A glow in the dark lacefront wig?? Yes, you read that right, this is a thing that exists apparently! ‍♀️

Hello, everyone and welcome back today, I'm coming at you in my beautiful egg form gorgeous because we are doing another wig review, I'm so overall, I decide that I was kind of done with doing wig reviews where I just review like one wig in the video cuz. I don't know that feels kind of like dull and boring, and dry and people really enjoy it that much, which is totally fair. I kind of don't like making those videos as much. I was kind of done with that until I got this email from weekend wigs and they were like hey, we have this glow-in-the-dark lace front wig. Would you like to try it and I was like yes, this is gon na be crazy. I am trying on a glow-in-the-dark lace, front wig. This is something I never thought would exist is not something that I thought existed and so as soon as they told me about, I was like hello. Yes, I don't know like other than a rave. I don't know where you would wear the glow-in-the-dark lace front, but regardless it's definitely something that I wanted in my life and wanted to try on. If you guys remember, I did actually do a collaboration with weekend wigs before where I did a makeup tutorial for Marceline from adventure time and I used one of their black lace front wigs for her and it's a really nice wig. I was very, very happy with it. It worked very well for Marceline when they reached out to me again. I was like yeah heck yeah. Let'S do this obvious, quick disclaimer before we get into it. This week was given to me free of charge for the purpose of doing this review, for you guys, but this is not a paid video and regardless, I'm gon na, be totally honest about how I feel about a given Proctor service opening it up. It all looks really beautiful the texture if the hair is really nice and it's nice and matte, it has a nice kind of natural finish. They obviously gave me the pink one, because you know it's me. I obviously wanted the pink one. The shade of pink is absolutely beautiful. It'S not like overly vibrant. It'S a nice kind of pastel paint. It has a crud ton of lace, which I honestly didn't really expect. I didn't think that they give you a whole lot of lace, because the kind of main fancy point of the wig is the fact that it glows in the dark. So I thought that was just gon na be a very kind of bare-bones sort of lace. Front. Wig with just like a little bit of lace, because obviously the main thing that you're there for is to glow in the dark aspect but like in and of itself it's a really nice wig inside it has the three French combs to keep in place, which you Guys know I love, and I love that a middle French comb is towards the front rather than towards the back loveliest Martinique's, that I've seen they do it in the fact, but obviously it makes way more sense to have it in the front right behind the lace To keep it from sliding back, they call you of the week does totally hold up it's really thick and just it hits all the points I look for so I was told that you do have to charge the wig. So after I'm boxing it, I did put it in front of a lamp for a few hours, so here's the wig itself I can't get over how like thick it is which obviously it's a lighter color. So you really want it to be nice and thick. So I'm very happy about that. Like I said, the quality of the wig is like really really nice. It was way more than I was expecting. I was really expecting like just you know, a little bit of lace in the front. You know, because we're all here for the glow-in-the-dark aspect we're not necessarily here to wear it as like a normal Easter week, but like this actually is like so much better because you can wear it as like. A really nice pink lace, front wig and then, when it gets dark out, you'll have glow-in-the-dark hair, which is crazy. I mean if it works, we're gon na see like if, if it works, so let's pop this baby on honestly, this is one of the nicest looking lace front, wigs that I've reviewed, so it's really cool and it supposedly glows in the dark. So I'm gon na just put this baby on my head. Oh my gosh, hello. This is such a full wig and it's like it's super long. I feel so glamorous right now. Okay, so now I have to see if it's actually gon na glow in the dark. Like I said, I did charge it under a lamp for a couple hours and I started with the back of the wig towards the light, and then I flipped it over. So at the front we get charged, I'm just gon na turn, all of my lights off and we're gon na see if I get glowing or dark hair. So I'm sitting in front of the camera right now and I figured out that you, you cannot see me on the camera, which is kind of upsetting. Maybe I didn't charge it right. I feel like. I need to do it again in there like a different way. I'M not really sure I'm looking in a mirror right now and I can like kind of see it. It just kind of looks like a bright white wig, but I don't see any glowing and like just looking at it. It'S going a little bit. It'S not like that kind of green glow in the dark. Look, it's kind of just like a very vivid white, so I'm kind of curious if I need to use a stronger light to charge it. So I feel, like I'm gon na, have to kind of put this away and try charging it again. Maybe my studio lights instead of just like a lamp and see how that works. That might actually work better. So I'm gon na end this right now and I'm gon na get back to you guys after I've tried. I can turn the light back on out. No I'm just talking in the dark. That'S some quality content right there, all right, hi! I really want to see if it has the capability of glowing a whole lot, so we're just gon na end this here and I'll get back to you guys after I've charged it better. So here we are at a later date and I have made some interesting discoveries about the wig, so this wig does in fact glow in the dark and it glows quite beautifully. I put it under one of my studio lights, which is a very, very strong light charge it in the front churches in the back. I'Ve been wearing it today and it does in fact have a beautiful glow in the dark. The thing is: is that for some reason, while and stills you can see it glow in the dark you can't so just to demonstrate I'll just turn off the light. You guys will see what I mean. So I'm sitting right in front of the camera right now and you cannot see it. However, when I take stills it glows beautifully and so here's an example of a photo taken in normal light and then a photo take in the dark. As you can see, it. Glows beautifully it has this very strong, green glow, which is friggin awesome, so this wig does in fact glow in the dark, which is crazy. How strongly a clothes obviously depends on how much light you use on it. So when I was using my lamp before, I guess that just wasn't strong enough light, so I guess the glow was really faint, so I didn't see it the first time I tried the wig on, but now that I've use a stronger light is obviously a much Stronger glow and it does work really well, there are some pros and there are some cons, as I discussed when I did my preliminary review of it just looking at the wig itself, the wig is a very solid and like nicely made wig it's very thick. It has a beautiful style, the Ivar's are really matte, they're, really nice quality. I really like the pink it's a very nice kind of subtle, shade of pink and you get a lot of lace in. It has a very generous weight. Cabot'S holding my hair really nice and it has on the three French combs in it, so it hits all the points that I usually look for when I'm reviewing a lace front wig. It does also, of course, glow in the dark. The downsides, however, to that feature are obviously it doesn't show up on video. I don't know if that's like a normal glow-in-the-dark thing, do all things that glow in the dark not show up on video but show up in stills. I'M not sure not that experienced glow-in-the-dark stuff. If you want to do like a music video or any sort of like cool glow-in-the-dark video production on that one um, this would not be the product for you. The other thing is that, from my experience in order to get that really nice glow, you do need a lot of light to be Sean on it. I'M very fortunate that I have full-on studio lights, which I know is not a reality for most people. So that's kind of where I'm a little bit torn on it, but anyway that's just judging on my experience. Maybe other people have had success, making it glow with just normal IKEA lamps or whatever. This review is my experience and from my experience I did not have luck with that. Thank you guys so much for hanging out with me for this very cool review. Thank you to weekend Whigs for this awesome, glow-in-the-dark wig. This was a really cool thing to get to review, like I said, I'm kind of done with doing like singular wig review videos, but I could not pass up an opportunity to try on a friggin glow-in-the-dark lace. Art wig, like I can't believe, that's the thing that exists, and they also gave me a discount code which I'll have on screen here for 10 % off your order and another quick thing. I am also on tik-tok now so go follow me there or don't. I will not judge you if you don't. I never had the opportunity to be a vine er, so I'm kind of just using this as an opportunity to make up for last time there anyway. Thank you guys so much for hanging out with me today. I hope you enjoyed this review hope you found it helpful. Thank you guys so much for hang out with me today. I will see you guys all next time when to limp in phases. Please be sure to take care.

