Wig Review Of Wigs We Would And Wouldn'T Buy Again

Hi sisters, as you know, we're so happy to be here with you patty's feeling a lot better. I'M so grateful to have her back and she's still recuperating, but she's back in the saddle. So, ah, and it's fall, the weather's cooler, it's crisp out, we're enjoying you know getting out and about in this nice weather and today we're drinking lemon drink drops and to make a lemon drop. You need two ounces of citrus vodka. You need one ounce of dandelion liqueur, one ounce triple sec. One ounce simple syrup: two ounces of fresh lemon juice. That'S a powder sugar around the rim; shake it in your cocktail, shaker over ice and enjoy; oh, my god patty. These are so so good and we needed some a little pick-me-up to get back into the swing of doing our videos and we're doing something different today we're doing wigs. We would buy it we're going to do a series of these, i think, but wigs we would buy again and wigs. We wouldn't buy again and why - and it might we'd like to preface that there might not be anything wrong with the actual wig just didn't work for us for our purposes right, and so we have wigs that we love that. We don't love as much right and we wanted to share that with our viewers, so today we're wearing the wigs we like and we're starting with those and then we'll switch to the wigs. We don't like we don't want again, so we wouldn't buy them again and buy them again. So tell me what wig you're wearing i'm wearing my raquel welch sparkle and iced java. I love this wig. I wear this wig all the time. A matter of fact, i wear it so much. I bought it in another shade the ice cappuccino and i love it too. This wig always lays nice came out of the box, just shake it put it on the color iced java really works well with a cool skin tone, and it's very similar to what my natural dark brown hair was can't say enough about this wig. I kind of love it love, it love it barely just like so finely i would buy it a million times every time. One wears out, they'll be a replacement, i'm telling you and when patty has this wig on she walks different. I love this. She deserves a hollywood thing. You can see. The back is short. It'S tasty. She loves this wig. You know, i love a pixie. I grew up in a pixie. I wore a pixie most my life, so this is the easiest pixie and she always feels glamorous in that way. Yeah. You can't go wrong with it. It'S it's a workhorse. You know it is a basic cap. There is no lace front or any of that. This is just a basic cap, raquel welch wig, and i love it. I'M also wearing a raquel welch wig, because you know raquel welch is my favorite anyway, but this wig is an older style. It'S called brave the wave. I think it's my all-time favorite wig that she makes that i own um. I love everything about it. It'S a synthetic wig, so it's not one of her. It'S an older wig, so it's not one of her true-to-life fibers. So you can't curl this wig. Also, it doesn't seem to get you know snarly at the back of your neck. Every time i take off one of my good true-to-life fibers, i'm definitely combing out the nape of the neck. This one has the monopart lace front um. I don't remember if it has an extended nape, it seems like it does and it has a nice velvety ear tabs, but i just shake this and put it on and it's if you're, not a big hair person, you probably might not like it, but it just Stays poofy like this all the time the back is curled just perfectly it just just nice, curls lays nice and it always looks like a million dollars whenever i put it on. I'M always extremely extremely pleased with this wig. It'S because my hair is dark. I don't have to worry about any little telltale things so, and i love this color too. It'S a beautiful brown with with a little bit of reddish gold highlights running it's very faint sorry. I can pull it, but it's very beautiful. It'S not too too warm. For me, you know why the color c-o-c-o-a, i believe anyway, i love this color and it's a true brunette. It'S not super highlighted or anything. It just looks like beautiful, clean, vibrant and what i like about it is. It'S got nice, nice movement. I just feel amazing. Every time i put this on so this is one of my would buy again. The only thing i would say is it's an older wig for raquel welch, and it doesn't have a lot a lot of colors that i can wear as a cool tone person. But if you're a girl that can wear those warm browns that she does at or any of her reds, i mean this comes in a lot of colors. Still it's very affordably priced on the websites. I'D say it's usually, i usually see it for like 170 and for lace, front. Mono part. You know all the bells and whistles that this thing has it's amazing. It washes dries like a dream. It is a wig i would buy over and over again. So i actually have two of these in this color, because what, if i couldn't find it, so that's how much i love it. So that's our video as far as the wigs we would buy again now we're going to put you on a brief pause and switch into the ones we wouldn't. We wouldn't buy again and share those with you hi we're back we're back. Okay, tell me about that. Wig, paddy okay, why wouldn't you buy that wig again i? This is jon renau ignite in palm springs blonde. I would not buy this wig again because it has flyaways. I have done every trick out there to tame the flyaways. Nothing stops them so they're constantly driving me crazy. So as much as i love this wig, i love how cute it's pretty on you. I love that tapered. She love that she was so excited when she got the swing. I remember palm springs. Blonde is my favorite blonde of all times. I like it even better than raquel welch's beloved shaded. Biscuit love palm springs darker root, it's got the blacker root and it goes all the way around your face. So if you have dark, i love his lace front, but the flyaways make me nuts. I would not buy this wig again huh and it's a popular week for so many times. This wig has just been a nightmare for me, uh, it's my first and only gabor wig that i have it's called soft and subtle the color on this. I don't know what the name of the color is, but it's gl, 1823. I thought it would be closer to my cappuccino, colors, that i have what's that sweet cream. What'S that one we have um brown sugar brown sugar. We love those type of colors, oh yeah um. We like the sandstone color by tony beverly. We love the um. We love those colors from raquel welch that are the cappuccino, shaded cappuccino, i'm thinking this was more like that, it's kind of not it's a little more shiny and it's kind of