it look pretty decent and it really isn't anything you can do with her except put her on and go so. I kind of base my judgment on ordering this through julie by kind of by her review, because you know you got ta, you got ta kind of watch reviews and you know a lot of times too. If, if the companies - i don't know if the wig company puts in pictures uh that people um send in to show how they look, because that's important too, if you can find that because everybody's style and everybody plops them on their heads so differently, and it does Help you kind of decide, there's been a lot of wigs that i've looked at from the catalog and i thought oh they're really cute and um. And then i look at the pictures that somebody you know they post on themselves and i'm like god. That looks nothing like it, so i pass anyway. Here i go again. Somebody told me i talked too much and i should get just right to the wig review. Could you please not talk so much and just get to the wig review? So me right anyway, so i put this wig on my head just to come on to show you that it is just that it's a plop and go wig. She is just so cute. My husband, i just came out a little while ago, and he goes oh. My gosh, that is really different, but i really love it so, and i do too the cut on it is absolutely absolutely darling. So let me tell you who she is first. I guess that would help anyway. She is from the wig companies and she's from the timeless collection and um, and my little pen order these pens from my granddaughter some girl and tick tock makes these aren't these darling, like four bucks, a piece i think i ordered my granddaughter like six of them For christmas, but i stole one, she puts all these beads on herself anyway. That'S why you love me, because i get sidetracked and i never stick to one thing. I know anyway, this wig here this wig there's a puberty again. This wig this wig here is called katie and katie is in the number 18, which is a light. Ash bronze and she's very close to pecan, delight uh, but the even prettier color she's got some golden highlights going through and i hope you can see her with my bright light behind in front of me because i'm not good at the snow girl. Sorry you're just gon na, have to take my word for it anyway. She is 18 and she is a light ash uh brown, but such pretty highlights just you can tell how she frames my face and just pops my skin color she's, just absolutely beautiful. I will put all the length in and that in the description box, i'm not going to take up the time right now to tell you all the length, but it will be in my uh description box. I mean i love that i had my own hair cut like this once and i really liked it and got a lot of compliments on it. So this is my right in the back. You can see how cute she is. I love this. Oh she's, nice. She forms nice to the head, and this is my left, so you can see how she just um comes around your face and frames your face with nice kind of highlights, and i love. I love this shaggy this back here. Just absolutely darling i'll put i'll drop something in here. This is how she looked when i took her out of the box. Okay, so she's nice box put her in. I had taken her out before to try her on and see the beautiful, open, wefting permatease on the top really nice and full. This wig is lots and lots of airiness the velcro tabs. I love and the other thing i love they put the name of the wig, the wig company, on their wigs. I love that because sometimes they do look alike and i like to always see what they are. I was trying to show you the color a little bit um trying to take this myself, but i didn't do so well, but it is all the open wefting. It'S the standard cap and the open wefting. You can see the light coming through, which is so breathable on your head. There'S just an amazing amazing, lightweight cap, so you can kind of see the color how pretty she is so yeah. So she's you know um. I just took that that i just showed you and i plopped her on my head. I have not done a thing to her, not not a thing i haven't cut her bangs. I haven't done anything she um she's, flatter than i like, but again, girls you're, not all big, hair girls like myself, and you know it wouldn't be fair. I guess to me to always do styles that are for me, even though i try to show you styles. Even in big hair, long hair that you could incorporate into your face frame and into your life, you know i i really try to do that for you even on styles, that are a barb style, but this one here is just because so many have said. I just want something flat: plop go. I got such a tiny face. I can't do that big hair. This is the one for you. She is absolutely plop and go, and i plopped and - and here i am i'm sitting i didn't go. I just came into my living room to talk to you, but anyway you there's not a whole lot of permatease in her she's got a little bit at the front, which i hope it showed you a little bit in the front. She'S just got some permatease up here. You can feel it. There isn't any permatease on the sides where i can pop this out on the side. She'S just and she's, not heat friendly, she's, totally synthetic, but the bangs are just they're so perfect. I i don't think i've ever unboxed a wig and put it on my head that had such cute adorable bangs, so she's just she's, just she's a plop and go so. This is one for you and her name. It'S katie and uh color. This color is 18. She comes in a lot of different colors if you like, a lighter color, if you want her in gray, she's beautiful, if you have gray hair - and you wanted this she's she's, absolutely beautiful, there's not a lot that you can do in styling with her. I just um, i mean she's, just one of those just kind of plop and go and, like i say i haven't, sprayed her now i find the fibers on this very soft they're, very soft and natural. The shine is beautiful. I don't think the shine is like overly gaudy, where she looks you know fake. I just think the shine, as you can see through my window is very very very pretty the shine is very pretty the only thing i do, and i don't you know. I tell you this all the time, i'm i don't know why my