#124 - Outre Headband Wig Diy, Human Hair Dupes | Collab W/ @Carrie M

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. It'S kimberly jules here with another wig review today is a special video, because it is a collaboration with the beautiful carrie m, so we're doing an utre, i used to say outre and then i found it was pronounced utre. So we're doing an utree video where we are wearing half waves with headbands to make them into diy headband wigs carrie m. I love kerry. She is so beautiful. The makeup listen. I need to take some notes the next time i watch your videos with makeup carrie, because your makeup is on fire. So carrie does makeup review a very similar, so people that i collaborate with will always most usually do the same type of things that i do so she does makeup, which i don't really do yet i'm hoping to do makeup at some point when i learn how To do it, she also does big reviews. She'S done, clothing, hauls um she's got some really good contact lens, um videos as well, which i have those the very the very same videos as well. I have glasses videos. I have contact videos. I have a fitness clothing. Haul um, so many different variety of videos that i have on the show. So it's more like a lifestyle channel i'd, say lots of wig reviews, lots of wig feeds because i love wigs. I love carrie m. Absolutely stunning beauty she's got personality. We always talk about the lippy, because people always want to know what libya wears. So it's actually a combination that i'm wearing today. So i had on the collab liquid lipstick. This is in the color kink, so i was wearing that for another video and then i wanted to change up the color. So then i have this morphe lip pencil in the color heckle. So it's like this color here and i actually put it on top of the kink. So these two gives you this color. So it's more this color, because it's a darker color, but i think it's a beautiful combination. What do you think nice and let's get into the vehicles? So this is the long comb here at the front and then you've got a comb here at the back, and you also have your adjustable straps and it's an open cap, and this is what the beautiful curls look like this unit right here is an o.g wig From utree this is amber a half wig, they call it quick, weave self styled in 60 seconds. So basically, you just basically throw it on now. If you don't like this, you can't just throw it on. You need to do something with so either you put your hair out on the front over the front to conceal this line of demarcation, or in this case we are converting this into a headband wig. So, as you guys know, headband wigs are all the rage right now and that's because there is a shortage of lace. So if you already have half wigs at home or full wigs, halfwigs and full wigs are very similar in terms of the construction, um or even lace. Wigs that you own, you can pair a headband with a lace. Wig too. That way, you don't have to bother with laying the lace so grab any wig that you have at home. You don't have to go out and buy any one or, if you want to you, can these are very affordable, but this wig right here this is an og. I'Ve had it for years and years and years and i'm pretty sure that this wig is under 20 right now, so take that visit amazon purchase a bunch of headbands and you got yourself a headband wig. Now i've done a lot of these diy head diy, headband, wig videos already so click the link above so you can check out the rest of them and see how you can create your own, affordable, headband wig, but now i'm going to go ahead and add some Of my amazon headbands to this wig, all the links will be in the description box below for this wig, as well as the headband. So, let's go with our first series of headbands we're part of a pack of 10 and i did do a video showing the 10 headbands now. The special thing about these headbands is that they have buttons. So this is the back of it. It'S got a stretchy. It'S a stretchy headband, so they have buttons on the side and what i did with this is that you can actually wear this with your mask because unless you know everywhere you go, you have to have a mask on these days, so i'm going to link the Video above where i actually demonstrated wearing these headbands with the mask, it is very handy. It saves your ears when you keep on having to put it on off on off and wear it continuously. It actually hurts the back of your ears, so these buttons will help to save your ears or protect your ears from the band. These are very handy. Links are in the description box below, so i'm not going to try on every color just because it might look weird with whatever. So what i like to do? Okay, so this is a synthetic wig with synthetic wigs, the more you play around with them, especially when they're curly, the more they grow, the more they tangle. So if this was a human hair wig, i wouldn't it wouldn't matter. I would just put the headband on over it and then it doesn't matter because human hair, wigs they don't tangle from you, you know manipulating it. So what i do is i actually take the wig off put on the headband first, so as not to mess up the curls then put the wig back on and now put the headband