Hi everyone welcome back to my channel. I can't really take myself seriously right now, but today I am doing my very first wig reveal. Obviously this is the wig. It'S super. Pretty I love it. This is my very first wig I've ever owned ever tried on I've. Never even worn awake, I think the last time I wore a wig I'll, probably ate for like a Halloween costume or something so it's definitely been a long time since I've even tried on awake, but I've been binge watching wig reviews for the longest time I've been Wanting a wig, probably since, like 2013 and I'm super super excited that uni wigs teamed up with me, and they wanted to send me this wig. This is their sunshine. A wig is synthetic, and it's very very long. So, as you guys can see it like pretty much goes all the way to my bellybutton, my belly buttons right there. So it's very long and I decided to go with a blonde just because I've never had blonde hair before I felt like this would be kind of fun to play around with uni wigs. They have a lot of really cute synthetic wigs and like a bunch of different colors, they have like pastel colors, so festival season is definitely coming out. Coachella, I think, is like this weekend. I want to say they're synthetic wigs are priced fairly decent and for the quality I feel like. This is not too bad for a synthetic wig, but a couple weeks ago I was like talking to my co-workers and my mom and like just a bunch of my friends, telling them that I really want to start wearing away. So, there's just such a coincidence that this happen uni wigs reached out to me like a few days after I was like talking to one of my friends about wanting to buy a wig. I don't really know if I'm gon na do synthetic wigs I'd rather have human hair. Just because I used to wear hair extensions like clip-ons and stuff, and I know human hair, just it just feels better. It doesn't get tangled. This hair is really soft, though, for it being since, but it does get a little tangled, but it's not too bad. It does brush out super easy, but I will get more in depth, in my honest opinion, on this wig towards the end of the video. So it's stay tuned towards the end and yeah, I'm just basically gon na show you guys how I install this way, how I do my part and all that good stuff, so I hope you guys enjoy and let's get started alright guys. So this is the box. It'S really cute packaging. I think it's like great quality. It'S not like an ugly box or anything. Then when you open it up, it comes with a card that has instructions. How to you know, take care of the hair, how to wash it and things like that. It comes with an extra comb and it also comes with a weaving cap which I actually used in this video, and this is the wig right here super long. It looks a little bit tangled only because I did take it out of the box a day before. Just because I wanted to see what it looked like, you know I had to take a little sneak peek. This is the part, so you guys can see, there's lace on it. I don't really know how to explain this stuff, I'm not like a professional when it comes to wigs yet, but this is what the cap looks like. It comes with an adjustable, strap and the combs on the side, and since this is my very first wig video, I decided to show you guys how I prep my hair underneath so I co washed my hair and then I'm just below drying it. I'M really focusing on the front part just because I am gon na have a little bit of leave out and then the rest of my hair is just kind of damp. It'S not soaking wet, but it's also not completely dry. So I basically just parted down the middle, and then I am going to flatten my hair as flat as possible and then I'm just going to braid it. I don't know how to French braids. I just do regular braids and then I will just go ahead and tuck it into the wig cap and since I don't have a wig cap, I'm just gon na use the weaving cap that they sent to me and now, after putting on a wig. I do prefer a dark wig cap such as black or brown you'll, see in a little bit, but it just kind of shows underneath if it's a really light color, especially if the roots of the wig are dark but yeah, as you guys can see. I just twisted the braids and kind of like tucked it into my hair. I don't want to like secure it with any bobby pins, and then I just put the cap on so now, I'm just going to plug the wig. This basically helps give it like a better illusion that it's real hair it that way. It'S not such a straight line, but I was a little bit afraid to over pluck the wig. So you probably can't even like tell any difference, I don't know if it's like. I'M not doing it right. You guys can feel free to leave me any suggestions to on wearing wigs because I'm totally new to this but yeah. So, basically, I go and take my hair cutting shears and I cut off the lace and I get it as close to the hairline as possible and now taking my Shea Moisture strength and grow and restore edge treatment. This is basically gon na help me lay down my edges and I'm just using a toothbrush to do that. All right. So now for the fun part I'm putting on the wig, it looks kind of crazy at first. Don'T worry, I'm gon na make it look good. Afterwards, as you guys can see right here, I'm noticing that you could totally see the wig cap underneath every time I move the wig you just see. You know it's a little bit white, so I just took my morphe 35o a palette and I'm just taking the darkest eyeshadow and just basically applying that all over the edge of the wig cap. And here I just flipped my head underneath to really get those combs into the back of my head and I'm just adjusting where I want the little wig to lay so now, using that same poly, I'm gon na take a dark brown color, which it was a Wrong shade, I should have just used a black but yeah, I'm just basically covering up that lace in the front. So now, using the black eye shadow, I'm gon na go over the brown and make sure the lace is really covered up and now taking my NARS concealer, I'm just basically going to put that in my middle part. Just so that way, it kind of looks like my scalp, but I don't know I feel, like the part, doesn't really look the best. It'S like totally off-center, but it's okay, it's my first wig. It'S all a learning process, I'm just going to set that with some setting powder and then I'm going to go around the edges with the black eyeshadow. Just so the part doesn't look so wide, so here I'm just basically figuring out. How do I want my hair to look? Do I want it all out in front of me? Do I want both of it behind my ears? I ended up putting the left side behind the ear and then keeping the right side out, and then you guys could probably see the lace I just kind of flipped it underneath I actually got that method from Alyssa forever. She did in one of her videos, which I thought was really smart and then I'm just basically going to keep blending out that area to make it look as natural as possible. So now I'm just eat angling, the hair using a wide tooth comb and going from bottom to root. That'S what I said to use on the instructions and I'm just taking my time that way, I don't pull out any hair and then it did say the wig is made up of sheep friendly fibers. So I'm just kind of testing that out using my straightener. I have it on the lowest heat setting, but I didn't really need to straighten it. Alright, guys so now for my review on this wig. The one thing that I don't really like about it is that it gets really really tangled, but that's like common for synthetic wigs. I feel like synthetic wigs shouldn't, really be worn for like an everyday way type of thing. I feel like it's just like a one day where and then that's it cuz. If you wear this every day, you're gon na have hair everywhere. It does shed a little bit but not a lot, but it does get tangled a little bit. One thing that I am a pretty surprised about for it being synthetic: it's really shiny. I didn't really think it was gon na be like this shiny. I don't know if you guys can really see, but it's so shiny to the point where it doesn't really look. Natural on me, but honestly I don't care, I mean I would still wear this out. I just kind of want to master this area better before I go and wear outside. I just feel like I'm not too confident with like how the front part looks. I try to get it looking natural as possible, but I feel like I just have like a lot of work to do when it comes to ways. This is my very first wig once again, so I'm still learning how to like blend out everything but yeah. I really love this hair, it's so cute. I might cut it later, just because it is so long I'm not used to having hair this long. I probably would just cut it like that much off, so it's like yeah like right to my boob. I feel like that would be appropriate for me, but overall, this wig is really good for its price. It'S not like itchy or uncomfortable, or anything like that. I will have a coupon code for this way you get 20 % off. The info would be right here in the video and then also I will put it down in the description box. So that way you guys can go ahead and check out this wig and also other ways from their company. Thank you anyways once again for teaming up with me. I'M really loving this blonde at first I was like I'm not sure I'm gon na like blonde on me, but I really like it. I feel like it's cute for spring and summer, so yeah guys, that's all for today's video. I hope you enjoyed it and I'll see you next time. Bye,