nose is itchy uh, but anyway, i'm gon na kiss a fool. I guess daddy hello, no he's not a full anyway um! I you know people dry shampoo, they use water, they do and - and you know what that's great, if it works for you there's many of them that can can do it. I don't know whether i'm too heavy with the dry shampoo. I don't like the water because it flattens it and then again maybe i don't even do that right because i swear to i don't know i just don't use dry shampoo. I don't like the way they feel on my wigs. I'Ve said that from day one i don't know why i just i just don't so what i do with hair. That'S really soft. I use my my pantene air spray. It'S called and it's alcohol free and i buy um number three there's different numbers that you can buy and i just absolutely just give it a spray like so and i just work with it and i let it dry, i let it dry in and then when It'S dry, you can take just take your little john renault comb and it adds a little bit of body to the wig when it's so very soft, not as soft as this next one i'm going to try on for you but anyway, and then you can just Kind of back home a little bit with this to give it a little bit of puff on the side like. So, if you want a little height, you can do a little height, and that's that's all i do. I just love the way this falls on your neck. I love. I love some length. I don't know this year. I have kind of gravitated to the longer shoulder length here. I don't know why. Um my face, i lost a few pounds. My my face is the first place that it goes. I like the the longer look, and so just a little bit of hairspray a little bit of backcombing other than that i mean you could tuck her behind your ears. You try. Let'S try a few things but girls. There really isn't a whole lot to do with her. So that's just tucked behind the ear like. So, if that's the, if that's the look that you want, if you didn't want the strands on the side uh, you could do that and just put them behind your ears. If you didn't have big ears, my ears have gotten bigger. Since i got older. Has anybody noticed that i don't know i mean besides your butt, but i don't know why my ears have gotten longer since i've been older. I don't know what that is. So i'm not really a lover of my ears up, but you can you can do that and if you have like over on the side, if you find that this is um, has that line of demarcation there? That line that shows you know your own hair to here your own hair to your wig line. There'S a gal on here called denise sheets and she does. She takes little tiny strands, little itty, bitty strands here. You have to be careful and cut these strands here. So they form on your face and that will take care of that line there. If you so choose you just have to be careful with it. You could probably take it to your hairdresser to do, but if you could get a rat tail comb and go in there and just pull very, very, very little tiny strands of your hair just to put it around your face, so you don't see that line. You could certainly do that if your own hair happens to be the same color, that's even it's even better, because you can pull it back and you won't even see it, but that's behind the ear and i don't really think, there's a whole lot of stuff. I think there's a whole lot of styles. You can do for her. I mean you can probably you know those cute little butterfly clips. You could try one of those in your hair. I don't even think that clips necessarily would work really great. You could take her twist it off your head. Have these hanging and pretty much girls? That'S all you have to do with her, just a very plop and go easy, easy, wig, very soft, very natural, looking wig, i don't think you might be able to you. Probably could get her up in an updo we'll try her. I can pretty much get anything in an updo. I just have my big claw clip and i twist the hair in the back and put it up and fluff it up really good and in the back, where you have that line there between your hair and your wig. I love to use my square hair bands back there. It hides the line and it leaves a really pretty look in the back of your neck, so you can get her up in a cute little updo like that, just a clip uh like i say she is soft, so you'd have to use spray. Some of the wig reviewers, probably taz and then they'd go no, don't use that, but i like the spray better than i do. The dry shampoo is a coating for me that i don't like so, but a little hairspray it'll take the softness right down. Let it dry comb it out a little bit with a wide tooth comb and you're home free, so she is really cute just in an updo. So that's just a couple of quick styles. I mean not much. You can do she's just easy peasy. She is really bought for um just to put on and and go plop and go and bobby pins, like i say, are your best friend, because you know i've often told you that when you want to put your hair even in an updo uh, you just take Your bobby pin and you open them up like so, and you find the wefting and you twist pick up the hair like so and you twist it in and push the bobby pin down, and that is how it stays. It it'll stay forever in a day, and sometimes you know people always go. Oh i'm so afraid that my hair will blow off in a windstorm, sometimes i'll. Take my hair off at night before i go to bed and i have the bobby pins tucked so so. Well that i have to pull it off. I can't even get my own wig off when i go to bed at night, so yeah bobby pins are your best friend so outside of that that is it the others, the other just quick thing. If you love to look, you know, these square hair bands are like their weight in gold, uh a cute little square hair band, nothing like a square hair band. These are also good to flatten your hair, although you don't need flattening with that, but they add some class and beauty. They come in. So many colors again description in my description box. I love this color, especially with this color uh hair, it's just so so cute and then i just found this little bow and the bow on the top is just so cute. It'S just like i don't know it reminds me of my mom. She always had that on top of her hair girl. This