Valentine'S Day Hairstyles | Jaaackjack

Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm sharing six Valentine's Day hairstyles. So, let's get started with the list of one which is the pull through braid. I think this look is so cute and it's just really romantic for Valentine's Day. So I'm just going to first spray, my hair, with a little bit of oil to help smooth down the hair, because the smoother and softer your hair is the easier it is to do this hairstyle and now I'm gon na take these little hair elastics. I separated the pink and the white, I'm just going to alternate them cuz. I thought that was kind of Valentine's Day ish, so I'm gon na take a section of hair at the top and then secure it with an elastic, a few inches down and then go like another inch or two down and then secure it with another elastic. And now here comes the pull through part of the braid we're gon na slip, the hair in the middle to create this hole, and then what you want to do is grab another section of hair and pull it through like so. Hence the name pull-through braid. Now, with that new section in our hand, you want to secure it with an elastic and then open the middle like this to create another another little hole and then grab some more hair, including the little ponytail that we have hanging right there and you want to Pull that through the little hole that we created just like that, so you want to keep repeating that same process all throughout your hair until all of your hair is tied up. So now you want to carefully pull apart. The braid like this, and because we have so many elastics, it kind of holds the hair a lot better. So if you do have layers, this might be a better way to make your braids look a lot thicker and more voluminous, and so I like to pull it out a lot to make my hair nice and big and fluffy, so that is it for this first Hairstyle hairstyle number two is so on-trend right now and it's glitter roots. I'Ve been seeing this everywhere, so I definitely wanted to show you guys how to get this look so start with the middle part and then just section your hair into two and then just tie them up into little buns on your head. So you have two little mini buttons, so since glitter can be a little messy, I decided to take some hair gel and mix it with my glitter. This is the NYX face and body glitter and I have a pink color, a silver color and a red color, and you just want to put that in a bowl and then take a brush and then apply it to your hair. And this way, not only will the glitter stick to your hair, a lot better, but it's a lot easier to clean up and all that kind of stuff, because you won't have glitter flying all over your face if you just like it, dump the glitter on your Roots, I am so excited about list number three: the boho braided heart hairstyle, I'm totally gon na wear this on Valentine's Day, because I just think it's so so cute, so we're gon na start by creating a braid kind of like a hidden braid, so we're gon Na lift some of our hair like this and grab a section of hair, you want to keep this relatively thin. You don't want these braids to be too thick, but we're just going to braid the hair so that we can pull it across our forehead and then secure it with bobby pins, and that will be our little braided headband. So once you've got that down now we're going to take a section on the top of our hair, like this kind of like a small rectangle shape, doesn't have to be perfect, just something like this and then we're going to lightly secure it with a hair elastic. So now, with that section, you want to create three equal parts like so, and I'm just going to clip the two side parts out of the way. Now, with this middle section, we're going to divide that into three and just do a simple three strand braid and then secure it with a clear elastic at the bottom and with the other sections we're going to do the exact same thing. So now I'm going to create another three strand, braid and now. Lastly, with the last section, we're going to do the exact same thing and do another three strand braid. So now you want to take the 2 outside braids that we created and flip it under the hair elastic. That'S why we tied it loosely in the beginning and flip it up almost to the point where it comes. Undone like that, so I know it looks crazy and it's just gon na hang there right now, but you want to do that to both sides and after that, once you pull these little sections together to meet the middle braid. It kind of creates a heart. Isn'T that flows cute? So you just want to secure that with an elastic, and you can kind of tug on the braid to make it a lot bigger, which is what I'm gon na be doing, and it was just such an easy hairstyle to create and it's so like secure. So you can like go run around Disneyland and it'll, be totally fine, which is exactly what I'm gon na be doing on Valentine's Day. Look number four is Cupid's flower child? You guys know I'm so obsessed with the flower headbands or the flower crowns, so had to incorporate this giant a beautiful, pink one. I got it from an event, but you can totally make this yourself or check out my mom's Etsy, which is triple ins boutique, where she sells handmade floral headbands, but I think it's just so cute and one of my favorite ways to wear it is with my Hair straight and then just flipping out the front sections like this, and it's just really soft and romantic, and I just love it so much. Let'S number five is the heart-shaped updo and, I have to say a little disclaimer. This is going to work a lot better. If you have longer hair so I have like medium length hair. So I tried my best, but you want to take a section of hair from like the corner of your eye to the middle of the back of your head, like this, I'm just pulling out a few hairs to frame my face, but you want to create a Simple three strand: braid, nothing, fancy and just braid it all the way back and now we're going to create the same braid on the other side. So I'm going to section off the hair, starting from my eye to the back of my head like this and do another three strand braid. So now we have two side by side, and now you want to take the hair and you're going to flip. It inwards around like this, and it's going to create this little ball at the top and you want to bobby but bobby, pin dot right in place. So once you've done the same thing to both sides, just connect the hair together like this, and then you can secure it with an elastic and like I mentioned it's a lot cuter if you have longer hair, so I actually did try this hairstyle out with my Extensions, so it looked a lot cuter, but my extensions just don't blend with my hair color right now, so awkward and last but not least, look number six is these sweethearts bun and I think this is so cute. You can do this for your kids or even yourself, but all you need is some conversation, hearts some heavy-duty glue and bobby pins and I'm showing you with the three normal bobby pins here, but I actually ended up switching them to these different kind of looking bobby Pins you'll see it later in the video, but you just want to put the glue on your candy and then stick it to the end of your bobby pin. Please make sure nobody eats these candies afterwards, because they are now toxic to create the hairstyle. All you want to do is secure your hair into a ponytail and then take a sock, bun and I've done a tutorial on how to create one of these, and you just want to roll your hair down like this into the sock and then now you can Start placing at your little candies all over your head and, as you can see, if the bobby pins I'm using, are like kind of like tongs like that's what they look like they're, not like the normal type of bobby pins, and I just found that these go Into the hair and work a lot easier for this hairstyle, so if you can find those kind of bobby pins, you can find them at the drugstore, but those definitely work a lot better for this hairstyle. So I'm just going to put them around the perimeter of the bun, and here is what it looks like. I think it's so so cute. This will look so cute on a little kid at school for Valentine's Day, so those are all six of the hairstyles.
