I'M going to be telling you guys about my experience, working with jen here, vietnam. I know some of you they have seen a review idea to me is back from j here. Jen head vietnam and i ended up making a video private because i was asked to by their rep and my agent that i tend to walk a bit with them. So i made the video private and then the tech video. So you guys that watch that video. If you have been coming to me and asking me okay, where's your genuine vietnam with you, like you know, i then decided that i was probably gon na. Do another review of jen hair purchase their hair and tell you guys what the quality of their hair is. Currently like, but i wasn't able to buy their hairs because gen head vietnam has a an moq of three kgs for you to get hairs from jen, hey, vietnam. You need to buy at least three kgs for 2 kg and, if you're buying that's 2 kg you're going to be getting the hairs at the retail price, which is really expensive compared to the wholesale price. So imagine it's a scenario whereby i just blindly said because she wants to review it's not because she actually want to use it. You didn't have to buy three kg water hair. Just um do an updated review on a particular company. It'S really not the most um. It'S not it's not the most wise decision for me, because, okay, if i buy the hair - and i don't like it, what why did we do the rest of it actually spends over thousands of dollars on it doesn't really make sense because men, i don't have that Huge amount of money on my disposal to just put it into one party, loving it just because i'm trying to taste their hairs, knowing that i've tried their hairs in the past and in some situations their hairs were warm and in some other situations, your hair was A hot mess, so i'm just going to be walking you guys, through my whole experience um with jen here. Let'S get right into the video okay guys, so i'm going to be starting with the pros of getting your hairs from hex in general, vietnam, like i'm, going to start from the instagram profile, because i know most times, people tend to judge a hair supply out here. Vendor he has seller by the amount of following they have on instagram and honestly, if it comes towards. Oh, i want to buy hair from a supplier that has a huge food following and because they have a huge following they're, also being it means that they're, probably selling good quality, extensions and people like their extension for this judge by that then definitely jen head. Vietnam. Would have passed a test because they have a huge following on instagram. They have about 2000 followers between two thousand followers on instagram. That is probably nice more than that, and their pictures on instagram are on points like the pictures of their hairs. The videos of their hairs look very glossy very shiny. It looks like there's even no short strands in here like they know how to take the perfect pictures and videos for their hairs and, of course, they also have a wide range of colors for their hair. They have different styles of hairs. They have very nice. Hair cutter. Looks that make it easy for you to choose the type of hair you want to buy and basically they have a wide range of hair extensions from straight hairs to busy hairs to coil ears. But i think um the best extensions to actually buy from them. Actually straight is because most times you with here it doesn't always holds the coil and even when it holds the cold like the texture might not just be so so foam. So i think they tend to do straight hairs better, that's when he actually gets it right, for i think my most favorite hair that i ever got from jen here vietnam was, they are called coil tk that hey so you did. I still get reaching out to me telling me they want to buy vacant, because actually it's continued um purchasing hairs from gen head vietnam. I haven't continued editing and what are continuing with selling the quality paid, but that quality pay was one of the very best kids. I'Ve got from general vietnam and my customers that both are here i still enjoy that until so, then, what are the coins of buying hair from jay heavy enough? So the first one i'd like to say is photos and videos can be very deceptive, because truly you guys know how social media can be. You know how instagram can be, and all of that what you see on instagram is not always what you might receive in reality, because you might see this glossy hair, it looks so boring. It doesn't even look like it has initial strands, but when you receive this and you'll see that your hair definitely has short strands in it might not look as straight as it looks as it looks how that when they advertised it, you might just not really have That uh accidents that she has on instagram when you actually receive it in real life and also another disadvantage. Why i, i really am not really cool with the whole, with jen hair buying hairs from jen. Here is the emotion the minimum order. Quantity of 3kg to 2kg is just too too much for somebody who is just trying to get into the hair business. It'S very unfair because i i feel that most people, when they want to start studying here on the average they might come up with them. I want to start behaving let's say: 350, 000 naira or 500 000. Now, if the person has so much money like it might then be a thousand dollars which is more like um, how much it doesn't do that maybe like 500 500 000. So it's everybody that has those huge phones at a disposal and if you don't make this mark, if you don't make it easy for you to come in and buy hairs from you and you have to force them to buy this huge quantity of hairs before you Can sell to them as we'll see price and even when they won't buy