Glamourtress | Outre Synthetic I-Part Swiss Lace Front Wig - Cherilyn

Um, foreign hi everybody welcome back. Thank you for joining me again for another wig review. My name is janelle and you are watching glamour dress official. So today i have another outre lace front unit. This one is called sherlin and i have cherilyn in the color drff sun kiss brown. Now i was very excited about this color because i've never tried sun, kiss brown before and i've seen it on like the outro nisha units. I think it was like 203 or 202, whichever one it was only one uh that came with this color when they first came out - and i was very intrigued by this color um - it's it's different. It'S definitely different. It'S a little out there for me, but i think it's really pretty um, but anyway, here's the stock card for this unit, and they do have another really interesting color this, like reverse ombre, one um. What is that called? I think it's these, the uh 3cr irish coffee and i did see a few people review this in this color. So it's definitely an interesting color, not one that i would necessarily gravitate towards, but you know to each his own. So this unit comes with natural baby hairs, a 5 inch swiss lace, part heat resistant, fiber, safe up to 400 degrees and, of course, available in a different array of colors um, so yeah drff, sun, kiss brown. I think, with this unit i was i kind of hyped myself up before i tried it on and it's not as amazing as i had hoped, but it is still a really pretty unit. I did get some snags here and there and i did get some shedding for sure. There'S a lot of shedding the texture is pretty silky yeah, it's very silky, there's no type of kinky texture in this unit at all, so do not expect that the curls are really pretty. I love the face. Framing curls, i love the face framing highlights. I love the um, it's a pretty stark contrast from the really like 613 and then it goes into this honey blonde color and then you get the brown uh. I will say: i'm not a huge fan of how dark the roots are. I think i would prefer if the roots were more on the lines of this brown color than this uh. I think that's a two. I think that's a two right at the roots. Now i'm never mad at a dark root. I think it makes the wigs looks. Look a lot more natural in general, however, this one with this color blend, i wouldn't, i wouldn't gravitate towards a darker root for this color or not this dark of a root for this color. The unit does feel a little snug. I expected it to be big head friendly, because the last outra lace front unit that i did review. It was big head friendly. This one was a little bit more snug and it is kind of sliding back a little bit. So i guess, in order to avoid that, you would just need to like glue it down or maybe use a wig grip. Possibly all i did to install this unit was spray it with a little lace, tint spray - oh i'm still getting shedding. So that's definitely a con, but i sprayed it with a little lace. Tint spray i put a little bit of powder in the part. You probably saw me struggling for my life with these baby hairs. I don't know why, but sometimes with synthetic units. The baby hairs are just hit or miss for me. Sometimes they work perfectly and i just really just go swoop swoop, and then i'm done, but sometimes i have to say you know what forget it. Let me just pull them all back and just not just pretend that they're not there, so i didn't use the baby hairs in the front here. Um yeah, as you you probably can't see, i don't know if you can or not, but it is sliding back a little bit. I did kind of lay down some baby hairs right along my temple, just to give it some pizzazz, but just a little bit, not much so overall yeah. The tangling is not that bad. It'S that shedding. That is definitely it's. It'S it's a thing. It'S a thing with this unit, but overall i think this is a really pretty color. It'S very different. You won't walk outside and see many people wearing any type of style, but this color, the style, is pretty classic, though just wavy. What is this barrel curls? I would say it is about 26 or i don't know 26 28 inches um, but yeah. I think it's really pretty it's cute. You can definitely wear it for a while before it does start to tangle up, because it almost certainly will, because it is synthetic and it is a longer unit, but it's definitely gorgeous like. I think this color is really pretty um. I i do so yeah overall, i'm not mad at this unit at all um. I hope that you really like this unit as well.
