Much love, Chloe ^_^

Hey guys today, i'm going to be showing you this really simple and pretty valentine's day, hair um, so yeah i'm going to jump right into that now, but um. If you like my makeup, this is also for valentine's day or you know any day. You want to wear it, but i will be uploading. This makeup tutorial on tuesday, so stay out like keep an eye out for that, but yeah. I am just going to jump into the hair, okay, so you're going to need your hair to be curled, because that's kind of the that's pretty much the whole hairstyle is having it curled um, but there is a little bit. I have the sides kind of twisted up in the back a bit twisted, but it's really easy, but you do want your hair to be curled and you can use whatever. Is your favorite way of curling your hair? You can do some spiral curls or you can curl it the way. I'M going to show you now quickly, i'm not going to curl all of my hair because i curled it last night and it doesn't all need to be re-curled again. But i just want to re-curl some places because they've kind of just fallen out so um the curling iron that i'm going to be using is this chi curling iron, and i believe this is like a one and a half inch barrel. But i'm not 100 sure you want a fairly thicker barrel um for the look the curls. I'M doing you don't want a really small one. Okay, so i just put some tresemme heat tamer spray in my hair, just to help protect it from the heat and now what i'm going to be doing the way i curled my hair last time, i curled all of my hair and the section sections that i Did was for my ear back and then i went from about my eyebrow back or by my temple back and i just curled those three layers um and the way i curled it is like this. So i take a small section um. I didn't want to take two um large sections because um the larger you take the um, less curled, your hair is going to be and i wanted it fairly curled. So this is about a one inch section all the way around. Basically, so i'm going to take my curling iron with the clip facing towards my face, i'm going to place that on the hair and then i'm going to drag it down. So i'm going to show you how to do that, and i want the curls going away from my face. That'S why the clip on the clamp is facing towards my face, so clamp it down, and then you want to drag it down, and then you want to twist it trying to take the rest of the hair and hold it this way, you're going to hold it For just a couple sections and then you're going to loosen the clamp, drag it down and then twist it back up you kind of want to keep hold on the end of the hair. So it doesn't get all tangled in your curling iron. It'S a little complicated at first, but you get the hang of it. Then you drag it down a little twist it and just kind of flip that hair over and then twist it back to the roots, drag it a little more twist it back up and the reason i'm curling like this is because that way you don't get as Much heat on the ends of your hair, it's just kind of better for your hair and um. Once you're finished rolling about all of your hair to the ends. Um, it's pretty much heated all the way through and your hair is curled. So the ends get much less damaged this way and then, after you've curled all of the hair up and you've fed it all into the curling iron. You want to let it go and just kind of hold it in your hand for a few seconds, and then you have this curl um. So i'm going to show you how to do that again. Just take a small section with your clamp facing towards your face, because i want the curls to go away from my face so with the clamp facing towards your face you're going to place it on the hair towards the roots, drag it down and then twist it Flip that hair over the barrel, so it doesn't get in the way after maybe three seconds, you're going to loosen the clamp and drag it down again, flip that hair over and curl it back up the wand loosen the clamp, drag it down flip the hair over That wasn't a very successful flip curl it back up to the roots and do that until you have fed all of the hair into the barrel. Okay, then, once you have basically wrapped all of the hair around the barrel doing that technique you're gon na let it stay for maybe five to ten seconds, because the hair's already pretty heated through you don't have to hold it that long and then you just release The curl and i usually kind of go and then re-put it up and let it cool for just a couple seconds, and then i let it go again. So you can see you get this really pretty curls, but i'm not going to leave them like this. After i have re-curled some more of my hair, i'm going to flip my head over and finger comb them because um the curls like this need to be broken up a bit. They don't look as great as when you break them up and you kind of finger comb, your hair. They look really pretty when you do that. So i'm just going to go all over my hair and just re-curl a few places, and then i will come back. Okay, so i just finished touching up some of the curls and if you guys would like a like full and proper tutorial on how to do these curls, let me know, because i can do that um but yeah, i'm just going to now flip my head over And kind of loosen them with my fingers, because i don't like all of these tight spirals like this. It looks much better once i do this so flip your head over, and this is going to be a little awkward. Okay, flip your head over and then just kind of finger comb. The curls out you could kind of brush them, but i feel finger. Combing is just better because you're not taking all of the curls out but you're, definitely loosening them up a bit and then just flip your hair back over and you're, going to look a little crazy at first, but then just kind of take your fingers and re-curl. Some of them around your finger like that, just to reshape them. Okay, once you have finished finger combing through your hair, we're just going to start with the doing the rest of the hair now, so what you want to do is towards the back of your hair kind of like the crown of your head. What you want to do is take a little section of hair um, just kind of like ripen, the crown of the head. You don't want to take too thick section, because otherwise it's not going to bobby pin very well, but you just want to take a section of hair, make sure it's smooth on the sides here and you're going to take this and just very gently and lightly twist. It and then put it on your head and slightly push up then you're, going to take a couple bobby pins and you're going to bobby, pin this to your head and you want to make sure you crisscross the bobby pins, so that makes it really secure. So then bobby pin the other side crisscrossing it just like that. Okay, then, with the sides we're also going to twist these, so just by your face you're going to twist this hair just lightly and then once you get by your ear, just section the rest of the hair off from the front section and you're going to twist. It a little more and twist this towards the back section, where we just bobby, pin that hair and then you're going to lay that twist down on top of the bobby pins and then again take another couple bobby pins. And you want to bobby pin this down. In the crisscross again and then do the same thing to the other side. So, just by the face you want to twist this hair and then once you get to your ear, just section it off from the rest of the hair and then twist it again and just keep twisting it until you get to the back of the head by The part where we bobby pinned the hair down and then lay the twist on top of the section of hair there and crisscross your bobby pins again. Okay, then, once you have finished um, just reshaping the um curls, the hair is finished. So this is the finished. Look, it's just really pretty and simple, and i just i really like it: it's not hard to do. There aren't any braids or french braids. So if you don't have a french braid, don't worry this hairstyle is for you. All you need to do is bobby. Pin the hair basically and do a little twist and curl it so yeah. It'S just really easy. So i hope you guys like this um. If you do, let me know and yeah. This is perfect for a valentine's day, um or valentine's date, or even, if you don't have anything going on valentine's day, and you just want to look extra special. You can do this or you can do this any time of the year whenever you want to it's up to you, if you like the hairstyle, you can do it whenever you want um so yeah. I hope you guys like this. If you do i'd appreciate it, if you gave it a thumbs up - and i will see you guys in my next video bye - you
