Hey guys welcome back to my channel, my name is Janet del Mahina and I am back with another video in today's video I'm going to be talking about my unspun surd maven hair experience. Maybe talking about the hair, I'm gon na be talking about my free install. Yes, I said it free install and I'm just gon na be talking about the program altogether, because I think it is really really cool and I think it just gives everyone an opportunity to slay for a really affordable price and you get a full salon. So if you haven't kind of maven it is a website that you can buy extensions from you can buy hair extensions from in my Brazilian Peruvian all that good stuff. Sorry about the lighting it's a foggy day, you can buy extensions from their website right now, they're running a promotion, and this has been happening for like a year now. So I'm like late about talking about this and I'm late on this whole. You know maven train, but you can go online and as long as you order three bundles, you can get a free, install from a maven certified hair stylist and these aren't legitimate hair, stylists you're able to pick one in your area and you set an appointment and You just go and get your hair done, which i think is so cool and honestly, like i haven't, wanted to get my hair done for so long and, like I just I was, I was here for it now the pros and cons to this. I hope you those to many cons, but there are some things that were kind of like about this experience, but for the most part I enjoyed it now. First off you have to buy three bundles, which it's pretty easy. I mean if you want a full install. Three bundles or two-and-a-half bundles is what you usually mean. I honestly could do two right now. I have about two and a half almost two and a quarter. She won't put all three bundles in so you need about two and a half bundles. So the first thing that you do when you go onto the website is you put in your address, you put in your zip code and you're able to choose a stylist near you. Thankfully, the stylist that I chose was literally like down the road like she was so so so so close, so I was just like yeah. I was just really really happy about that because if anyone lives in the Austin area, you know it takes like 45 minutes to get like down the road. So it was really really nice for me to find someone that was really really close. You'Re able to see all of her work and like all the stylists work and like all of her work, was just bomb. I was like. Oh yes, oh yes, this is. This is what I want. This is what I need. So we choose a stylist first and then you're able to see you know their little bundle deals, so they have bundle deals or you can buy like individual bundles. You can even buy a friend tool. Now I will say the free install is with a lead out. So right now I have leave out so you, if you want to do like a closure or like a front tool. You'Re gon na have to pay a little bit extra for that, but yeah. So I think I purchased like straight hair. I'Ll put the specs I'll put the specs up here. Honestly, I wasn't really thinking I just need to get my hair done. I just needed to get my hair done, so I wasn't even like really thinking about what I was buying because honestly I should have gotten like curly or like wavy hair, but you know I was just like you know when you just need to get your hair Done and your tire looking crusty, I got with me at that time, so I was just like put whatever in the car whatever I just did like 16 18 and 20 inches, and I was like I just I just wanted a natural fun install so yeah. I put it in the car and then I got a message from a maven representative like shortly after that the rep was basically just like our middle person. So the rep contacts you about like when you want to come in and get your hair done, and then they send their like your times that you're available to the stylist. So this was one of the most annoying parts of this process, because you're going through a middleman, so I had to send what time? What days I was available to the person like the rep and then they sent it to the stylist and if she could or couldn't do it she'd, send it back to him and then he'd send it back to me. So imagine going through three people. For one thing like it literally, I'm not kidding you and literally took about like two weeks to book my appointment. It took about two weeks, two weeks, okay, I was like oh my gosh, my hair duck like I want to Disney World and everything I couldn't get. My hair done for that trip because it was just too much but anyway, I know some of you are like. Well, you can't book it through the stylist. Yes, you can't put it through the stylist, but you have to pay a fee when you're booking well. I know for this specific stylist I had to pay a fee which I didn't mind the same time like, if I don't have to then why why should I pay a fee so anyway, we finally finally come up with a time and everything's good. I'M super excited and the next day was canceled. We can't put another time and then we're good we're good. So I was so excited about this hair appointment. I just need it. I just needed to get my hair done and once everything was booked. I was super super excited. I went to the stylist studio shake. I said she was really really close guys I get there and I forget the bundles like who does that like? Who does that I get to my appointment and I left the bundles at home. Luckily, luckily I live minutes away, so that wasn't an issue. So this whole service comes with shampoo conditioner and your install and styling like it's. The whole shebang like for free, like for free, like all you had to do, is pay for the bundles and then may even pay for the actual install. So I get the bundles and the bundles are a little