Thundarr100: You should have worn the wig under a black light for your video. Black lights cause glow in the dark items to glow, so lighting your room with black lights would have given you the same effect except that your video camera would have been able to show it glowing. At least I’m pretty sure that it would have. The material used to make the wig might be different than other glow in the dark things that I’ve seen, but generally speaking if it glows in the dark it’ll glow under a black light.

rac: Honestly, we could all just listen to you talk in front of a camera in the dark and be like: “yes quality”

Kyrstie Burrows: I'm so excited for this review! I have a glow in the dark wig, but its quality is terrible. I used to go to haunted houses and wear it, just because it was so much fun!! I may need to get another one, just for fun!

TheeJackalope: You could totally use a UV light pen to give yourself glow in the dark highlights!

HellsCuteExecuter: Imagine if you could make a full golgen glow in the dark wig for rapunzel, that would be so cool

ToastMcGoats333: i love u anya your personality always makes me so happy :)

Convoluted & Exiled: "Do all things that glow in the dark, not show up on video?" Aaaactually, I found that out the hard way too. So I'm going to say yes they don't, lol.

Loving TEFANY: When you said "Thicc" I felt that.

LunaZombeh: As someone who has used stuff like glow in the dark paint, what tends to work best is puttin on the bright light shining on it, and turning off the lights right away! it gives off the best effect :D Its not so much how long you leave the light on it (obviously the more seconds u leave the light on the more it absorbs), its mostly how fast you turn off the light XD <3

Tora Lynn: I honestly need this wig!

Sparrow779: Ooo...I love this! And I cosplay as the Glow Cloud from Night Vale so this wig could be a useful addition to my getup.

Semicolon: As far as I know, most glow in the dark materials work best with UV light. Generally LEDs and most incandescent light bulbs do not give off a lot of UV light.

klsmuddluvr: Man did not think I needed one of these but now I do! So much fun!

CullenDraws: you need some kind of special lens or setting to make it show up on video, at least thats what i figured out so far! i have some glowy details on an old backpack and it glows like crazy in photos. the wig looks really pretty on you in the daylight as well tho :'D

Eesh SinGer: that color looks nice on her actually

Katrina Darwin: Fluttershy wig

Brin Prince: The best way to charge glow in the dark products is with good ol UV (sun or lamp)

Alvin Whitehead: Awesome info

Tina Farina: What are you saying? I love your wigs reviews videos!!

Lady Green sleeves: What is the most affordable but quality wig company?

Jordan B: LED or sunlight

meepmoop: U look so cute lol

FlyingSpur99: Hail Hydrate!

Creature Of The Moss: This video is pretty wig Haha, get it I am an awful person
