Glamourtress | Outre Synthetic Hd Lace Front Wig - Arlena 30

Do hi everybody welcome back to another wig review. My name is janelle and you're watching glamour dress official. So today i have another outre lace front unit. This is going to be the style arlena in well, it's arlena, 30 inches in the color golden amber here is the stock car for you, and there is the back okay. So this unit is supposed to be pre-plugged around the part. It has natural baby hairs. It is heat resistant up to 400 degrees, has hd, transparent lace and that's pretty much it um. So yeah it has pretty standard cap construction with two combs in the front. One comb in the back and adjustable straps doesn't really have any um any type of elastic band or anything like that. So it's very basic cap construction um. It fits wonderfully like super comfortable. It'S um definitely big head friendly uh for sure um. The texture of this unit is it's soft, but it feels like that type of hair. That'S definitely going to tangle a lot, i'm getting a few snags when i try to run my fingers through it, but it may not be the type of unit that you can run your fingers through, as someone like me tends to do so. Be wary of that. I did not get any shedding, but i am getting some tangling and i do see that being an issue for me, the tangles, i think the color is really pretty. I'Ve always loved outreach golden amber color, but i like it better when it's like the dr4 golden amber. So dr stands for dark root, so if it has a dark root - and it goes into this color - i think it looks absolutely beautiful, especially on my skin tone. It just it just matches it just fits, but only if it has a dark root. If it does not have a dark root, it comes out looking kind of wiggy in my opinion, so i can't really do much to make it uh look less wiggy uh. Just from you know from my experience, i don't do well without a dark root. So, as you can see here, i did try to put some powder in the part. I did try to spray some lace, tint spray, but it just isn't doing what it normally does for the wigs that i wear it. You honestly can barely see it. So the part doesn't really stand out which does not help it look more natural at all. Um. The baby hairs aren't really good, though they were small. I just didn't lay them down very great apparently, but they were um, not small. They'Re short, they are not extremely wispy, but that's not a problem. You can go in and pluck a little bit more out if you like, but they are a good length as far as baby hairs are concerned. Um, i would say the biggest thing for me with this unit is definitely the cap size. I don't know why outra is has become so inconsistent with the cap sizes of their units, but sometimes they are very small, sometimes they're medium, sometimes they're perfect, and this one is perfect. This was just right. It'S really comfortable. It'S actually got a little bit of extra room left. If i did have you know more head space left, it's very stretchy, so this is. This is good. I think this is a really comfortable unit to wear aside from the length. It is 30 inches long and it does tangle. So that kind of turns me off a little bit. Am i getting shedding i'm getting a little bit of shedding um some strands here and there, but it's not just falling out in chunks or anything. So that's not a major issue um. I would say that the only con for me is going to be probably the tangling, because it does tangle a little bit and you probably will need to keep a brush with you if you brush through this unit. I didn't try to and it doesn't really mess up the curls so yeah you can brush through this and it does get a really uh. It does get a little bit fluffier, not necessarily bigger, but it is kind of fluffy. I don't know how to describe it. Um, it's just a little fluffy and and wavy and curly, but it is really pretty um. I think this would be gorgeous in this honey brown color, the drff honey brown. That'S one of outre's, best, color combinations. If you see it right there and then then they have the cinnamon spice up here too, which is just like this: it's not a dark root. It'S just cinnamon spiced straight from the the root all the way down, and i think that's actually really pretty. It might not be as difficult to make the part stand out on that one. But for me for my skin tone versus these golden amber colors, i need a dark root, or else my part is non-existent, but that's pretty much it. I do like this unit. I do think it's really pretty, and hopefully i can get it in this honey brown. Color, because that's that's the one, that's the one right there um. Thank you so much for joining me again.