bit darker and then my natural hair. So she dyed my hair, which I paid for that, so I paid for her to put a rinse in my hair and then she went ahead and installed it and she styled it. I'M gon na put some clips in here because guys the way she did my hair, like this, isn't doing it justice. Obviously you can see. I didn't okay, please excuse you can see my leave out. I didn't feel like really straightening my hair today for this video cuz, I'm quarantined right now, so why? Why am i straightening my hair if I'm quarantined, okay, uh, but like the way she did? My hair, like I was trying to look back product like what are you please in my hair? Looking so like sleek, you will see y'all guys will see the videos like she did an amazing amazing job like I was just like. Oh, I need I need to go to you forever, like I'm going, I'm going to be setting up an appointment with her for next month. Whenever I take this out whatever I do with her like, because she was such an amazing stylist and if I'm gon na try to leave her information down below for anyone in the Austin area who wants to get their hair done. Because let me tell you it's art out here for us Austin people, because Austin is very, you know, not diverse, and it is hard to find a good stylist has not been you looking crazy, like I will leave her information down below and tell her. I sent you so yeah. I was really really excited now. Let me talk about the hair, because I have had this hair for a month now. I want to say it has been a month and this hair, like the soand, the quality of the hair. This mazing hair is great. It'S amazing like I like. I don't have to do much to it for it to look good like, like I said, please excuse my leave out but, like the bundles are just very, very nice, very thick, I just curled it so I mean because it's hair straight and I wish I got Like wavy hair, it doesn't hold a curled up good that well, but I mean it holds a good wave so yeah, I love, love, love, love, love, love! This hair, like I I mean I'm trying to step away from the. So it's like I'm really trying to get my hair healthy in 2020, but, like I get installed like this, I'm like it's just hard but yeah. I'Ve had this hair for a month now and it it it has held up really. Well, she didn't dye it. She didn't do anything she did cut the wax, because you know she was trying to get us flat as an install as she could but yeah. This is this is the hair it's 20 inches. So it stops about right here on me, which i think is very flattering. For my height I am 4 foot 11. I wear really long length back in the day like I used to get like 24 inches 26 inches like I was that girl, but now I'm older, you know I'm 26, I'm trying to be a more mature, I'm a grown woman, ish so yeah. So but she didn't dye it or manipulate the hair at all. So this is what it's a month and the hair still has a really good luster, a good shine like I just I just love it now. Do I do much to my hair, not really like. I'M not like curling, my hair or like straightening it. If I'm home, I have a bonnet on and that's it I'm straight chillin. I don't really manipulate my hair that much because I'm not trying to manipulate my leave out too much. I just came in to the leave out game. That'S when my forehead looks extremely large, my videos now so yeah. I don't think I'm going back to the front to life like y'all can keep back. Okay, I will I'll have a frontal for like a special occasion, like my wedding or something but like y'all gon na keep the frontal life like I. I do not want it. Yes, it's it's not something that I want anymore, because it's just too much maintenance and what lace like? Yes, you can! You can see you can feed my legs all the time like. I had no shame so. Yes, leave your questions down below, like I said before she put two and three fourths of a bundle, so almost three bundles in my hair. I don't think you need any more excuse my leave out, so this is the back. I will never be able to do. My hair, the way she did my hair but yeah. I do think that three bundles is more than enough again. If you want to do anything extra, if you want her to bleach the hair, so you want her to do closure. If you want her to do a frontal, it's going to be extra, you can't go in there asking for those types of services and then that's gon na be free and also you can't like exchange it for anything. So she said that there would be clients. I'D be like, oh, can you do the closure and not style, my hair, like can I exchange the closure and the styling and she's like I'm not about to put hair in anyone's head without styling it, like that's my name, and I don't want anybody walking out Of my studio, looking crazy for just to be cheap, so yeah just know like these stylists are doing us a favor, so like tip them well, if you need an extra service, get the service like it doesn't hurt like I needed to get my hair dyed. My natural hair was it's like dusty, ashy brown, color and like this hair was black, so I had her dye my natural hair black and I paid for that service yeah. I love the hair. I think it's beautiful. I am in love with her. I'M glad I found her as a stylist like it's. Let me tell you it's so hard and now, like I, I have someone that's literally minutes away from my apartment and yeah, I'm very very happy. So I highly highly recommend this maven free, install service like if you're looking to get your hair done. I highly recommend you look into it because you will be very happy but choose your stylist wisely. Look at the reviews make sure you maybe find their Instagram see if they have an Instagram or a style seat. Look at the reviews there look at their work, see what you want before going in and just be prepared all together thumbs up this video.