is kate uh by the wig company, she's, absolutely darling. She'S 49.90. I'M surprised that i love her because she is flat and that, but i love her, i love the color. I love everything about her. I love the cut. I love the profile so yeah, so the next one i'm going to try on for you really quick, there's not a whole lot. I can do for this one right now so um anyway, i'm going to talk to you a little bit about this one. I decided to do them both together, because this one won't take long, because this is not my cut anyway. This one here is by the statement. This is by the statement, collection and this one here is called rise and rise. This one is really straight, and this one here is heat friendly, and i guess i could go in uh before the end of this video and try to hit some heat on her to see. If i would like her better, this is like totally totally flat totally straight, but there are so many of you who love these flat straight hair. So i have to bring them to you to show you that there are styles like this for you that you like that you shouldn't be afraid to to buy. She is flatter than this one much flatter than this one. They say she has a very little minuscule amount of permatease. I i hardly feel any permatease in this one at all she's a basic wig cap. I mean she's supposed to have a little bit at the crown i'll try her on. I find nothing. Super super fibers are super. You know it's got that heat friendly fibers that i just you know. I mean some of them from the wig company. Have nice heat friendly fibers, i'm not sure about this one, it's so so so soft, so soft and this color here is hold on is r10, which is a chestnut brown, she's chestnut brown and uh like this one here she's three point, and i didn't tell you That one i'll put them all in the description box anyway, but um the uh this this wig i have on excuse me - is 3.20 ounces. This one rise is heat friendly and she is uh 3.2 3.40 ounces. So this one is a little a little heavier, but not much, but she and she's 99.90 yeah and uh very low density also put the uh the the um i'll put the links and everything in the description box on this one. So i thought, since i'm doing these flatter looks for you and that that you'd want to see - maybe something, maybe something else. Maybe this one is even too full for you. I don't know so. I'M gon na go try this one on. I haven't cut the tags off it yet, like i say she is rise and she's r10. So, let's see what she's like okay so again like like the other one, the ear tabs are really nice. Somebody asked me about putting my glasses through the ear tabs. I do not put my glasses through the ear tabs. I don't even think that i've ever tried to do that. I put my glasses on and i bend the ear tabs around my glass frame and for me that works out perfectly. So this one here right off the bat girls, she is extremely flat, but you know some of you like that. Some of you have the face structure for that, and even though she's kind of the same as the other one she's she's really not to me, i'm i there's not a whole lot. I can do with her she's a pretty wig she's soft. The bangs are great. I didn't have to. I just shook her and put her put her on my head right off the bat. The color chestnut is too dark for me at my age um. I think when you're older, you need to lighten your hair a little bit. It'S too harsh for my 78 year old head anyway, i don't know. I just. I think that the darker your hair is when you're older, it's just too harsh you want to. You want to just lighten yourself up and soften your look, and you know it's just too dramatic for me so anyway, that said she's a really cute cut: girls really cute. If this is your style - and this is my right in the back nice she's got a nice cut - you can see how she she's nice cut on the bottom. Nice shaggy cut flat, not too much not too much, not too much fullness back here in the back. Like i like - and this is the left and i don't know she makes my jaws look square or something i don't know it's just too flat - there's no, i mean she might have. I really don't feel maybe a little permatease in here, but other than that. She'S. All open cap is all open. Just the open, wefting nice light cap very nice light cap. Just a standard cap. Lots of open open, like i said repeat, open wefting - did i say open wefting and uh nice, nice headband, nice velvet. The wig company has really nice velvet headbands um. The first thing i thought about when i pulled this out. You saw some of those girls, you see them on tv where they cut their bangs like way up here, and i thought that would be kind of like a unique style for her. You know they just had those really short bangs. I think somebody on ssi one of the girls that used to be on there as the secretary had that, and it was like just these little short bangs just to be different anyway. It'S a it was a thought that crossed my mind. So this is her and her her name is rise. She is cute for some of you, i mean really. She is cute, there's not a lot. You can tuck her behind your ears like so you can tuck her a little bit. I guess um you can try a square hair band and the only thing about wearing a hairband on this is this particular one. Only is that um for me, maybe not for you. This is this is for me. This is wig is, for you remember, picture yourself in a picture your face in a picture, how you wear your hair um, and i bet if i would wear this for a couple of days. I probably would go that's not so bad, because sometimes you got to remember you take a wig out. You see a review, you buy it, you put it on your head and the first thing you go is you know, because you're not used to it you're, just not used to seeing yourself like. I am not used to seeing myself in this kind of flat hairdo. I'M just not it's just it's not me, but i bet you if i put it on, walked around the house with it wore it for a couple of days. I'D start to look in the mirror and go that's not that's not too bad. I don't know about that this one, but no, but it's true, i think you put it on and you panic, because it's such a different color, maybe for you or a different style