Weekend Wigs Review + Inspired Look

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel so today we're doing another wig review and this time it's gon na be with weekend wigs. So it comes in this box that says you're present once you open the box, there's the wig right here and then there's a wig cap and then just the tag that says weekend wigs. So this is the wig that I got I'll put a picture there for comparison. It is a gray and - and I like that, it was gray, because I think we can all face the fact that blond is very likely, not my color, but I did like the greyness of it. I just love how it looks. I love that it has these layers, something about it just struck me as really cool. I think, probably because I didn't see this color as much as I've seen grays and blonds. I haven't seen a crossover kind of thing. I guess, but I really love this. It is very, very thick which is good, because then you can work with it and thin it out as much as you want and customize it as much as you want. Another thing I'm noticing is that the part already looks pretty natural here. Let me show you that's what the part looks like. Maybe it's easier to see from under. You can see that that's the part right there, as you can see on the inside. It'S the usual three clips and then you have straps down here to adjust. Still has the lace on so I'm gon na cut that off, as I always do with my wig reviews, I'm gon na go cut off the lace, put this on my head without making any adjustments and show you how she looks alright. So this is what she looks like when you just put her on without making any changes, I haven't even brushed the hair or anything. Let me show you what the part looks like now. So that's what the part looks like. I really really love this wig. So much I'm actually kind of wondering if, when I come back after I naturalize it, if I should just try and color my eyebrows the same color as this wig just to see what would happen, how it would look, so you let me show you the wig From the back just so, you can see how thick this actually is. I'M gon na do my usual thing of thinning it out and then I'll see. If I can get my eyebrows close to this hair color just to see what it would look like, hey guys. So I'm back! This is how I naturalized the wig, so I'm honestly, very proud of myself, I feel like I did a good job on this wig better than on other wigs, but maybe that's just me anyway. This makeup is inspired by Anne Hathaway in Alice in Wonderland, just to be clear, so um the review on this wig. So, first of all, I really like this wig I liked working with it. It was very easy to work with, in the sense that sometimes when I'm thinning out a wig, the sheers, because I'm using thinning shears, obviously will get caught because the synthetic hair gets really knotted up. And that happened here because obviously that's normal, because you're dragging down a huge amount of hair, but it was very easy to get out any of the knots that I came across. I just brushed like a few times just like this, and it was fine - and I was really happy about that, because sometimes it can really be a pain to thin out hair. So what I did for this wig was that I not only thinned it out, but I made a bit of layers in the front like, as you can see, there's some shorter hair here. That'S about that long. I tried to make some baby hairs, but I'm still learning how to like make them look like baby hairs and now just like little hairs that are sticking up I'll, show you what the back of this wig looks like. So this is what the hair looks like from the back. This is the amount of hair in total it's still thick, even if I thinned it out she's still thick. One thing that I did note is that there is very minimal shedding like I'm gon na brush through it a couple of times this. This is what came from the brush. There are literally two hairs in my hand, so it is a good wig. All synthetic wigs will shed that's just the reality of it. However, this one did shed a lot less than other wigs. I really like this wig also because of the color. I find this color so original and you guys might be like what the hell, but in real life it doesn't just look gray or blond or white. It looks like a bit of a mixture of all of it, which is why I really liked it anyway. One quick thing I wanted to say before the end of this video is that I was thinking in order to avoid my wig videos to be really repetitive or, if they haven't been already is. I was thinking that with each wig I could do a makeup. Look inspired by the wig - I don't know if you guys would be interested in that.
