My name is sonya and i am living in dallas now, one of the things that i've noticed i'm 68 years old, now i'll be 69 in august. So, as the last decade has approached me, i have been noticing that i've got different textures going on with my skin and my hair and we're all used to taking care of our skin and exfoliating it and doing all of that. But so many times we forget that the scalp on our head needs nourishment needs exfoliation and just needs general treatment. So, as my hair was getting uh thinner i and actually falling out quite a bit there. I was very worried for a while um. I started investigating different hair products. That would help me, and that is when i came across the better, not younger products and the minute i used the shampoo and i just used very little conditioner on the bottom part of my hair. I noticed that instantly. My hair was fluffier. I had a lot more volume without putting product in it. Then i would try a different, shampoo and notice. That was that my hair was acting up on me again. Then i'd go back to bed or not younger, and every time i used it when your hair feels fluffy and youthful. Your attitude towards life improves, or at least mine, does so uh between that and the clay mask that you just put on quickly in the shower and let's sit for a while. It will exfoliate the oils and the dead cells in your scalp and you will find a great improvement. So that has been my uh first and experience with better, not younger what i'm looking for in hair products, um lack of sulfates and all of those ingredients that are not good for our bodies. I am looking for consistent results and i have found that with better. Not younger, i color my roots, and i color my roots every three weeks so uh there is that, but i just do my roots. So what i noticed with better not younger is immediately my hair had more vibrancy, no dullness whatsoever. It had a lot more volume. I still have the same number of hair follicles, even though a lot of it is starting to grow out better and that could have something to do with it, but um, but yes, instantly. My hair has more volume and when i use other shampoos that really doesn't happen to me. You know you get fluffy volume after you blow dry, it etc, and then it starts collapsing on you. Mine just keeps on being fluffy. I mean look at it. This was earlier this morning and it's already late in the afternoon, i'm very proud of myself when you start hitting your 50s, maybe menopause or pre-menopause. You start seeing all of those changes, they're surprising to us. I know a lot of us, so we none of us really know how to handle it when it happens and part of what's going on is your hair starts falling out. Your hair loses its luster as well and um and you're and you're losing volume. So anybody in their 40s and 50s, i think, could benefit. Would you use an over-the-counter product that you've used all your life? That has worked to a point, or would you try something new in your life? Something that's been recommended and you can hear it from somebody directly that they have used it. I have nothing going on that makes me tell you this so uh. All i'm saying is that, when i've gotten to be this age, i want everybody to um to have the benefit of what i'm figuring out and if i didn't have to take all of the steps back when i was in my 40s and 50s, i would certainly Be glad for the information, so i would say, go out and get better, not younger. You'Ve tried a ton of other things. You have zero to lose and i tell you if you have thinning hair like mine, you're anywhere in the age bracket of 40 or more. You will be glad you did and what do they say about nail polish? You could just take it off, and this will take off everything on your scalp that shouldn't be there.
