Trying Out Synthetic Wigs | Ready Wig Review | Can I Make It Work?

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel today, I have another exciting video for you guys. Today'S video is brought to you by Reddy wig. They reached out to me and sent me this hair for review. So let's just get right on into the video okay. So this would be ready, wig, ombre, blonde, dark roots, wavy synthetic lace, front wig in 24 inches and this wig costs forty two dollars and ninety nine cents on their website. All the information will be in the description box below, if you guys are interested so first impressions right when I first got this way and I took it out of the box. I was like hmmm, this hair looks like doll hair and you guys know how synthetic hair is. So I don't know if you guys are picking it up on camera, but it is on the shinier side and you kind of can tell just by looking at it that this isn't human hair, which you know it is what it is. Sometimes it's really hard to make synthetic hair look super natural and obviously it's not Brazilian version hair. So it's not gon na look like Brazilian burn your hair, but I did take some steps to finesse this wig and I recorded it for you guys. So basically, what I did was I put the wig on and I was like what am I gon na do with this wig, I'm not gon na wear it on the side, I'm having a worried in the middle, because I just and well I wasn't seeing the Vision yet - and it just wasn't, it wasn't coming together for me, so I ended up trying to do the side part and I started plucking a little bit on the left side of my head and I was just like mmm. It'S not it's not hitting it's not hitting. Maybe I'll go back to the middle part. The wig did come with a middle part in it. I went in and tweezed be partying a little bit further and to kind of get the hair a little bit more flat on top because it definitely was not this flat on top. When I got it, it was quite lumpy in this area, and everybody knows that if it's lumpy at the top of your wig, it's just not it's not gon na look right. So I did that, and I you one of my leg, curling wands and I just wet the hair a little bit pulled it taut and left the curling wand lay flat over the hair. I did let it stay on the hair for too long, and I did not want to melt the wig before I can do the video. So this is what the hair looks like. I kinda have been finger, combing it and you do get quite a bit of tangling with this hair and especially since it's quite long, it is very hard to run your fingers through it. I really wouldn't recommend like running your fingers through this hair at all. Maybe just a little bit just to kind of flip out the curls, but as far as like really trying to comb and brush through this hair, I really don't see any purpose, because it's just gon na keep getting more and more tangled. And you don't want that. You wanted to look as natural as possible, so what do you guys think about this hair? I think it looks pretty good, considering it's synthetic. Let me show you guys how long it comes on me, because I am 5 foot 5 and it comes to a little bit under my boob. It is very thick. This is all the hair to the front, and you know it's. It'S pretty thick she's thick she's. Very thick and it's cute, I think, for pictures. I even think that if you put a hat on this, would you could get away with it a little better? Let me put a hat on and see if I can get it to look a little bit. Yeah, like you see when you have a hat on it, just looks much better, so I'm gon na just leave this on for the rest of the video, because I was really feeling I'm used to such a more natural parting slash. You know frontal area, so this hat is just gon na come through and make us look a little bit better and today's surprise question is: where is this hat from? If you know you know and then comment it down in description box below but anyways back to the hair, I think it does look really great in pictures. If you are looking for some hair to do photo shoots with or something that you want to. Just like. Throw on for something that you don't need for a long time or if you want to try out different color, hair and kind of just test it for different makeup, looks and doing shoots in your room. Like I don't know if I would necessarily wear this hair. Like outside, outside you know, I don't know if I feel confident enough to wear a synthetic wig outside, but this one I think I would get away with it. If I was wearing a hat - and I think what would he make it look even more natural is, if you get one of those thinning, shears and thin, the wig out make it a little bit more thin, as well as put some dry shampoo in this hair And it'll tone down the shininess, but I'm feeling how it looks with the Hat. It looks much better with the Hat, and it almost makes me want to do a another way in this color, because this blonde, this blonde is giving me it's giving me looks okay, so I think this is pretty decent. I wish that the frontal would have came pre plucked. You know I kind of gave up on the frontal eye. I just I just didn't, have the patience to really really pluck it and make it look super natural. If you guys happen to have the patience to do that, I think it would look a lot better if you do go in and really really really tweeze those hairs, but I, on the other hand, for one when you're tweezing a synthetic wig, you get like a Lot of resistance, if you um you get like a lot of resistance like when you're trying to get the hair out, it's like it's like it doesn't want to come out. So it's more difficult to tweeze a hair line on a synthetic wig than it is on a regular virgin hair wig. The hair will literally just come out on a version here, wig, but one these it's a little bit harder and sometimes it'll snap before you even get to the root and it's a little bit more difficult. So definitely keep that in mind. But if you guys want this to look a little bit more natural, I definitely would recommend tweezing the hairline. I gave you guys a little bit of a sample of how I did mine but yeah. You definitely should do a little bit more. If you want to wear this full-frontal out, but I'm just gon na be wearing mine in the middle part, so I don't really see a reason to tweeze the perimeters over here. Just make sure the top part looks nice, and that's really all that I was concerned about, but yeah as you guys can see. It'S really soft for what it's all so, as you guys can see, the hair is really bouncy. It'S soft! You know it's not super dry, looking or anything like that, and I think this is hair that won't last you that long, but it'll be cute for what it is. It'S not gon na, you know last you some enormous amount of time or anything like that, and if you head over onto ready wigs website, you can see that they have a variety of synthetic wigs as well as some virgin hair options as well. They unfortunately, do not have any virgin hair wig options, but they do have bundles and closures and that kind of stuff on the website and a couple of different textures. So if you guys are interested in that - and you want to use my coupon code for that it'll work on those items as well - oh and another thing about this wig that like kind of turned me off a little bit - I don't know if you guys can See like this root color this root color. Is it like a black or a brown? It kind of has like a black grayish tinge to it, and you can't really tell on camera and in real life. You might not be able to tell that well from far away when you look at it up close, it has like a little bit of a gray tint to it. So I wish that the roots of this wig were like a dark brown like a true dark brown. But you know they tried it's really not too bad and I'm really just being picky about it, because, like I'm picky about my wigs but yeah, I think for forty two dollars or forty one dollars. However much it is, the price will be down below. It is a pretty good wig, you know you do get a full-frontal and I have a really big head. This wig doesn't really cover my entire hairline, so I won't be able to wear this wig like in a full glued down hairline type way, but I do have a really large head. So if you have a medium-sized head or a normal average size head, this wig will fit you perfectly. It'S just a little tiny bit too small for me, as you guys can see, and my hairline really protrudes out. You know so it kind of dips out in certain areas. So it's hard for a frontal. It'S so completely covered almost it's like the perfect fit for me, but other than that. I think that's everything I wanted to say about this wig. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. You know for a one or two where purposes, but a lot of us like to have a little bit more longevity. You want a little bit of something that will last you longer than two weeks or three weeks. I don't see it lasting you more than a week or two, but if you're somebody like me who switches up their look all the time I go from braids I go from wigs, I go to weed you know like. I switch my hair like a crazy person. I switch my colors up quite crazy, so I would probably only wear this wig like once a month or a couple of times a month, so if you're, that kind of person, this is definitely something that you might want to add to your collection, because it is An affordable price - I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
