Hi guys and welcome back to my youtube channel if this is your first time stopping by hi, my name is princess yoyo and it's not your first time stopping by come no a little closer yeah. I love you. Thank you for always always coming back. Today'S video is going to be something a little bit different. Okay, um i've gotten way too many questions. I actually do not know it was this much of a big deal. Is it there's absolutely nothing that is uncommon about braids like we all make braids, but then i just feel like this extension there's just something about it: it's braids, but then it's like there's braids and then there's braids, okay. So with this one, you get great for the sake of order and for your understanding as well, i'm going to share this video into about four three or four sections. The first part i'll just give all the details about the hair. Second part, i will be talking about the pros from my experience and then i'm also going to talk about the cons as well. Then we're going to talk about maintenance, so if this is a type of content that you are interested in, then don't go. Nowhere stick with me to the end and make sure that you subscribe if you're not subscribed, already turn on your post notifications as well and without further ado. Let'S get right into the the extension that i use for my braids is from the darling empress collection. According to their website, there's about three different hair extensions from this collection. I have the pre-curled loose braid, the pre-curled curly braid and the pre-curled deep wave. This extension also comes in about three different colors, at least of which i have seen so far, there's color one which is just black, it's black ultra and then there's two ombre colors um. I have one of those on my hair: the ombre of color, one and color 27 is what i'm having on my head right now, as you can see, and then there's the umbrella of color one and color 900, which is um red ox bloodish. You know something of that nature. I did not buy my extensions from their website. Actually, what happened was that so i just went to a roadside store and i was actually looking for kinky extensions and then i saw the extension in the woman's shop and i'm like i'm, definitely getting it. I don't care whatever hairstyle i was going to make before, but it's going to change right now. The lady told me that it was 3 800 naira if i was going to buy one, but since i was going to buy two of it, i was going to give me for 3 500 naira from their websites. You see that the um price range for this hair collection. It ranges from 3300 to 3400 naira, so i got mine for 3500 naira for one pack and i ended up using two packs on the packet of this extension. They wrote that it has human hair feel and it's silky smooth. Yes, it actually feels very different. It feels very, very silky, and it feels very fine as well. You know almost like it's a weave. I'Ve had this hair for it's almost three weeks now so yeah. I think i have quite something to say about it: let's go right into the pros, it felt so light after i was done making the hair and for the fact that i made mine to be tiny. I felt like it was going to be heavy and you know with the curls at the bottom and all, but it felt like feather like i couldn't feel a thing, and i don't know if i've mentioned already, but my hair is not less braids. Secondly, the curled ends when i finished making this hair they were so bouncy like it was just sweet to touch. Of course, i mentioned already that it has a very fine texture, so this that fine texture, it's shiny, i just finished making this hair. It was like everywhere like just entering eyes, entering my eyes too, so i was getting so many compliments. It is pre-curled, so you don't have to sit down and wait. It can be very discouraging when i think of oh. I want curls at the end of my hair, but at the end of the day now i have to sit extra minutes for them to do all those curly stuff. The fact that this hair is pre-curled - and you don't have to sit for those extra minutes because time is money i think that's a very, very good one and it is pre-treated - and i think this is one of the best parts for me. I don't like hot water. I'Ve not had the best experiences so far when it comes to setting my hair with hot water. It'S always wanting on the other. What about the worst part yeah when you go to make your hair and then because you've set it with water and most times they wouldn't want to blow dry it so that it can dry naturally, and the curls are going to be maintained and they don't get Stiff in an instance where you need to walk back home - and you know that the bottom part is wet - i just find it embarrassing, sometimes that okay, now i'm going to be walking around with a wet bum. The only thing i had to do was to trim the body of the hair, which i still feel like you can get away with. If you don't want to, i don't see why you should use more than two of this extension highest three anything more well. It depends on the hairstyle that you're making with it, except you, have very, very full hair, or maybe you want to make the braids very large and then you're going to need more packs. You'Re also going to see that i mentioned that the extension is best for loose braid, okay, so my braids are loose and i think that really helps to flatter the hair a whole lot more. Now, let's move into the cones, i need to tell you and i'm giving my honest review, i'm going to tell people how it is first connor mentioned here based on my experience, is that it got heavier over time. Let me say it got less light over time. Let me know, use the word heavy because it's going to feel like it's dragging or something, no, it's not dragging, but just compared with the very first day i made i made the hair today to feel