Lavish Wig Review For The Simply Wigs Community

Hi guys, okay, so I haven't done a wig review in a while.. So now that I have officially moved house - and I have my own makeup studio - and I have all my customers - my clients come to do their make-up. So I thought, oh, my god. This is a perfect location for me to do all my wig reviews, and so she can see in the mirror. I'Ve set up my phone and my ring light so yeah now you're gon na get like the perfect wig review with amazing lighting. Yes, so much better. So I just wanted to start with that and but you've probably already been distracted by this absolutely gorgeous wig. That is on my head right now, and so basically, I emailed Simply WIgs and was like. I cannot decide between these two colours, so they kindly sent me them. So I could try them on and I absolutely love them both and if you know me, you probably know that I'm drawn to warm colors and really like copper tones gingery tones Strawberry Blonde. That kind of thing, so this is why I have this pinkish colored one on at the moment, because I absolutely love it so, first of all, let me tell you what wig it is, so it is from the Rene of Paris collection and it's called lavish waves. So the colour that I'm wearing today is Dusty Rose, so it is literally perfect and I love everything about this wig. Let me just un-took that from behind my ears, so first of all I absolutely love the length, so I'm just gon na sit up a little bit just so you can see the length of it really really a gorgeous length. I mean it's not something that I would personally wear every single day, because I actually love it that much. I think I would wear it to the death and probably ruin it so and but yeah again also, I don't think I'd be allowed pink hair at work either, but for occasions for holidays festivals, anything. I just think that this wig is perfect, and I also really like the fact that it's not really got a fringe, but you can kind of put the part in where we kind of feel. So I put mine over to the side a little bit, so you've almost got kind of like a sweeping better sweep inside fringe here, but just kind of like rolls into the curls, and so the curls one of my favorite things about this wig. Is that they're? Not just like kind of really tight ringlets curls, they are wavy and I think that's really on-trend at the moment. Isn'T it so it's quite hard when you wear wigs as you can't really style, unless you're lucky enough to have a human hair wig, you can't really style it, and you know to these particular curls that you may see your friends have and I think Renee of Paris of absolutely nailed this look, so I'm going to show you. I mean I've sat on the chair, so I guess it's quite difficult when kind of backed into the corner, but just so you can see it from the side. Isn'T it just stunning, so the colour of this wig is my favorite, so the other colour I'm going to show you in a minute actually arrived first, and so I was like okay before I make a decision and really need to see this pink one, because for As long as I can remember, and simply wigs probably know that I have been saying when it's someone going to bring out a gorgeous natural-looking, pink wig - and here it is, my prayers have been answered. I'M so I'm really really happy about that. So the next colour, let me just see, Luna haze, so I would describe this as a bit lilacy with gray tones and silver tones running through. So imagine if you had like platinum, hair and you started using your silver shampoo and I definitely think Luna haze has this kind of color. It'S just absolutely gorgeous, like the purple, isn't totally in your face, but yeah it's just like really subtle and I love it. So this was Luna haze and then we've got dusty rose. So first of all I want to know which one you guys prefer. Please help me choose and - and please don't say both because my bank account can't handle it, I mean so they just think Christmas. We'Ve only just got with the January blues. Sorry, I'm just moving my camera up slightly to get rid of this double chin and yeah. Please comment below which ones you prefer tell me, and I'm gon na try this one on now. So you can see the difference and then I'm also gon na show you the inside of the wig as well, just to give you a little bit more detail just in case you're not familiar with this wig style., I'm absolutely roasting in this little room. So it's just a little outhouse, my little makeup room. So one of the good things is it's not in the house, but it also means that it gets really cold in here really quickly and then and on. It gets really hot in here quickly. So I'm feeling that right now, okay - so here we have a lunar in a haze, so also, let's just point out how quick and easy that was to get on. Like literally straight from the box. I'Ve shook it out. I'Ve literally brushed it through with a big paddle brush, and it's absolutely perfect already, and so now I'm looking at, I still can't decide which one I prefer and they think I like the Dusty Rose because it's warmer and I think it does things to my skin Tone also is out if it's the top that I'm wearing, but it just seems to sit really nice and I didn't plan that I promise. But yeah. So this is also gorgeous so again we're just going to show you from this side, so you can also see like we're. Not ring light shines in it. You can really see those lilac tones and it is just absolutely stunning: isn't it gorgeous love? It love? It love it ah, okay, I'll take it off now. Well, actually ill keep it on. So I can show you the inside of the other one, so you don't have to stare at my big head without hair on and okay. So this is just in more of a close-up of the dusty rose colour, absolutely stunning, so I would say that it's kind of got toned pink in it tones of copper in it, and I think that's my absolute love it so much so I'm just gon na Turn it inside out, so we can have a look at the cap construction. Okay. So, as you can see here, we've got a nice lace, front yeah and now, although it's really not that obvious, when you're wearing the wig, because you've got these kind of like sweeping bits that come over your face - and I think it's quite a nice touch because You know the wind blows or you just kinda, want to put your hair behind your ear like I did quite often - and it's just quite nice to have that. I mean it also goes down the middle as well, so you've got that and monofilament top there. So it looks like it's your natural parting, so we'll come closer to the camera shortly, so you can see that and and then just the rest of the cap is wefted, they're, really nice and breathable really comfortable, and I also think the size of the wigs is Really good one of my favorite things about Rene of Paris is that they have these adjustable tabs and I much prefer that used to the velcro kind and I just think if you want them really tight and getting much much tighter, so yeah. I really like that about it as well. So if you like me and you like to feel secure - and that's definitely a selling point for me and then just the kind of touch - so you can you see here, you've got these darker bits and that's near the wig cap. So this is rooted, and as is this one, but it just gives it that much more natural look, because, obviously, even if we did have our own hair and it would be growing out, it wouldn't stay pink or this gorgeous purple for this full. I don't know how often people even get the haircut. I have no idea - and I don't know four six weeks - that's just a guess and or hair dyed, sorry and so yeah. It is quite natural because you've got those roots there and I think that's what makes the wig to be honest, because you often see fake-looking, wigs and they're, just black colors and and that's the beautiful thing about them - that these amazing colors, they're rooted and they're. Not just like a soft flat tone, pink or purple and I've got loads of beautiful colors running through them as well so yeah and I think that's pretty much all I have to say on the two wigs, but I absolutely love them and please let me know What you think leave me a little comment below I've, not done one of these for awhile, and I'm aware that probably my head looks a little bit rounder. I think my chin looks big and um and I probably just blabbed on for a while as well, but hopefully you have enjoyed the review and I'm hoping as all that and you've just found it informative and just useful to see the colors. Because I think when I was having a look at them online, it was definitely something I wanted to see and I wanted to see what these two colours look like in comparison and it looks like in real life because obviously it's really quite hard when you're looking Online to really get like the true picture and the true color.