from you after 2k, she has to sell into them at the video price. I think it's very unfair because, okay, let's imagine inspiration about somebody just trying to test out your hands. Okay, if the quality over here something everything likes, the person then still has to buy the same 2kg at retail price or three kg of your hair. At most, your prices to make sure a person is able to test you, and i think that is it's also and it's very unfair and very insensitive yeah. I know yes they're in business and they rather just sell to put a wholesaler. But can you also have um? Can you also have a package for people who want to test your hair, your your quality of your hair? Can you just allow like one of purchase of let's say, um 3k in three bundles of your hair with enclosure or something for someone to test out the quality of your hair? You can allow that at least definitely people be more willing to trust that you give them the best quality of their extension. Unlike a situation where you just have it be that the minimum order quantity is 3 kg or 2 kg, so i started buying hairs from gen head vietnam in, i think 20 18 and you know 2018 slash 2019 and then, when i first got my first order From gender vietnam, i absolutely love this here. Like all of these hairs, which i bought from there were on points, it was so beautiful. The colored hairs were also really nice, and then i think that was they were even like. The first vietnamese vendor, like whether the first print that means whatever i tried, i think they were one of the first pairs of these hair vendors that i actually tried out and i really liked the quality of their hair. But as i kept on ordering from them, i noticed that by the time i was making my third purchase the third batch of hairs that they sent me were horrible. This hair was very frizzy. This hair was unruly, it was very it was. It was just prone to tangling and mutting and when i reached out to them to tell them that oh see, this batch of hair is sent to me is no good that this hair is tangling. It goes like this hair doesn't look nice, it doesn't even have the glossy look, it doesn't even look like it doesn't look like um it. Didn'T it didn't. Really. It didn't really look good. They just told me that she just washed the hair shampoo. It conditioned it and it was going to be all right. So eventually, i had orders and i had to sell this hair to some of my customers and after i styled this hair and did everything to the hair hair looks good. I'M going to put clips of the hairs in question the hairs which i had issues with in this video, so you guys get to see it so after i started, and i delivered here to your customers. One thing i like is one thing that happened is i had to customize what so this has to that ended up returning the hairs back to me, because they did not like how they had failed or didn't the hair felt like plastic. It didn't feel like weirdos. He kept on complaining and complaining, so i ended up just collecting hair back from them and giving them something else from a different vendor to just appease those customers and actually see you today. One of those customers don't even buy hair from me anymore, because she felt like i gave her bad hair. It was my fault and all of that, because the thing is when you are in the business of selling human hair extension. It'S your fault. Nobody cares about whether your supplier made a mistake at one time or not. If you ever give a customer hey, that is bad. It is your fault, it's your responsibility, so you can actually change it for the customer give this customer something else. Please make sure you do that just to avoid issues after i had this experience with these customers in question. I went back to jenny and i was complaining about okay, see you. These hairy shoes may have hard to customize complaining that the hair is going to tangle in the hair. Doesn'T look nice, it's getting it's getting! Frizzy hair! That'S supposed to stay straight, doesn't stay straight. Yeah we're just basically becoming very, very really and difficult to manage. So it is when i reached out to them, they were not beginning to develop, willing to listen or even try and maybe walk, find a way to work and work it out with me. So what i then did was, i told them that okay, since i'm going to listen to what i'm going to do, is i'm going to make a video and tell people about my experience with you guys, and that was what i didn't do. So i made a video then complaining about my experience. I was gon na wear one of the hairs which i bought from them in that video and just you know i would adjust them and leave my businesses out so when they eventually, when their team eventually saw the video they reached out to me, and they decided You could eventually phone me money which i spent on buying here, and it is with a little extra. Of course. I know something that we need that. I should please delete the video from youtube um. The agents which i normally use in sending the my money to vietnam, mr gabriel, also reached out to me, and he was telling me maybe this is the video of mr sunday. I can't remember. Your name was mr soni. He talked to me, and i should please i just understand that this is business and all sometimes them themselves. They get these hairs from somewhere. It'S not every time that they might really like. You know putting their eyes down and you know and make sure that they hear each other. The hair is on the point that i just understand that this business, if they're willing to i just compensate for my looks, let me just not sit on that and just like you know, um take down the decisions when it was maybe affecting your business or maybe Affecting