Hi everyone Ellie here today we are going to be doing a review of art of wigs. You'Ve probably heard the name everyone's heard. The name Arda is the most popular wig brand for cosplayers these days they are known for their large wig caps, beautiful colors and heat resistant, fibers they're, pretty darn awesome, if I do say so myself, but it can be really easy to feel like there's a lot Of hype, for no good reason, so I want to show you why the hype is totally legit. I recently ordered from arta for my honimaru cosplay, which you can see in my last couple videos, and I wanted to show you how the wigs come. They are packaged in a bag with a net and all the normal stuff. Nothing too out of the usual there. You get an awesome business card with some beautiful cosplayers on it and how to care for your wake, which is great for first-time wink buyers. I love that Arda has a rewards Queen system, so each time you buy a lid, you get points and you can use those four dollars off or percentages off or any sort of discount on your wigs, which is amazing. This is a Ferrari and sandy Brown that I bought for my honimaru cosplay. Here it is straight out of the bag. It has a net on it like most wigs to keep it contained, and the inside is packed with some paper balls which help it keep its shape. So it's in transport. What I love about art ax is that they aren't too shiny. This is your classic line. They do have silky, which is a little shinier, but it is beautiful, of course, there's a tag inside saying that it is indeed an art awake, and there are also these stretchy tabs to help you fit the wig. I actually have a small head, so I have to click them all the way to the inside, whereas most art, awake buyers, love them for their larger wig cap size. Let'S see how it looks on a wig head, so straight out of the bag. It can look a little messy, but what are you to expect? It'S been in transport, so let's go ahead and brush it out and see how it looks after that, once our wake is all brushed out and looks much softer and more natural. Now, let's take a look at some of the details of the wig, our wigs have a lot of West and then they are extremely thick, which is great for doing parts or like this half Pony I'm showing here, it's absolutely perfect. Well, I do suggest getting a pony tail or pigtail wig. If you intend to do something like that, it is great for simple styling. They also have absolutely gorgeous colors. This light brown is a mixture of Browns and blonds and it looks so natural. I have an art, a wig that I bought secondhand, maybe five or six years ago, I've used it for Letha Cinderella, Tinkerbell Kamikaze, kaito, Jeannine I've used it so many times. I think I've lost track. It'S one of my favourite wigs ever so here is the best we are working with. It'S been teased and curled and pinned and everything it's a hot mess. Let'S see if we can make it actually wearable and look pretty so I'm gon na simply brush it out. First and foremost, of course, this is a longer process and it's especially tedious when I get to the part that I had teased to make a bit of a poop for Cinderella, but you can see that these fibers are brushing out, I'm not using anything special. This is just a comb that I thought I'd like the dollar store. You know it's amazing how accessible and easy to fix these wigs are alright. So the whole thing has been brushed out. It is a little bit fluffy, but it is wearable. I would wear that now, I'm gon na go through with my curling iron and I'm gon na flatten it out I'm one of those people that I don't have multiple heat tools. I just use my curling iron for everything. One of the great things about Arda wigs is that they are heat resistant and you can use regular hair styling tools on them. You don't have to worry about the fiber is burning or melting. They will straighten or curl to whatever you want. It'S quite spectacular. So we're back to that part of the wig where it was teased like crazy. After being brushed, it still looks a little fuzzy, but after hitting it with the curling iron it flattens out and it looks beautiful and brand new again. It'S insane I've restyled this wake. Many many times - and I can't get over how amazing it is that it looks brand-new every single time. So here is the finished product. It'S all been straightened and looks beautiful. It'S hard to believe that we saved this hot mess of a wig and made it into something that I will happily wear for Mari. It is amazing how versatile and easy to use art awakes. Are they come in a range of styles and colors? They are absolutely spectacular and I am a die-hard fan if you haven't, bought an art of weight before and let me know if you're thinking about trying it out now and if you have bought an art elite before, what's your favorite, color or style, there are so Many styles and colors to choose from, and I haven't picked a favorite yet so I'd love to know what your opinions are. Beatisa: I own over 20 Arda Wigs now and I gotta say that I've a soft spot for the Ferrari and Luthien. ♡

It's Rey: I found an Arda wig for a Quicksilver cosplay that I'm working on. My problem is that I've never bought a wig so I'm clueless. Thanks for the help honestly. I feel more confident buying it now.

