Outre Lace Front Wig Luciana! #Outre

I’ve reviewed long wavy wigs on my channel but nothing quite like Luciana. I really like this modern style, the wearable length and and Golden Amber color. Cons aside, I also think it's pretty affordable and worth trying out if you're curious.

So the wig i'm going to review in today's video is by outre, of course, uh. It is not from the melted hairline series. This is from their lace front, wig series, so the unit i'm talking about is luciana. This is the stock card. I love the length of it. I love these like layered waves, like i just think it looks so cute, so i was just like i'm sold. I bought it immediately. I haven't seen any reviews of this unit as yet um, but i will check them after i'm done with mine, and the color that i picked up is dr2 golden amber. As always, the claims on the stock card for the outre lace front wig, is that it has hd transparent lace. It has heat resistant, fiber safe up to 400 degrees, fahrenheit uh. It has five inches of deep parting space um. I mean this looks amazing on the model. It looked amazing when i saw it in the ig feed and it looked amazing in the video. So let's see how she looks for real, so this is what the color i got looks like. I think it's very pretty. Just looking at it through the packaging okay, so this is what she looks like. This is very, very golden when they say golden, they meant it um and you do see the amber highlights throughout as well. I have never reviewed a unit like this, i'm for sure. Now, just looking at this, i'm like i never have so this is the parting space that does appear to be definitely five inches of parting space. It does look to be pretty transparent. I do see a lot of the black root here, though so we'll see what that looks like after i spray it with my uh lace, tint spray. This is what the lace is looking like, not so sure about this. I don't know we'll see. This also comes with baby. Here'S on the hairline now we're not looking for any pre-plucking, so i'm not even gon na look at that, because this is not the melted hairline series, so i'm just going to show you what the cap looks like. There is a comb on each side of the hairline at the top, and then this is the ventilated mesh cap with the adjustable straps and the comb at the nape in the back. So i'm actually gon na go grab my hot comb before i install this because i feel like this is gon na be a little humpy. So just in case, i'm gon na go grab that and then i'm just gon na style. It put it on and come back and see what we're working with. So, oh, do you? Oh okay. So here is outre lace, wig luciana, as i have styled it. I just did a little bit of uh. Baby hairledge ran some heat on the top here, where i felt it was a little a little bit. Humpy um. I didn't want to take the hump totally away because i know it's part of the general hair style, but i just wanted to lay a little bit flatter in the center um, which i think was fairly easy to achieve and the curls themselves. I didn't talk about the texture, so this is a mostly like silky textured unit but curly, and it's a soft light density, which i appreciate. I really love the light density of it. I like the movement on the curls. I love this length. I think this is a really great summer friendly length, um the color, here's, what i'll say about the color right i like the color. I think that they could have done a better job with the gradient shift from dark into the golden amber. That'S always a big thing for me. I like for there to be like a nice seamless shift from dark root to a color like this um, so i do feel like that could have been better. That'S a con for me um, it's not to say that it won't grow on me or that i, you know, wouldn't wear this out because of it. But it's not my preference for the dark root to light color in these kinds of specialty colors to be so kind of like abrupt, like there is a little bit of graduation in here at the top, but i prefer a little bit more. So that's my first uh con, i guess um, let's see, i knew when i watched the um the model model, these units that it was going to be a silky kind of texture. I can only pray that someone comes out with something like this with more of a yaki texture. I know it can't be 100 yaki, because that would change the entire like structure of the curl. So this is why i understand why it's silky, because this is a look - and i do like this look, i think it's so pretty. I think that this is the kind of unit you could wear for a night out date night. You know you can also wear it for brunch. You can wear in the daytime with something casual. I love the kind of units that you can wear dressed up or dressed down, and it's still just it's serving like it's just very cute, very put together. Do i have any other cons for this unit? The baby? Here'S you know like they are what they are. They were fine. I mostly laid them down to get them out of the way. Oh, the other con, the obvious con. This super super super tight parting space. Um, i kind of sensed it was gon na, be like this when i took it out of the bag in the beginning. I definitely feel like some pre-plucking is required here, um, you can definitely go in and pluck it yourself, particularly at the front here. There'S there's almost like no opening and what i liked when i saw the pictures is what i felt looked like more of an opening than this. So that is definitely a con as well, but i think that is it for my cons for this unit. Um the pros are like i was saying like just this general look, the light um summer friendly length of this just hitting my shoulders um, the texture is a light density. It'S very pretty. I like that. You can dress it up and dress it down. I do like the golden amber color. Like i said i do like the golden amber color