your brand and whatever so that was what i eventually did, because i understood what last year i understood the points you're coming from, because even me myself, sometimes that you realize there is something it might be makeup, job that you did for somebody. You might not get the person whatever, since we want exactly did. Look might not come out how the person actually wanted it, but you just managed to just finish it and then messaging just manages to make popular, even if it doesn't really come out how they wanted. It to at all, so it was just a case of um um being considered some other another another person who is also in business. So recently i started seeing comments from people saying: oh where's, your hair, jen, haven't you have vietnam with you. What'S this video and oh yeah yeah? This is the reasons why i had to do this tv because of course, it was affecting them as a business person, and i wouldn't want a question whereby somebody buys hairs from me and the person goes out there and the person here probably wasn't the best quality Of hair, but what could be that? I don't even want that to ever happen to me and the person goes out there, making videos saying: oh, you sold his hair to me yeah. I wouldn't ever want that to happen to me. So the thing is, if you are going to be uh, if you, if you are going to be buying here from journey vietnam, just knowing this, that it's possible for it's possible that you might not always get the best quality of hairs from them and sometimes the Hairs you get from them will be very, very beautiful. You absolutely love them, but of course i can't say that at least if i probably bought somewhere around, let's say 800 pieces of pairs from them, which i didn't think i would have either i didn't buy the buyouts that i think i probably bought somewhere around. Let'S see hundreds of hairs from them, let's see 80 out of the 100 were good and they meaning 20 bad. So it's just a case of okay. It'S an 80 20 situation. It'S possible that 20 of your orders might not be so good, and the other 80 will be good. So, and the thing is the business it's business is business is high risk business is risk for you to decide to buy hairs from events without going there. Traveling down there and seeing these hairs and picking them and choosing what you actually want for yourself, you are actually taking your risk because one thing is you're, not the only customer they're attending to they have plenty customers that order hairs from them and they're trying to Make sure they meet up all of these others and in some cases they now um downplay quality control, they're, not trying to make sure that each of the hairs that they're sending out is of good quality, just because they're trying to make sure that okay, they sell. As much as possible and get their refund, that's just making money as quickly as possible. So i don't know viruses recommend you have vietnam, i just have to say i wouldn't say i don't recommend them and i wouldn't say i recommend them just because naturals, if you want to buy hair from them, it's quiet and do so. But if you feel like okay, you wouldn't want to take that chance, because you won't even know that it's 100 perfect, i'm going to be honest to you. I think there's no hair vendor that is 100, there's only still something, because we have human beings that we want perfection and there's really no human hair extension is perfect. No human extension is hundred percent perfect because it might be a kitty's head or something. It looks. Glossy it looks gorgeous, it looks really nice, but you just notice that maybe the yes, it has initial strands, and it's or maybe it might just be okay. Here, it's too expensive. It'S only still something. You wish that okay, it could be more affordable. We wish that would i wish it was tightly so far. I wish it was only this like this. You know there'll always be something, so it's just a case of what are you willing to overlook and what are you not willing to value, but generally right now i like to say that i don't even intend working with jen here, vietnam anymore, because the type of Hair extensions they sell, i know the type of extensions and i'm looking towards selling in my business because they tend to sell more remy, hair extensions and right now i am more into raw hair extensions. Don'T know where extensions are going to last a very long period of time. For them they saw yeah, they sell remy, hair virgin care extension vietnamese hair, but it's not it's. It'S not the best. I'Ve definitely seen more quality than these met. Vendors that sell way quality and still policies of hairs that are way better than the qualities that gen head. Vietnam provides. So that's just where i am. I am right now, so it's just a case of. Do you want to buy hair from them? Are you going to take that risk dude? Are you willing to spend whatever amount of money is going to cost you to get the minimum order quantity of 3kg from this particular vendor? Because, really you want, you want to be, if you're not willing to take that risk and just spend that money on tkg whatever you want to get ahead or find somebody who wants to buy from the same video and share and sort of join your money together And buy from the vendor, i don't know it's just something you just have to just decide with yourself for me personally, i wouldn't say i recommend them. I wouldn't say i don't recommend them i'll just say be careful when we buy here from any vendor out there. Most especially gen here vietnam, because of course it took me having to make a negative video about them before they eventually reached out to me so guys i think um. This basically wraps up this video.
