Julie By Rene Of Paris Coffee Latte Wig Review!

This is for my friends who had thick curly hair and now maybe you are suffering from hair loss and you want to revisit the way your hair was. This reminds me of friends of mine uh that i've had throughout the years who i had like baby, fine straight hair and they had thick curly, hair and um. That'S exactly what she reminds me of, so this is julie by rene of paris. This is part of the alexander couture collection and the color on this. One is coffee latte, so we will dive in and talk more about julie in just a right. Let'S minute, looking at julie here, okay, so julie, as i said, is sort of the opposite of hair that i have ever had. She is a curly style, i mean wavy, but she, when you take her out of the box, she the curls, are more defined. But i had to kind of comb through her to get this zigzag part out. I i had like some looser curl and then i saw the tight curl. You can see more of the tight curl in the back, but um. You know you could leave her in those tight spiral. Curls if you want to - or you can just run your right wide through wide tooth comb through. I can't talk today and loosen those curls up a little bit, but she definitely reminds me of naturally curly hair. She has a lot of permatease she's thick with permatease, and i will show you that when i take her cap off and things like that, you can even see it on the inside of the cap, where it's right at the wefting, but i mean i can feel It she just feels pillowy. So again, you know if you're used to having thick curly hair. This is a style that would probably be reminiscent of the hair that you once had. So i will do a turn and we can look at her from all sides and then we'll do our measurements and everything. So here she is from the front. This is my left, the back my right and back to the front. Okay measurement wise. She has a bang layer here in the front of 9.44 inches. She is 12.99 from the crown and her nape is 5.51 inches very specific measurements on her weight-wise. She comes in at 4.26 ounces, so she doesn't feel heavy, but i can just definitely feel you know. The teas and stuff in her, so she has a lace front with a left mono part. So there's the lace front looks pretty good. I mean especially for this dark color. I think the knots look pretty good ear tabs. I'Ve got good coverage on the ear tabs. So here's that part, like i said i had to fight with this girl to get this part open a lot of times with curly wigs when there's a zigzag part, it's even harder to get that zigzag out, and you know you can kind of. If you can't get it out all the way you can kind of you know, use that volume to your advantage and not worry about getting it out all the way, but i did the best i could to get it out for y'all to cover what i'm, seeing With the permatease, i don't know if you can see that i can see it with my eye. It just looks like teasy right. There see how it just looks like you know, kind of frizzy, naturally curly hair and then there's a pillow of it up here. On top pillow back here, there's a lot of it here at the nape, so you can see she's meant to have you know volume to these curls. So, okay, so here's her lace, front, left, mono, part and then she's got clothes, lace here and definitely permatease. As i said, permatease coming off the part permatease all around you know the top here she has the lace covered, ear tabs and they have a lot of hair on the inside and the outside, for which normally lends itself nicely for off the face. Styling i found her hard to style off the face, though, with the curl and the teeth. That'S in her open wefted all through the cap. She does not have an extended nape, but she has a soft felt nape and then she has the pull adjusters. Okay. So again you can see that tease around the edge of the cap, it's all around the circumference, it's all through the wig. Let me see if i can it's always hard to show permatease on a video, but when i pull it up i mean i can just see it, it's just all through there, so you know be mindful of that. If, if tease is not your thing, there's her part lace front and there again you can see that permatease, that's all around the edge there. You know some of that is also from the curl, but she definitely feels you know just pillowy to me. So let's look at this color. This is coffee latte, so they describe coffee latte as a medium dark brown. I call it a dark brown. I don't think there's any medium to it at all. It is dark um. You know almost black to my eye, so i would say it's a dark brown with medium, medium, auburn and light golden brown highlight, so you can see those uh. Definitely the light golden brown highlights show up. It'S pretty how they put a few. You know heavier highlights right here by the face, if you like, that some people don't like you know a chunky obvious highlight like that, especially in a dark color, but it's pretty obvious that it is there and it is visible. So and then you know just as the light reflects that you'll pick up those highlights we'll take it outside, of course, and look at it out there. Okay, oh so i can see the auburn out here. I couldn't see that inside so there's that light golden brown and then it's picking up the auburn for coffee latte. There'S your lace front. You can see those highlights underneath too minor part. Okay, so here we are in indirect natural light, all right. Let'S look at glasses and styling and all that kind of stuff, so i went ahead and pushed one side behind my ear. It'S a little work to get her behind your ear. You can do it, but it's she's thick again and you know we saw that permatease. That'S all around her border, so it just makes her kind of challenging to get pushed behind the ear, but you can do it. It'S just not like, like a little low density style so glasses, you know glasses, work. Fine! I wouldn't go up like this with the glasses. I just think it's just not gon na. For one thing, it's not gon na stay, your glasses are probably gon na flop back down, because the weight of the hair is gon na push it down. So if i was gon na do glasses on the head with her, i would just not have her behind the ears just stick them right on top of your head, so you're back behind the ears for a headband one thing, one way to get her to stay Behind your ears is with a headband, so you know that might be one trick for her to. You know get her to stay off your face a little bit because you know if you're going to be looking down or whatever it's just kind of nice to not have that hair right in your face, and you can always pull down one of these little curls. Here that looks cute and then of course you could do headband, just in the you know in the wig on top like that, and that looks cute too then, since she does have a lace front, you know you can pull the style back off the face, pull It back with a little claw clip and again that gets that bang out of your face. One thing i'm feeling i feel like these fibers because of the tees and because of the curl pattern, i'm not having a huge problem with them flopping in my face, which is nice, so you know she wants to just kind of lay right beside the face, but Then, when i put my head down, you know she's really not moving that much. Those curls are clinging to each other, which is really nice. So i don't know about half up half down because again she is just thick yeah. I don't think i mean you could. Maybe work on it. I think i would tend to want to clip each side back rather than trying to clip it. You know get it all the way back to do half a path down because again you're going to have to work with the hair a little bit, get it to lay flat, get a clip in there. You know so, but you know she does have some styling versatility, so she's just a thick. You know wavy style. So so i want to thank pinkie promise for sending this winter review.