heavier. I'M not sure why that's happened to me, please, if you've made this hair already comment down below. If you had the same experience with this particular one, i'm actually with the pack here. If you check behind the park, he said it is humor. It has. Human hair feel, i agree, it is heat friendly. I don't know is also saying it is reusable slash washable if you've tried that. Let us know in the comment section as well so far, i've not had any serious itchy problems or anything like that. So i don't have any reason to wash my hair the last one here is what i'm most interested in it says it is tango, free, i'm going to argue with that. I don't think it's tangle, free and i'll. Tell you why i think they should have just left that part out of it like instead of saying, tango, free because you're saying it's tangle free, it means it cannot tangle at all. That'S quite false! If you ask me, i remember vividly that the very first, the first two days of making this hair, i could slip my hand through it, but on day three to be specific, i couldn't run my hands through it as freely as i used to before. Yes, the extent to which it gets tangled. It also depends on your maintenance. If you don't have that time, and maybe you don't want to make the hair, because it's not going to be looking too cute, if you're not taking care of it. I'M talking about daily maintenance hair, this particular one. It'S like it's a corn, but personally it's a pro over time. The curl ends they get stiff and they get less bouncy. If it's before once you do this, it's like jumps back upwards. Now it's just remaining, but here's the pro part of it they remain. So i like the fact that i can do this. I can control the curls and i can do something like this and it remains this way and i can also choose to just like kind of like scatter it and it's going to stay this way. Maybe some people will have a problem with the fact that it is stiff and some wouldn't i don't have a problem with it: okay, guys so now we're going to talk about the maintenance of this hair for the maintainers tips that we're giving from this hair um. It says leave-in conditioner can be applied and the roots mega growth, and that's a good thing for me, because mega growth is what i've been using for the longest time. So this is it, but let me say something i stopped using the mega girl leaving conditioner to maintain these curls. Now i love mega girls. I know, but one thing i noticed about mega girl leaving conditioner, even when i had my natural hair when you're done using it on your hair. It makes your hair soft for that time. It then makes it get stronger afterwards. So i experienced the same thing with um using the mega girl leaving conditioner on my darling empress extension today. I have actually not oiled or put in my in my curls, so i'm going to be doing that right now, i'm just going to take about this much and rub it in that was smooth. That was really really really smooth. This is something you need to feel, so you might not be able to really see the difference, but it's a whole lot less frizzy after applying this and yeah they're standing out. So i'm not saying that you can't use a mega glue for me. I switched over to using my hair oils. This is the hair oil that i have been using. It'S an ayurvedic hair oil, but it doesn't matter actually any hair oil. You have castor, whatever hair oil you have. Of course, we know oils are great for detangling, so using this hair oil, it gave me the whole result of detangling, my curls, it's not going to stiffen later on compared to when i use the mega girl leaving conditioner. So what i do is that either i use only the hair oil or i'm using my mega growth leaving conditioner and the hair oil. I'Ve gotten it to be smooth and shiny and yeah. I don't think you should use water. I have not used water. I will not be using water even on the even on the maintenance tips that darlene gave here. They did not mention water final things. I need you guys to note before you go ahead and get these braids on. Is that a whole lot depends on your hair. Stylist, you need to handle it with care, even while you are making the hair, so it doesn't start tangling i mean imagine if it starts tangling before you actually actually start braiding you're not going to get that superb result. At the end, i don't know if i've mentioned this already but um, i don't think you should cut it. You literally just bring it out, make it and go. Will i make this hair again? Why not? If it enters my head to make it again, i mean the compliments. I'Ve gotten and the best part is that i'm getting compliments from guys too. You know it's different from a guy saying: oh, it says: you're beautiful, no, don't even call yourself so baby girl, you're. Fine. Yesterday my boats driver complimented my hair, like immediately i walked in. I think he saw me walking from a distance and he's like. No, it's fine and i'm like i know i don't know because honestly it just feels very, very good. I think darling nigeria, they are slogan or is it their motto is something like find your beautiful. You know how you're so used to yourself. Yes, you know you're beautiful you're, so used to your own beauty and you feel like it can't get any better than this. Then something just happens in this case. It was making this hair for me and from the beginning, you're just like way too swamp. So this is me like, so this is me, so i can be this beautiful, so it just actually you know made me feel very, very cute. All over again, am i telling you to make this hair, or am i telling you not to make this hair? I don't know i've made a video on it, so go ahead and see if you're ready to deal based on the pros, the coins, the maintainers and all that i've shared. So don't forget to subscribe to my channel.