for you, that you just get all nervous and and like. Oh, my gosh. The first thing you want to do is take it off and throw it back in the box and send it back, and sometimes that's not always the case. You need to put it on. Wear it for a couple days, if you think you're going to send it back, don't cut the tags off or anything but wear it around, because you'd be surprised just even probably talking to you now as you're. Looking at me, you're probably going well, that's not too bad, you know, but you can get used to things um if you wear them a while. Now i don't know i could try. I i probably could trim her up here and get some different layers, but i wouldn't want to mess her up, but i could do a he. She is heat friendly, so i could go and try to style her. Let'S take her in and see what we can do i'll i'll, try, heat friendling her and see what i can do, but if you don't want it heat friendly, and this is your style for you, and this is something that maybe you wear you can see what A nice cut she has - and this is something that you might like then rise is the wig for you, and she comes in many colors. The model on here that models her in the catalog very cute very cute style, looks a little much fuller than this one. She'S got a different shaped face in mine, don't forget, mine is eight and a half from my my forehead to my chin, and you know i don't know what i am. I think i'm i'm oval but um. You know this. Just i mean some styles are just not your style, no matter what you do to them, so you have to take that into consideration. It is what it is. So that's what what i'm trying to show you, but also you might look at this and go that's exactly the way i wear my hair. I think joanie junebug 1029 on here she puts these wigs on flat. She flattens them down she tucks in behind your ear. It'S her, it is her. She wouldn't i've talked her into buying. I think i think we did a collab together on dance. I don't know if she kept dance or not, but it's like was more curly more flippy. It was kind of out of her comfort zone, but you can flatten them. You really can do that so anyway. Let'S take this in the bathroom i'll see. If i can um curl her and see what happens. Okay, i curled her a little bit with the curling iron. I wanted to take away this on my face because this one just stuck to my face it, this heat friendly, was so soft. I had a hair sprayer, i put some hairspray on it, waited for it to dry and then i brushed it through before i did the curling iron i used on three about 350. I let it set now the thing about these that heat, friendly, fibers and me don't usually work together well, but uh when you put this in your hair - and i couldn't demonstrate it on here because i had to be in the bathroom it just i had to Be but when you curl it and you leave it, you count to about 10 seconds seven seconds, and then i took the a rat tail comb. I pulled the hair off of that, but you got to hold the hair in place with a clip until that hair dries, because if you don't it will straighten it more and you can ruin it. And i did that to my jamie lynn that i bought before she never could go back into shape, so i wanted to get rid of the this around my face. I wanted this side a little different, so i curled this side and um. I didn't do a whole lot because i didn't want to change the pattern of the cut in the back, because that is super cute. The layers in her are super cute, so i think it's a lot better for me. For me, it is, but i want to show you that you can do that with a heat friendly. You just have to be careful. You can't go over 350 if you have a curling iron and you pull it out the curling iron out. You can't just you can't just open the barrel like this and let the hair go because it'll straighten it more. You have to hold it in place with a clip until that dries. So i'll probably look back at this after i edit it and go what the heck anyway, so i just wanted to fluff it a little bit more. Then you can put it behind the ear, a little bit and um and she's cute, so that is rise, and that is a heat friendly. Fiber and rise is 99 90 and she's available at the wig company and she is a statements collection. So a little bit of playing around so you just got to know what you're doing not be afraid, i'm very afraid of heat friendly fibers. Very afraid. Don'T ask me why? Because i am nice, i do love the bang on this um. Let'S see if my video was on, i thought. Oh, my god is my video off again. So i do i do like her. The color is chestnut. I i think she's really rich. I don't know if i would um buy chestnut for me. I don't know she's pretty she's pretty decent. You know, it's all depends on the uh, the lipstick and, of course, tons of um tons of concealer. But you know if you brighten, keep your lipstick, maybe down a little bit a little a little lighter, lipstick uh. You can, i could pull her off, so this is her. You enjoyed these two wig reviews, i'm going to condense them, try to get them together, so it's not so long for you and uh. Thank you to the wig company and to julie for sending me these wigs for review. For you and, like i say, i'm trying to show you some different styles. I want you to have options. I don't want you to just have babs hairdos. I want you to have hairdos that, like you like also - and i think these two are a good good example of a flatter style for you - something that would be low maintenance for you, something that you didn't have to really um work at, or maybe you know, Maybe, like i said before your face is small: you don't like a lot of hair. Like me, my mother always told you, the bigger you are up here, the smaller your butt looks. So that's the same way with shoulder pads. You know enough sleeves bigger. You are up here, the more she felt you look down there and that's why i like big hair, i don't know i just i can't i was trying to think when i was curling this when i ever wore flat hair and i never did. I was backcombing. My hair in high school before backcombing ever became popular. I would take my hair and i would go like this with my fingers until it fluffed up. I figured out a way to do that.