Cosplay Frankenstein: That’s it, I’m convinced! I never bought an Arda wig because of budget reasons but I recently had a horrible experience with a cheaper wig. After watching this I’m convinced the money spent on an Arda wig will be way worth it in the long run.

mochii: I’m about to buy an Arda wig now for my deku cosplay! Thank you for the great advice! I also love your ladybug cosplay :3

Miss guns: I have really mixed feelings about Arda wigs. On one hand, they are amazing, and they come in a wide variety og styles and colours. There are a lot of fibers in their wigs, and the fibers are good quality. On the other hand, i have now received more than 5 wigs from Arda, where loose threads have been noticeable visible when they arrived, like they hadn't been claned up before sent out. and every time I think; for the price I pay for a wig, + shipping and customs, I really don't feel like I should have to fix something like a clean-up. and then there is the issue with shipping and customs. when they come from America/Canada, people in the Eu pay a lot for shipping, and they almost half of the price in customs, which arda can't do anything about, I know that, but it just doesn't measure up to the standard that I have received. And now that arda has finally made a partnership with i French shop, making EU customers able to avoid customs, the wigs are twice as expensive... I'm just i little disappointed in Arda. I often end up choosing to buy two wigs from another place, and sewing them together, getting the same, if not more fibers, for a lot smaller price. Just my opinion

Avery Bond: I just got my first Arda wig and not gonna lie, I’m not sure why I waited so long

Vivienne Stardust: Thanks for this! It was quite helpful. I was looking for a Sailor Mars wig, and the "Venus CLASSIC" seemed to be my best bet. Though unfortunately, the color I needed is sold out at the moment. But it's amazing how many beautiful colors it comes in!

Desdemona Cat: Started cosplaying this year and just saw this, I am planning on buying a longer wig for one of my cosplays and this video has completely sold arda wigs to me lol. Colours look gorgeous and I love how easy to fix they are.

Emma Wilson: Most of my wigs are Arda and they stand up to heavy modifications incredibly well! My Ardas are my pride and joy snd I rarely buy from anywhere else

Alex Barakat: I have been cosplaying for years and my favorite wigs from adra will be Hansel they're so easy to style and honestly everything I've ordered from arda has been amazing

J S: Most of the time I buy from Arda but sometimes, for a wigs with ombre or a specialty cut, I go with kasou wigs. They're really nice and my zhongli wig is perfect, it's the best Ive seen and actually blended.

2 Digital Girls: I’m contemplating switching to Arda after getting most wigs from amazon since i’m still somewhat new to cosplay. This was great!

FairyKeiBB: I LOVE Arda wigs~ the quality is just to die for! My favorite style has to be the Vivian. I own a black one, for normal wear, and a dark copper red one, for a Princess Daisy cosplay.

chair: I'm about to buy my first arda wig for my Elton John cosplay, they really appealed to me since i heard how easily they style and how thick they are, as I'm going to to have to do quite a bit of trimming on the wig also, do u think giving it about a month to ship in will be enough time

Kylo Ren: I love my Arda wigs. But I can honestly say I was not pleased with my green Ferrari wig as it was much thinner than their other wigs

2D's blue-ty shorts: Just bought my first Arda wig a few days ago for my Gorillaz cosplay, it comes in today and I'm so excited!

Collishemayhem101: My only problem with Arda is that they have all these amazing colors but they are so limited with the colors per wig. So many color/style combos have been discontinued as well.

Xion Memoria: I have 3 different characters I'd like to cosplay that all have the same hair color. If they would come out with a shade somewhat between their Midnight Blue and Mako Green, I would be in love.

CreamAlaMode: I love Arda Wigs so much! I don’t have many but the one I have is Matilda in Baby Pink and its so amazing! Also I love love LOVE this video so amazing

2D's blue-ty shorts: I'm hoping to get one soon! Maybe I could nudge in the idea since the holidays are around? lmao. Definitely wanted to get one for a 2-D cosplay I'm trying to prepare (and I have the contacts already, so I don't really wanna back out since I already spent the money :P) And I think the versatility of these wigs and the better quality will be a LOT easier to work with when it comes to spiking it the way I need it. Edit: oh woah I didn't even know I made this comment? Anyways, 2 years later and I finally did it! I'll update again on what I think.

