Kalyss - Amazon Wigs Review | My "Hot Mom Wig"

Hey everyone I'm back and it feels so good. I'Ve missed you guys so much happy new year, I'm playing with my Rapunzel costume, because I'm actually gon na be filming. Some reviews on the really beautiful princess costumes that I've purchased and maybe I'll even show you guys. The ones that I've made, but that's why I'm showing you in the beginning of this video, I'm kind of playing out the Rapunzel costume that I have on my dress form I actually hand crystaled the skirt. The top already came like that, but I wanted to add crystals to the skirt so look out for that. I'M gon na be uploading videos about costuming now to go with, like my makeup and wig stuff. So I hope you like that you guys and now so for this hot mom wig as I like to call it. I was sent this wig and I'm not sure how to pronounce the company's name. So I'm really not even gon na try they're, just a really incredible brand that you can buy off the Amazon, I'm a huge fan of Amazon when it works for you, and I will leave the link down below for this wig. I feel like it's like a cross between your hand or wood or Mariah Carey, I'm not too sure which one I feel like. It looks more like on me, but this this week definitely makes me feel like, like I'm a hot mama. I'M not too sure why. I just feel like the the length and the styling of the hair itself just makes me look a little bit older, but in a good way in a really sophisticated way. I, like the shade of blonde I like that it's got a natural root. This is my first week that has a natural root. I did have another red wig that had an ombre to it, but this one is very different from anything I've ever had, and I honestly love it. You could see that I'm having a lot of fun with this. I wanted to film a voiceover, because I was in my house full of family and it's very awkward sitting in a room talking to yourself. So I stupidly sat in a room by myself making faces into a camera. I mean it works fot either way to be really weird. So I would rather do that and just feel a voiceover, then to be talking to myself in a room by myself. On top of that, because that was just really weird - I'm not that weird! So that's why this is a film over a film over. That'S like this is a voiceover. You guys, I'm sorry! I can't even talk today, so I'm gon na be posting this on January. First, I filmed this probably in early December, but I haven't had a chance to upload it. I'Ve been going through a lot with my family, like always that the year of 2018 was just a very heavy year for my family, so sorry that I've been missing in action. You guys, but I'm back, and I I'm hoping that you can tell from uploading on January 1st that I'm literally gon na hit the ground running. So I am very excited. I was blessed with a lot of growth this year in regards to like my princessing stuff. So I have a lot of really great reviews that are gon na be coming out that are gon na, be very helpful for any cosplayers or princesses or whatever you do on your free time that you just enjoy. If you just want to see some videos done for me, which I appreciate and yeah, so I'm gon na be going a little bit more in-depth into this wig review. I feel like it's a little bit long-winded. I'M talking a lot, but that's just because I've been gone for so long. You guys so don't mind me if I'm talking quite a bit, so the texture of this wig feels a lot like natural hair. I love its silky shine. I don't feel like it looks. I mean in front of a ring like wigs they're, just gon na look very artificially shiny, but I promise you a natural lighting. This wig is like, oh, my god. It is so beautiful. It'S very soft. It'S very fluffy, the bangs that are cut in the front. You can see that they tend to slide in my face a lot, but I was able to fix that with a little bit of hairspray, but I just kept being stupid and like doing stuff like this, while I was on camera, so that was just me being Dumb but fun so moving right along. I am showing you guys that this is a hard front wig. Now what that means. There are hard front or lace front, wigs or full lace. Wigs. I can make a video going into really extreme detail, because I have all three, but this is a hard front, meaning it's not really a natural front to the wig they're a lot less expensive, but you can make them look natural depending on how you style them And how you wear them, usually with bangs like this, that go over the hairline, they look. Okay, they don't look bad at all. You can put them in a low ponytail, not a high ponytail. Well, that would take like a lot of skill in order to put them like in a ponytail on the top of your head, you would have to style it on a separate styling block and use a lot of hair product, and just it takes a lot of Skill, but so the hard front looks nice when it's styled with hair on the sides that kind of cover the hairline just to kind of alleviate a little bit of a natural look, and you can see that there's like little baby hairs. The roots on this wig are so interesting because there is different lengths of hair not only from the layered styling but the dark hair on the root. You can see that there's like little tiny baby hairs. I didn't take the time to like brush them appropriately. So don't come for me. I just put this wig on and I had a lot of fun because I just loved this way this week is so much fun. I was really honestly I was kind of like. Oh, I don't think she won't look good on me, but I mean I'm not trying to me like conceited, you guys, but I was like okay like she looks cute, so I really loved it. I love wigs in general. I think this brand is really awesome. I think I'm just gon na you know it's the wig brand coalesce, I'm assuming sorry, if that's really wrong, coulis um, I'm not sure how to pronounce the brand but yeah. I love their wigs and I just I didn't ever think that I would look good in a short wig because short hair. I don't feel like suits me very well, but I think just the color and the styling just everything it just. It really did it. For me, with this wig, so if you guys have any ideas as to who I could use this for cosplaying or any princess characters, superheroes anybody that you think has hair like this, let me know, leave a comment down below, because I would love to do a Tutorial a makeup tutorial with this wig, rather than just being like. Oh my god, I look like Carrie Underwood, had her jeans mixed with Mariah Carey, and now it's this thing before you on camera. So you can see that this week has a lot of movement. It has a lot of body a lot of fullness and the wig arrived like that this wig arrived completely styled now they did send me this week for free. I was not paid to make this review, but the wig was free, so me making this video and loving. It is really genuine. I mean you can see like it's. It really is just a really cute wig. So if you're a mom - and you want to have some fun and you want to go blonde but maybe want to save some cash because going blonde is really expensive. This wig is a super great option and you don't have to change your brow color. I just do brown brows and that's it and I match it to the color of the root. I feel like that's the trick with these wigs that have different colored roots and once you do that, it'll look, really nice and natural and all you have to do is pin the sides with some bobby pins and I'm gon na show it up close of that Right here, I literally just stuck in one bobby pin on each side of the front, because this wig does have the straps to make it tighter around the circumference of your head in the direction that it wraps around by your crown. That sounds really complicated, but it's not all wigs come with little sizing straps well or they should, and this one definitely has that and you just bobby pin the sides down to your head really well and you're good to go. I did wear a wig cap underneath this. I braided my hair wrapped it around my head and pinned it in place like a crown braid all the way around my head 360, because you all know that I have very long hair after I do the crown braids. I wear my we cops and then I put the wig over. If you want a bobby pin the wig caps down, I recommend putting some bobby pins in right above your ears, because it'll help kind of tuck in the hair above your ears a little bit better and then, when you put your wig over it, crisscross the bobby Pins underneath on your wig cap with the wig, how I pinned it like you just saw - might sound confusing. But don't worry it's really not. You know it's really intuitive. Once you get the wig, so you just bobby, pin it wherever you want it to feel secure and you will be ready to go with your hot mom wig.
