Beautiful people - i am chef b - welcome back to my channel, make sure you are subscribed down below in today's video we're about to style this unit from beautyforever.com and the unit that they sent me is a kinky curly v, part wig. Now i got this wig in a 150 density that is the thickness of the wig, and i got it in a 22 inch length now this is what the inside of the wig is looking already. You guys know you need the clips for v parts to make sure that it holds properly and the adjustable bands, and this is the curl pattern of the unit. Now for this wig i wanted to be somewhat of a mimic like i did a sew in, but obviously we're trying to do something real, quick and easy. Now i already got my braids in. I had these braids in for an entire week, so you already know we like the lazy girl method, so i'm gon na keep these braids in and i'm just gon na remove or pull out the middle part, because we're going to do a middle part with this Wig, so i'm just trying to measure how much hair i want to leave out and then i'm just going to put the rest away in the back now for this unit. What i really like about v part wig, is how flat the weft is at the front. So that it gives an effortless and flat look now, i'm gon na use some jamaican black, castor oil on my scalp, because my scalp gets itchy under wigs, sometimes, and i just like the feel of the oil on my hair and also it promotes growth. So i just rub that on my scalp and then i'm gon na put away the hair that i'm going to leave out later on. Now i'm going to open the clips on the wig, because we're going to attach those now you could do that after you've, like adjusted the wig, how you want. So i'm just making sure that everything is in place. All the combs, in the back and on the sides are installed and also to make sure that the wig is anchored on the braids on the side to just make sure that everything fits and it lays as flat as possible. Now, once i get everything in place, i'm just going to clip down those clip make sure that it's holding onto the braid so that it doesn't move now, once i'm satisfied with the placement of the wig and everything is flat, it's time to create my center part. So i'm just going to take the end of this um. What'S this call, you can use a tail comb, a rat, tail comb or any type of comb. You want and then just make sure that your parting is nice and straight. It doesn't have to be super neat you're, trying to blend your natural hair with the wig. It doesn't have to look super super neat, but you want to just make it look as realistic as possible and more of a natural look. So that is why i like um, a curly type of wig, because it gives me a more natural, heatless type of look. So i don't have to flat iron, my hair and all that extra ish. So now i'm just going to use this edge. Booster gel and just try to create some coil and then i'm going to mesh my hair or blend try to blend my hair with the kinky curly hair. Just to you know, make it more effortless make it blend a little bit better. So i'm just keep on doing those finger, coils bonding the hairs together and just keep going now. You can use any gel that you like any type of gel. It could be eco style gel. It could be the on jackie gel, any type of gel, just whatever works for you, and also you just want to make sure that you use one type of gel. Don'T mix different types of gel because you don't want your hair to flake and you don't want all the white residue and all that extra air. So just stick with one type of gel that you like. That will give you the best definition. Now, once i'm done with that, you already know we got to do this, i'm not going to do anything extra, i'm just trying to like brush back my hair in the front just to make it blend in the front. You don't want everything else to blend and then the front looks like you know you got a wig on, so you can use any edge control that you want to just blend that in and then i'm going to take some mousse to finish off the top, because It'S looking it's looking a little bit dry, you know i'm saying so. The mousse is to help to keep my hair blended with the um, the part wig, and also to prevent flyaways just make everything look neat and give it a super finish and neat look now. This is my hair. After it's 80 dried still a little bit wet on top, as you guys can see, but this is how the hair is looking now, you can take your time and even do this more defined, but i want it to be quick and easy, and that is what I was going for, let me know what you guys think about the part wig. You can do it without a leave out or you can do it with leave out so this time i wanted to try it with the leave out. Let me know what you guys. Think all the details will be in the description box down below, don't forget to subscribe to the channel. Follow me on instagram, snapchat and twitter at damn.