🌊 Anxious Fish 🌊: Have you ever wanted to buy one of their out of stock wigs? And if so, how long did you find you had to wait until they restocked? I'm from overseas so I'm a little wary of backordering from a place I've never bought from before

x freya x: i know some of them are hundreds but i think a lot are more affordable than i thought they would be! ill definitely be buying one in the near future

Sea Sun: My personal advice, don’t buy Classic Arda wigs for very long hair! The longer it is, the easier it tangles, so unless you have good ways of keeping it detangled stick with the silky or buy from a place like EpicCosplayWigs.

keanu isbreathtaking: Honestly while I like Arda wigs the shipping costs to Australia are INSANE, I had to pay nearly $100+ just for shipping... apparently shipping to the EU is just as bad, if not worse. So for me, I feel like it's not really worth it since I usually only cosplay characters with really basic, short hairstyles that dont need much styling, so I can just buy cheap china wigs which, whilst thin and impossible to style, do the job just fine. I'll only splurge on Arda when cosplaying a character with long hair OR when loads of heat styling is involved.

Karinwithaneye: I just ordered my second arda wig I've tried other company's and nothing compares to arda they are the best

Paitin Willliams: i love arda!! my favourite styles are their hansel and kyle!

Gabby: I have never had an experience where an arda wig is 'easy to fix' after it gets tangled. and boy do they get tangled a lot... so, i'll always have mixed feelings about them, but they are more intended for heavily spiked styles anyway so i guess it's okay?

Lily S.: I'm going to buy a wig for my Gokudera cosplay (Google the name and you'll know why I'm struggling to find a wig ) and i found the perfect one at Ardawigs !

Michaela Day: For my little devil Nozomi cosplay I wanna order a luthien.. But the color I want, which is ultra violet, only comes in Luthien classic. There’s another option I could do, which is grape that’s Luthien silky. Have you used the silky fibers? My question is if i’ll have too much trouble and should play it safe by buying a Luthien silky.

fiathriel: Your voice is amazing, you sound like an anime character!!! This was really helpful, especially the part where you brought back the blonde wig, thankyou!

Diane Rolfe: I heard it takes a long time to get wigs from arda, about how long does it typically take to get one after you buy it?

AisieParis: Ooh I’m going to get from arda next time I get a cosplay!

it’s emmaaa: i’m thinking of getting my first arda wig for kakashi and killua cosplayy ! i mostly buy wigs off amazon but i’m thinking of getting a silver wig off arda wigs :) does it take long to ship ? i’m sooo impatient hehe

14Raine14: Hm I wonder! I love having long hair, but I'm disabled and I cant style it like I once could. I wonder how an Arda wig would fair outside the world of cosplay?

Isabella Genova: If I wasn’t so damn broke I would totally wear arda

TiredCole: Do Arda wigs shed? I bought a $12 wig off of Amazon, and it sheds quite a bit, and it seems impossible to comb. I'm considering getting a different brand, and Arda looks promising.

aye cee: Omg I should've ordered from here instead of wasting 200$ on a shitty wig from elegance 24/7 LOL I could've got about 3-4 wigs from here for that price.

Anna-mei Lover: Suzi in electric blue, good for a jinx cosplay

yaho channel: I don't have a wig head or anything that remotely resembles the size of one so it is IMPOSSIBLE to style my wig. I got the Amber Classic and the bangs on it are HUGE like way bigger than I was expecting so I can't even see with the wig on. Any tips on how to style it and tone down the bangs without screwing it up lol

Eunice The Blob: Do it come with the wig cap too?

Yuileeh: I’d really like to buy an Arda wig for my cosplay but the wig in the colour that I want is finished...does anyone know how much does it take ( on average) to have a wig back in stock? Ok NO WAY I’m paying 50$ just for the shipping without even knowing when it’ll come, maybe 30 maybe 60 days! I wanted it REALLY badly but this is too much...is there a way to buy those wigs not from the website? Other good brands ?

MBFanclub Forever: Thanks 4 the information on arda.

Cookie Explosion: I wanna buy one but the shipping priece is very expensiv but i really want this wig.❤️Should i buy it???

Poke-talia: /screech of joy/ YOu've cosplayed from Rokka!!!

August Leedy: I'm considering getting an (possibly multiple ones) Arda wig to wear day to day because I like changing the length of my hair and decided I wanted short hair but would like the option of long/medium hair. Do they look realistic enough to use day to day? Would you recommend getting a classic or silky one if I were wearing it like that (Spanish Brown matches my hair color the best and I haven't found any of the silky ones in that color). How much of a hassle do you think it would be to wear like that? Also, how do you know which ones are okay to use for ponytails? I didn't see any that were really prestyled as ponytails. Sorry for all the questions (your content is great btw)

JayGay: I want to use arda wigs but I like in the uk :(

ang3lic_str4wberries: Thats my brothers name