um. I think i might consider getting this in a darker color. I think it'd be really cute and like a 1b or two or four, i don't know if they have a four, though um as usual, on the stock card, they only show you the specialty colors. It comes in chocolate, swirl, deep burgundy, which is on the front, as i showed you. Ginger brown could be very cute in this, so but i'm pretty sure it comes in at least a one, a one beer or two um. I'Ve, never gotten a unit like this. Before and i think it's cute, i like the way that it frames my face, i will say about the cap size though it is not necessarily big head friendly it. So my head measures 22 inches in circumference right. If your head measures the same as mine - and you want to try this just know that i have really short hair, if you don't, it might be a little tighter on you. But if you still want to try it, you can just take out the adjustable straps and you might get a little bit more give. But this is not one of those units where i feel like there's extra space, and i know that that means it's big head friendly. I would not say that this is a big head friendly cap. One last thing about the cap. I just want to show where it comes down on either side of my head, so this is the cap on this side doesn't really have defined ear tabs, and here it is on this side, and the good thing about this is even though it's not like you Know ear to ear which it does not claim to be the dark root camouflages with my own hair. So it doesn't really. You know you don't get a glimpse of the cap, but i feel like this. The way that this hangs, it's always going to hang like in front of my hairline, so you're not really going to see the cap anyway, but it is good to know that this blends in just for a little extra security. As far as like tangling, i don't want to run my fingers through this unit. I don't want to do that now, right now, um. I think it would actually look kind of cute. If i did like, i feel like this would look even cuter bigger, but i'm not going to uh experiment with that at this time. So i i can't speak to tangling. I have a feeling that it's not very tangly right now, because the curls are still in their factory. You know, structure shape um, but you know if you pull it out, it's curly, it's probably going to get tangly um after cutting the lace, there's no shedding at all with this unit. I think again because of the you know style of it. You know i wouldn't expect there to be much shedding, but i'm also glad to report that there is actually no shedding with this unit, so those are all great great things. So what i'm going to do now is do my 360. So you can see what this looks like from the sides in the back and then come back with any final thoughts that i have about outre's lace, front: wig, luciana! Oh, i have never tried a unit like this now that i think about it. I'Ve never tried any long like curly, wigs like this too, so that is probably going to happen in the future um, because i really like this. I think it is so um easy and light and cute and like i said this is really nice with something like this. That'S simple and sort of like dressy or i can see this with, like you know something casual like a dress or a t-shirt and jeans. I love this kind of unit um, like i said, the only cons that i had about this unit was the type parting space, and what else did i say? Oh yes, the lack of seamless, graduation between dark root to light yeah. That'S those are cons for me, but other than that. I mostly i mostly like this unit. I think that another concern i have about it is just the ability to maintain it like this and not like. You know i'll see over time. I guess how quickly this gets out of shape and whether or not it's something that can be like worn on a regular basis like can you wear this every day? How many wears can i get out of this unit? So those are things that i'm not absolutely certain about again, not ever having tried a unit like this before i'm also a little bit concerned about the curls. In the back that i see just sort of sticking up like this one - and i don't know what it looks like in the back - i will see it when i do the post editing um, so that you know i kind of want to be able to keep An eye on those curls back there that i can't see that might be doing something i might not. I might not like. So those are other just concerns that i have not cons um, but other than that. I think this is so cute and i'm just very um pleasantly surprised at how this curly uh look is on me. I i like it, i i am enjoying it. I hope that you enjoyed this video, please let me know what you think about this unit. I'Ll trace lace, front luciana in the comments section below. I would love to hear from you, and until i see you in my next video, i hope that you are taking care of yourself being patient and loving with yourself at this time. It'S a really strange time. Still so i encourage those of you who have the ability to take it easy with yourself. You know um manage your anxiety levels in whatever way works for you that doesn't hurt anybody, and you know just take things day by day, because that's what i've been doing, that and playing with wigs and makeup and staying on top of my skin care is part Of a routine that has really allowed me to manage my anxiety levels and blood pressure at this crazy time. So i hope that you have found something that is working for you as well, because you know it is still a really strange time that we're in if you're, not taking care of yourself, you literally can't take care of anyone else in your life. You can't be there for them emotionally mentally the way that you need to so always prioritize yourself. First, it's not selfish. It is self-care, and on that note i will see you in my next video soon bye,
