Grwm Valentine'S Day 2019 | Hair & Makeup Transformation (Before & After!)

Hey guys for today's video I'll be taking it with me, while I get ready doing a very easy look for Valentine's Day, if you haven't already, please subscribe and hit that like button, if you like these types of videos, so the first thing that I do is, I pre plan I will literally bring out like ten different outfits, try them all on and hate about, 90 % of them finally find the right one, and then I decide from there how I'm gon na do my look. So for this look I wanted to do something different. I feel like everyone for Valentine's Day, does a pink look or something red or something nude. I don't know. I just wanted to switch it up and be a little bit different, so we're going for a purple. Look today, elf, gel eyeliner in black, just a very light layer of it on the outer corners of my eyes. First and then I'm gon na go into this violet Voss palette. It'S the fun sized palette laying down the dark purple with a fluffy blending brush layering. It up over that dark black eyeliner. So again, like I said before, I didn't use too much of the elf liner. I wanted to make sure that this powder would blend seamlessly over top lightly dusting now, with a smaller brush. The lightest shade from the palette onto the inner corner of the eyelid and working towards the middle to kind of blend it in with that dark purple. It was not bright enough for me, so I went ahead and popped this on over it. The liquid cat sweet shimmer liquid eyeshadow in a fairytale ending, and I thought it was such a beautiful touch. It just made the whole entire eye, look come together and then I went through with a little bit more of the darker purple and work that through the crease, pretty simple. I look, I told you guys and then I winged out my eyeliner with the same elf, gel liner and black, that I had used earlier. Nothing too dramatic, just doing a slight thin wing and popping on some eyelashes. These are my favorites from kiss in poise. Moving onto the face, i mu ster eyes with the one and only charlotte tilbury magic cream, it's my favorite and as my primer today, this is my current favorite from a covergirl. It'S the illuminating primer that, from the true blend based business collection, it makes your skin glow, like no other. It helps the foundation to last longer it's oil-free, so it won't break you out. It'S seriously amazing and it has like no reviews I feel like. No one knows about this primer, but it really is amazing. You guys should totally check it out next time, you're in the drugstore. One of the comments I feel like I get the most is that I used too much foundation and I like really put on a lot of it like, and I totally feel you guys like. I understand some people do not like full coverage, so what I did for this look was I used a full coverage foundation, but I only did like the tiniest little dots of it where I needed it and blended it out with my Beauty Blender. So I mean literally, I used barely any foundation at all and it was totally different for me. I'M not used to that at all, but I feel like when everything goes on, like the blush, the bronzer and the highlighter. It all just kind of comes together and you don't really notice all those perfections that you would normally see when you're putting on foundation they just it just isn't the main part that you're looking at anymore there's. So many other cool things about your makeup. To look at them the spots on your face, so I actually really liked it a lot. I used the makeup forever new concealer, the self setting one, although I did kind of set the concealer, also, I'm just afraid it's gon na crease, I don't know I'm like paranoid. I used to Laura Mercier powder, for that. This is the best way to contour is to use a cream contour like this. It'S the maybelline, superstay multi-use foundation. Stick it's a cream to matte formula. It will give you full coverage wherever you put it, which is nice. So if I, for example, had additional like spots that I wanted to cover where I'm contouring, this will definitely do that for me. But it's such a beautiful shade. I use it in deep bronze 370 to just really warm up the cheekbones and then I'll set that powder with the Ophir Cosmetics bronzer from the new gilded palette, Wet n Wild mega glow highlighting powder in bloom time. I worked this on the apples of my cheeks and up onto my cheekbones for a really nice glow all over the cheeks. Basically, I wanted this to. I just really wanted to glow. Okay such a beautiful highlighter. It looks so creamy and natural and it doesn't emphasize my pores at all, but I felt like I needed some more color to the apples of my cheeks, so I worked on this blush from buxom, which I believe is in wunderlist mascara here. This is the hourglass one that I've been obsessed with. I applied that to my lashes so that they blend in with the falsies and for the lower lash line. I just repeated the same exact step, so you want to do the elf black gel liner. First, on the outer corners just a very light layer of that then go over it with the dark purple from the violet gloss, fun-sized palette and lastly, for the inner corners of the eyes. You just want to work on that lightest eyeshadow, it's really shimmery and bright and pearlescent, it's so beautiful, and it works really well with the dark purple. Eyeshadow like I feel like as a kind of purple undertone to it and the wet-and-wild fairytale ending liquid shadow. Over top set my face makeup with the over cosmetics setting spray and a little bit of mascara on the lower lashes as well for lips, I used the color pop lip liner in Taurus, which is honestly one of my favorite lip liners in the entire world. I lined only the under part of my lower lip and the outer corners of my top lip patted. The wet and wild megalast liquid cat sweet high, shine, lipstick in said nudes first and then a lighter one caught you bare naked. Over top. You guys know I, like my lips super glossy, so I finished with the Catrice volumizing lip booster, okay. So moving on to the hair, I teased the crown section first, because when my hair is first blow-dried after I've, you know taking a shower. It'S like fresh. I feel like it's very thin and fine, even though I have a lot of hair and I do have hair extensions in by the way from luxy hair, I will link them down below. I just feel like. I need a bit of a boost on top, so I teased a bit and then I curled my hair kind of some pieces away some pieces towards my face. I just did it really randomly and picked up sections wherever I felt needed to be curled, and I really like this look because it's kind of wavy and messy and undone it's really sexy. I feel like it's kind of like that bedhead type of curled look. This is the nume curling wand, a little bigger than one-inch. I believe I held each piece of hair for about eight to ten seconds and yeah. That'S about it. It'S really simple guys. Make sure that you let your hair cool before you touch it, because if you touch it when it's still warm all the curls are going to fall really really fast and you're gon na have straight hair by the end of the night. So let it cool down for a good like five to ten minutes before you touch it. I wanted big voluminous curls today, so I didn't run my hands through it, like I usually would. Instead, I took this teasing brush, picked the random sections of hair and held the ends and then pushed the hair up a bit with the brush to create a teensy bit of teasing, nothing noticeable that you'll see, but it just really helps to build up the curls And that is it for the completed.
