Belinda By Envy Medium Brown Wig Review!

It did come from pinky promise, but it is one that i am keeping for my collection and uh. This wig is belinda by envy, and the color on this one is medium brown, so this is a revisit of a wig for me, and so this is my second go-around with this wig and i'm so excited to tell you why i would choose this style again And again, and again tell you about that in a minute all right, let's get started, and i will tell you why i love belinda so much so i had a belinda. It was actually one of my early reviews, maybe 2019, and i had it in this exact same color. So now i have two reviews same wig, same color but different opinions. So um, like i said it's been a couple years since i had her and i kept her for a while and at that time, in my wig journey i just wasn't comfortable making a jump like from a bob up to wearing hair. That was this long, so that was one reason why i traded her with a friend actually for a noriko taylor. I believe, and then i also just that was my main thing was i just wasn't comfortable, but i i was also trying to like get new wigs in my hands, so i could have new content. You know for my channel, and so i decided to sacrifice belinda for that reason too, and i have always missed belinda and i would see her on other people, occasionally in wig groups or whatever online on instagram. I would just be like darn it. I should have kept my blender. I should have kept my blender. I should have kept my blender and uh. So when i got the opportunity when i reviewed some envy wigs a while back, i asked to have a belinda scent. You know as part of the collection, so i'm excited to bring you. You know my opinions on this wig and why she's back in my hands again, i'm excited to have another one and this one i'm going to hang on to i'm pretty sure you know i can be kind of fickle, but i really do want to keep her. I think she's gorgeous she's, so pretty so anyway. I will go over all of her spit. Well, first i'll do a 360. then we'll do all our respects and all that kind of stuff and start jumping in and talking about belinda by envy. So so here she is from the front. She has some really just pretty light. Layering, that's very uh flattering to the face. I am having a little problem with the front. This one needs a little steam. You know i don't like to do a whole lot to these before i show you them to you, so you may find if you get her out of the box, you've got a face flop and she needs a little steam or a little. You know hot hands and just a little training to get her off your face. So so here's my right side, the back. She is long. She goes all the way to mid back like right to my bra, strap, here's my left and back to the front. Okay. So measurement wise she has an eight inch layer here in the front. So that's a very long bang. You could shorten that. I have seen it shortened before she is 14 inches from the crown she has 12 and a quarter saw inch sides and then her nape back here is a 12 inch nape. So that's what gets her length you know to that mid back on me. I have a four an eight inch base, a four inch neck just for reference. If you have a smaller, you know shorter face shorter neck. She might be even longer on you so anyway, very very pretty style. Okay, so she is a lace front, mono part. So here's the lace front now. I think that i need to trim that lace back a little bit for me personally, i would trim her back and the cap is average fit. So it's a little bit big on me. It'S not terrible on my petite head, but i would definitely tape down my lace front. I do that on all my wigs anyway. I just like to tape it and forget it so, but anyway lace, front. Here'S her mono part looks nice, doesn't go all the way back to the crown, but i feel like it goes back goes back to about here. So you have that you know nice scalp appearance there, ear tabs. I have good coverage from the ear tabs ear tabs on her are a bit flimsy. I find that to be the case with this brand sometimes and they are open, uh, open, ear tabs. So i'll show you those when i pop the cap off what i'm talking about there, but they do have a nice piece of metal, keeping it flush against my face they just when i pull it back, they pull it pulls away from the face. So i just have to be very conscientious of you know, keeping it close to my face. Okay, let's look at the inside of her cat interior cap construction for blended by envy, so here's your lace, front temple to temple goes to the top of the ear tab. There'S a lot of hair on the ear tabs, which is another thing that gives her. You know nice options for styling off the face, then here's her left side mono part. She has closed lace here this wig does. I can't find permatease on this wig. She doesn't even have like a bump back here, she's very low density, which i love. So here's what i'm talking about open, ear tabs those are nice for glasses, because you can slide your glasses right through them. If you want to, but there's still a decent piece of metal there, you know to keep it flush up against your face, but that just makes them a little more lightweight. That'S why i say they feel a bit flimsy, so open wefting all through the cap. She also has an open, wefted, extended nape pull adjusters. I haven't pulled the adjusters in too much, so you can see circumference wise. She fits me pretty well she's, just a little big back here. You know this. These caps are stretchy, they have good stretch to them. So there's that part: okay, let's look at this color on this belinda. This is their medium brown, so very specific, easy, color name there. So they describe medium brown as a warm brown blend with medium slash, dark light, caramel brown and golden brown. So i find that i mean, i think, there's some places where it might look more like a medium dark brown, but i find it to be a pretty good. You know, i would say just right in the medium category, when we go outside you'll be able to see that more. It'S not super dark, which i really like um and then you can definitely see in these lights. You can see that those shade variations with the golden brown, the light caramelly brown so very, very pretty shade combination. I'Ve also have a review of hannah in the same color in their human hair. If you're curious about that, it had a little more shade. Variation turned out to not be my favorite wig in the world, but so very pretty, but back to belinda, very pretty color, so medium brown. By envy, you can see that you know shade variation, see what i'm talking about about the flop in the face. This that's gon na have to be worked on. Here'S the lace front, i'm on a part, so this is in the shade, but in direct light very pretty. I love the shade combination in this color. Okay, let's go ahead and talk about styling and glasses, and all that kind of stuff with belinda. Okay, so glasses are super easy, like i said, the ear tabs, you can put your glasses through those. If you want to these glasses are a little thick. So i just i'm gon na continue to just put them right on top hold on. Let me tuck her first getting ahead of myself, she's very ear tuckable, because she's so low density. So you can see now you could stick those right through the ear tabs. A lot of people like to do that and then it's really easy to put them up on your head, no problem. While i've got her behind the ears, we can look at a headband, i mean headband, obviously is going to be super cute and i would pull down this little bang layer, maybe on both sides. You could do both sides or one side might be mindful of those ear tabs, of course, like i said that your temps are a little a little bit flimsy. So this is one of the main reasons why i missed my belinda so much, and that is that she is so great for putting up in like half up half down. She looks pretty like that. You can pull down as much or as little as you want. I kind of like to put i like to pull down enough to kind of hide the ear tab over on that side, but she looks really pretty. She makes a gorgeous ponytail and i love her in a ponytail she's super like low density and lightweight. So you could even put her in a ponytail and wear a hat. You know a baseball hat or whatever. If you were going for a more casual look or you know a sun hat she's. Also great, you know to style up in updos twister. You know put her up in a bun whatever you want to do, she's just really really nice to style. I love her density. I love the fact that she's a low natural, looking density without being too thin there aren't any sparse places on the wig or anything like that. You know, but these layers, that you know just the gentle layering, that she has just really lends her to being really really fun to style. So that is another reason why i wanted to get another belinda. So i hope you have enjoyed this re-review of belinda by envy and medium brown.
