Valentine'S Day Makeup & Hairstyle

Hey you cuties it's Courtney here and today I have a really exciting video for Valentine's Day. I'M going to show you guys how to do this. Glitter makeup. Look it's probably at my favorite makeup. Look I've ever done because there's tons of glitter and pink is involved, and I'm also going to show you guys how to do my famous Cinnabon, the perfect messy bun. If you do make sure to hit that subscribe button, if you haven't already and let's just get into it, hope you guys like it alright cuties, we are starting out with primer, so after some difficulties of getting an open, because this is my first time using it. It'S the Smashbox photo finish foundation primer and I really really love it. Next up is foundation, so I'm using my Born This Way by Too Faced, and I could not find my Beauty Blender for the life of me. So I'm just blending this in with my fingers, but I actually really like that effect got ta sing, some ariana grande just getting ready for the dangerous woman tour. Next is brows, and I'm just using this brow pencil by all Mei drugstore super affordable, and it's probably one of my favorite brow pencils that I've ever used, so I'm just filling them in a little bit and getting the shape that I want next is concealer. So I'm going in with my Born This Way by Too Faced concealer with some triangles under the eyes, a little bit on my nose, forehead and any redness that I have on my face, but you're a special one and just set that all down. I'M using my sheer translucent powder from ELF by the way this is the large powder brush from Luxy and it's the softest brush. You will ever put on your face now it's time for bronzer, and this was my first time using the thar test. Proglide and oh girl, I was impressed. It was a little strong at first, but I just blended that out with my double ended brush from Tarte. Now it's time to use my very sad-looking, broken mac blush in the shade rose quartz. Maybe it's time to replace it soon and I'm just adding this to my cheeks, because it's Valentine's Day and you have to have that rosy glow and then I'm just going back into the Tarte Pro glow palette and adding the lightest shade of highlight to the high Point of my face, so I can glow up a storm. Is that a thing because I just made it one? I am so impressed with this Tarte palette like OMG. It'S one of the best highlights ever: okay, now moving in a little bit close and personal for the eyes, I'm first applying my Urban Decay, eyeshadow primer potion and then I'm going in with the Valentine's Day palette. It has just the prettiest Pink's in here. This is the Too Faced chocolate, bon bons palette, so I'm first going all into the crease in over the lid, with cotton, candy, the perfect barbie pink and then I'm going in with a little bit of a smaller brush to define the outer V in the crease. With a hot, pink called totally fetch Golub aromatic, Thank You Patricia and then I'm just adding divinity to highlight the brow bone right below my brows. Now, it's time to really spice things up and the Glitter is coming people I'm very excited. So first I'm applying the Urban Decay liquid liner in Midnight Cowboy it's just gold glitter and I'm using this kind of as a glitter glue to add more glitter. On top of so now, I'm just packing on the makeup forever loose glitter in the shade number. Thirteen and I'm packing that onto my eyelid, so that it's super opaque and then I kind of wanted to do an ombre. I added a little bit of glitter, just less and less as we went up into the crease. So this just happened. Um all of the glitter fell out of that into my palette. I am definitely not complaining. That is some pretty glitter and I love how this ombre glitter thing turned out and then just to deepen up the pink, because I didn't want to lose any of that pop of hot pink. I added some more of the totally fetch shade to my crease. Then it's time for wings and I'm using my Sephora classic line felt liner and then lashes, and these are the Koko lashes in Queen B, which I just got in the mail. They are just so beautiful and fluttery and make you feel like Beyonce. So what more could you want in a pair of falsies and then, since I forgot to add mascara to my lashes before the falsies, I'm adding it now to just kind of blend? In my natural lashes with the falsies and then adding mascara to my lower lashes, then I got mascara on my face, the huge and now moving on to lips. I decided to use the Kylie cosmetics, shade called smile, which she released to raise money for smile trained to give surgeries to children with cleft lips so that they can smile, which I love so much so wearing. This lipstick makes me really happy and I really like the finish of the lip liner itself, so I didn't even add the lipstick on top. I just kept it nice and matte, so I just lined my lips and filled them all in with the liner. Now it's time to set it all down with my mac fix+ and then I decided to add just a little more peachy glow. This highlighter is balm. You guys it's the Jeffrey star in frost and peach goddess and I think adding that after the setting spray just helped it settle in and glow a little bit more, and this is the finished, Valentine, glitter makeup look and then we can move on to hair. So I really liked my messy bun with this look, because it just draws all the attention to the makeup, so I'm gon na show you guys how to do my famous Cinnabon, so first just brush out the top of your hair. So it's nice and smooth and pretty then I'm just flipping over to put my hair on the top of my head and gather it up into a ponytail, but instead of pulling all the hair through for a pony, just pull it half way. Then twist and secure with your elastic so that you create a bun. So once you have your bun, you can form it into whatever shape you'd like by just tucking pieces into the elastic at the back, and then I just tug at my hair, all around the bun to give a little more lift and volume and then, of course, Pull out the baby hairs, because I think it's really nice to frame your face that way, and it also adds to that messy effortless look and then you are all done with your Cinnabon. Every bun is unique and it comes out different every time so just play around with it until you, like the shape and you're all set, got it better, got an automatic.