yellowish. I don't know it's not it's not i'm sure, for a lot of women. It'S a beautiful color, but for me i didn't care for it, but the thing i hated about this wig is it feels like straw. It just feels like straw yeah, it's not it's, not a nice. It doesn't have the fine, beautiful fibers that i used and even in my budget, wigs, they feel better than this, and i couldn't wear it around my face. It came with these. I don't know they did really messy look and i tried training it because it's not a heat friendly wig. I tried training it a little to do kind of like what i like my wigs to do, but i barely did it it's real itchy. I don't know why it's real itchy, the lace front is you know, okay, but i just hate the. Whenever i have to touch it, i hate the feel of it. I don't like the way it lays it's not that flattering. I think i cut two inches off of this thing to see if you can kind of punch it off, make it and work better. For me, i thought: okay, i'll, try. You know trimming it a little. Maybe if it's above my shoulders, it will look a little more youthful on me, a little more vibrant, but every time i went to put it on it just felt so awful that i barely made it a couple times. I'Ve had it on a patty in the car. I'Ve ripped it off before we got home because it's so itchy and miserable, and it was hot here in the summer. I have to say, but i wear all my other wigs when it's hot here in the summer and i don't rip them off on my head when we're driving home from somewhere. So this i'm sad to say, because there's probably a lot of good board lovers out there and i don't mean to be insulting of the wigs if you love them, but this is one i would never buy again. In fact, i may have put me off raquel welch, i mean uh gabor, wigs because the fibers - i don't know if i just got a bad one, but this just is and then patty corrected me when we were on the pause that i said something about my Brave the wave being a moderate priced wig at 175 uh for raquel welch. That is kind of a good price, but patty didn't want you to think that we only buy super expensive wigs because she really does not. She wears a lot of polly young. She wears a lot of really inexpensive. She doesn't usually wear a partner here. She usually wears those know. Everybody has a different wig budget. Yes, and not, everybody can consider a 175 dollar wig even on sale as a budget friendly way. So, yes, by all means we're not saying that we're just saying it was on sale and for yes for a raquel, welch, lace, front wig and everything that is considered a decent price. I thought it was a good bargain, but we didn't want to come across like that's all we need. Yes, i wear all range of things. I wear lace fronts. I wear standard cap, i wear polo young, i wear a variety. So whatever your budget is, i don't want you to think that you can't find a beautiful wig, absolutely for you, because you can, and it's just me i prefer a lace front and i prefer i don't really need the the full parting on the whole cap on The top, i prefer, the the part, the mono part, but that gives me a little scalp showing i can pull it off my face because i you know, i don't like all the hair on my face. I never wear bangs. So that way, i can, you know, feel like oh get, that off my face, so i tend to have to pay a little more for my wigs, because i got those two features patty when she wears those little spiky, um pixies, with the little bangs all the Way across you don't see a part, you don't see it that anything on that wig and she can really get away with a 39 40. racquel welch. I just wore that is my keeper. Like i said it's not a lace front, it doesn't have any whistles and bells, it doesn't have the heat friendly fiber, it's an eighty dollar wig of hearse love that wig i'll, buy it a million times. So it's all depends on what works for you and we don't get uh receive any wigs from someone that just gives us a wig. These are all wigs. We we wear, we actually wear them. We love wigs as y'all right now, and this is what we're finding on our wig journey and we're just sharing with you and we're sharing with you. We want you to get be able to wear wigs, be happy, but we are sisters, i'm not he's like yeah. That'S a medium right: there that's an expensive wig, so we are sisters really. We want you to be happy and feel beautiful and sexy in whatever wig you're wearing whether whether it's a paula young on sale 39.99 a week or if you can afford a 300 mono part, all the whistles and bells just be happy in it. Absolutely that's why we wear them. We feel happy as soon as we put a wig on our head looks so much cuter. We just love the fullness, the thickness, how much hair it has the tenure. I mean we love everything about our wigs and we like people to ask us questions. We love when they send pictures of them wearing a wig and we can share with our viewers. We are going to make a couple more of these videos diane to the show pony side. What does that mean? It means that she has now gone to the she's, a shade of biscuit and only wants to wear shade of biscuit girl. Yes, i don't wear my brunette wings, so she has gone to the show pony side on us. One time there was no going back for her, we'll see more blondes on diane. So i'm sorry, i do have that one. I'M shaded and the pumpkin color one yeah, pumpkin spices, i'm gon na wear that all fall. I don't care, but i usually nowadays am like a dirty blonde like this or a full. You know shade of biscuit. You know platinum, blonde love, those colors, but we'll have more and patty, and i always said we weren't gon na, be those girls right, but guess what i kind of have, but i still wear brown. I still have certain certain browns i like, and i'm going to always wear red so well. I know it's not sienna red. It'S uh! It'S like a brownie red ruby. I don't know i have to look at the dig it out. Kell belch one of our wigs. We'Ve already reviewed right, i already remembered we did red wigs. We did red wig reviews. I love that wig. I wear it summer fall whenever i've got another red wig. You wear yeah, now patty's only complaint with the paula young is, she loves their wigs. They don't have good enough colors, they don't have enough colors that she really likes and if she likes a specific color really a lot. It only comes in that one wig one style, but the only time you can get that color. So her complaint, hello, paula young. I don't know if you'd ever hear any of our video videos, but right patty wants more colors more available and make some cool colors. Everything is for warm make a great blonde.
