This Fancy Hair tutorial will show you how to create this romantic rope braided hairstyle - a perfect Valentine's Day look! Although this hairstyle was created with Fancy Hair clip-in hair extensions, it looks great on natural hair too!

To recreate this hairstyle, you will need the following styling tools:

1. Heat Protectant

2. Hairbrush

3. 4 Clear Hair Elastics

4. Large Hair Elastic

5. Bobby Pins

6. Finishing Serum or Spray

7. 1" Curling Iron or Barrel (set to a safe temperature of 360F)

***Hair Care Tip: Human hair has a melting point of 450F, so to prevent your hair from heat damage and maintain it's healthy state, always set your hot styling tools below 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I like to set my hot styling tools to 360F to be safe, and I also find that this is the perfect temperature for achieving the looks that I want without damaging my hair. This suggestion is for both natural human hair and human hair extensions.

Niki

Hello, my lovely friends, it's Nicky here and today I'm going to show you how to create this beautiful and romantic rope. Braided hairstyle. This is one of my favorite go-to looks when I want to feel flirty and feminine, and I'm sure it will be one of your favorites too. Keep watching and I'll show you how to recreate it step-by-step. So you can do it yourself to recreate this look. You will need a heat, protectant, serum or spray, a hairbrush, a large hair elastic for sectioning, for clear hair, elastics, a finishing serum or spray, a few bobby pins and in one-inch, curling, iron or barrel, set to a safe temperature that won't damage your hair. My curling barrel is set to 360 degrees Fahrenheit, I'm also wearing my 240 grams set to fancy hair extensions. You can find a complete list of tools used in today's tutorial in the description below now that you have all of your tools were ready to begin begin by thoroughly coding your hair with a heat protectant CMR spray to protect your hair from heat damage, gently brush. Your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up, use your finger to separate your hair into two sections tie away, one of the sections with a large hair elastic so that it doesn't get in your way when you're working with the other side. With your one-inch curling iron or barrel, such 360 degrees, Farenheit, curl, big sections of hair around the barrel in the same direction to create a soft uniform wave, I will be curling every section of hair away from my face once you finished curling all of the hair On the first side, untie the second half and curl all of the hair section by section just like you did on the first side after you've, curled all of your hair coach, your hair with a finishing serum or spray from top to bottom. To add shine to your hair and minimize any frizz take a section of hair from the front, while letting some pieces of hair loose to frame your face separate this section into two equal strands. Take the back strand cross it over the front strands and begin twisting. Both strands away from the face cross, the back strand over the front strand again and continue twisting both strands away from the face. Repeat these steps until you reach the end of the rope braid when you reach the end of the rope braid secure the brain with two clear hair elastics create the exact same rope braid on the other side and secure the end of the rope braid with two Clear hair elastics, when you are done braiding, take one of the rope braids and drape it behind your head, pinning it in place with bobby pins. If the rope braid is too long like take the end of the rope, braid hide it under your hair. Behind your ear and pin it in place with bobby pins, repeat the same steps on the other side, once you're done, pinning both rope braids in place, you are done and there you have a beautiful romantic rope, braided hairstyle.