over and that way i am not disturbing the curls. So now we have a headband wig, so this is how it looks with the blackhead band and because it's got these layers, you can kind of put it like this put it in a ponytail. You can always put it up and again, because this is a synthetic wig. I am not going to fool around with it too much, but you can like put it in a high ponytail. You can put it in a half up half down and it would look sort of like like that, but yeah. This is very pretty. So this is what it looks like with the black headband. Now, if you don't have to do your edges, if you don't feel like doing your edges or maybe you're experiencing some hair loss or you just want a different look, you can actually wear the headband all the way down, and then it completely covers the hairline pretty And i'm going to try on some other headbands as well. Now this is a wide headband. So if you, if it is too wide for you, you can always fold it up, so that it is a shorter headband. I'M not sure if this week is heat safe because it doesn't stay on the stock card. I will look online or on the website to see if maybe it is heat safe now. For me, i don't normally like to change the texture that i've purchased the wig in, especially when it's synthetic um, because it doesn't go back. So if i straighten this, that's it it's straight. It doesn't come back curly now with human hair. That'S a different story. You can straighten and then wet, and then it curls back again so this one. I would definitely leave it as it is. If i want a straight wig, i will just buy a straight wig. If i want a curly wig, i might curly wig and i leave them the way they are now curly synthetic wigs. I do not run my fingers through it unless i'm planning on letting it grow. I love the definition and i love the curl pattern. So i'm not going to disturb it, so i don't know like i can pull it gently to see. There is no tangling or shedding, and i won't know that unless i drag my fingers through it, i'm not going to do that um. This is where it falls at the front. This is where it falls at the back, so it's about bra, strap length so as far as pros and cons pros, there's no lace to cut. So if you are someone who is afraid of lace, you don't want to cut lace, you don't want to mess around with lace, there is no lace, and so you can wear it updo, ponytail and now on to the next week, and now i am back with The next week, this one is absolutely beautiful. On this channel i review all kinds of colors known to man, red blue, green purple, yellow gray, silver. I'Ve done even like rainbow colors, but my absolute ultimate favorite color. When it comes to hair, color and wig. Colors is burgundy like look at this love it beautiful this week is another utre outrage. Audrey just feels better, but anyway utree. This one is penny. Love penny have had penny forever. This is in the color dr425 and this one actually says that it is heat safe up to 400 degrees, fahrenheit, so amber, didn't, say whether or not was heat safe. Maybe it's not. I don't know, but penny is heat safe up to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Now the texture on the stock card looks a little different like this one has more defined curls at the end. I don't know, but i love penny. Penny is one of those foldings but goodies. You need to grab this one because it's very, very affordable. Today, i'm going to turn this into a headband wig, so i have a whole bunch of headbands that i purchased from amazon. All of the links are down below and i i probably have like 10 15 20, maybe 30., maybe 30, or so that i purchased from amazon very affordable. So there's no tailing, no sheddling, no sheddling, there's no tangling and no shedding. Because i haven't run my fingers through it, but i mean just taking it out of the box. There is there's no shedding. Nothing is dropping um. This isn't the first time. I think this is maybe the third time i'm wearing this wig, but this is like anyway. Let me start adding some headbands to this and turn this into a headband wig. Here, like i was saying you can wear the hair over the front, so in the stock card she has her hair over the front of the wig. So that's what i meant by wearing your hair over the front, but because my hair is gelled down, i'm not going to wear it over the front. This one looks like with the headband very cute and, of course, if you are experiencing any hair loss, don't want to do your edges, you can wear it over your ears, you can wear it all the way down and then you just have to make sure you Pull that forward so that you cover up that line there, but this is very beautiful now in terms of pros and cons pros, there's no lace to cut now. If you are a lace person, then that would be a con, but in this case i would think that this would be a pro because it saves time it's easy enough to just throw it on and go easy very beginner friendly. It is very affordable this week, right now, retails for under 20 super affordable, headbands super affordable put them together. You have a very super, affordable, headband wig without having to buy a headband wig. Now that being said, i do have some reviews on actual human hair headband.
