Hey it's Jackie and welcome back to my channel for today's video. It'S all about Valentine's Day, inspiration and I've teamed up with Maybelline New York to show you guys at the Burgundy bar palette. I love this. It has 12 super pigmented shades and all these really warm rich tones perfect for Valentine's Day. So I created a smokey eye for the daytime and then bumped it up. If you want to go a little bit bolder - and I use pretty much all the shades on my eyes today, but here's a little swatching of it, they're so easy to blend out - and personally I love this shape right here. So I hope you enjoy the video make sure you give it a thumbs up. If you do - and let me know in the comments what your all-time at favorite romantic movie is mine for sure is Titanic. ... got ta, love it and let's just get started. First, look I already have on my base and let's get right into the eyes, using the new what Maybelline a burgundy bar palette. This comes with the double-sided applicator, with a sponge and a mini brush, along with the 12 gorgeous shades. I'M starting with the latest shimmer shade, also added a touch for a tiny nose highlight with the third shade. A beautiful copper apply all over the lid and under the bottom lash line for a soft smoke. Taking this slightly pinker shade right under used to blend the shade upwards and blend out into a slight V for a more structured look and taking the matte brown in this palette and bringing this through my crease into the bridge of the nose contour. I do this with a tiny amount of product, but I think it really brings together the look on my face and with the boldest brick shade. This is my favorite in the palette tap on the inner and outer corners of the eye and see how easily these shades blend together. It'S really effortless in terms of blending and for extra sparkle. I added the champagne shimmer to the lid, then the inner corner and under the bottom lashline through the center. For these sultry Valentine's Day. I looks I wanted to rim the waterline with a dark liner right into the inner corners. I love the Maybelline and Gigi Hadid gel liner pencil and also have this transfer to the tight line and fade out along the shadow ... next up, curl the lashes and apply your favorite mascara like in my last couple of tutorials. I'Ve been using the Maybelline total temptation mascara. I love this wand. It separates and give you soft, looking full lashes and really completes this easy smoky eye. My lip combo today I started with a nude lip liner and then with my maybelline superstay matte ink in the shade dreamer, we're adding a long, lasting, perfect pink. I love these. They actually do last a really long time and dry matte. So, for a bit more dimension, I added some shadow from the palette onto the outer corners and that's it complement the sweet, look with a pink blush and a moving on to hair for the part, I'm creating a side part in a horizontal. So, at the end of the part reaches the center of the crown of your head. I do this to give me more hair to work with on the side with less hair, so it's more balanced and now, let's create some really pretty texture. This is a simpler version of doing a French braid and you can get a lot more volume and a texture like an updo so start by picking up a small section and tie off with a little hair elastic start to gently tug on the hair going into The elastic for volume on each side and picking up two pieces of hair around the little pony crated tie off over the last elastic and a slightly tug for volume. Again, let's do the same steps, but this time twist the two pieces away from each other before adding in that mini elastic. Now, when you tell you'll get a fancier texture as if you curled the hair beforehand, I did one more here and you can continue this pattern longer or shorten the process by just adding a couple more down the length of the hair in bigger sections. And this section will be pinned at backwards under the bulk of the hair. Here, I'm just curling my hair away from the face. I went with loose curls today, hairspray and boom. There is the sweet soft side do it that is easier than a braid, but gives a very romantic flair. As for my casual cute outfit perfect for school or a casual date, I'm wearing a comfy, pink tea, medium, wash jeans, a cute belts with some metallic little shoes, and I will have links below to everything. Okay, look: two: this version! I wanted to go with more of a classic feel so on the lid and packing on the gold shade and also under the lash line, and then with the deepest matte brown in this palette and above the inner crease fading. It'S into the contour like before. This is really gon na, add depth to the eye socket and to the face, and also the outer V blend away, and if you lose it too much of the brick burgundy red shade bring that back in to the tapered out shadow. Add some liquid liner. I went with the brown to keep it softer. You could also use black if you want it to be a more intense, and I apply this really close to the lash line, to finish off the more classic style. I use the shade a pioneer and you really don't need a lip liner with these. They are highly pigmented and the applicator makes it easy to even over line a bit, and there is my Valentine's Day. Look two. We already have this updo, I made of twists and we're going to create the same texture again by picking up two sections twisting those two pieces away from each other, securing with an elastic and pulling apart gently and we're going to continue this pattern. Once I created three loops, I twisted the front section backwards and with the remaining free flowing hair twist secure and pull apart, and do this to the length of the hair tousle into a bun shape with your one hand, and then use your other hand to apply Some bobby pins around the shape of the bun and there you have this gorgeous updo. For this look, I'm wearing an oversized sweater with bold stripes. I love this with the red lip and updo red nails, nude, pink pumps with dark jeans, and this is a cute and casual work or date outfit as well. Finally, for the third more Victorian feeling look, I actually didn't plan on including this, but I was having fun at playing with the shadows and wanted to feature this really unique liquid lip called visionary. This also is a super-state, matte ink, but from the new un-nude liquid lipstick collection from Maybelline. So I started with this shade to see how much more drama I felt the eyes could handle, and then I took the purple to match the vibe of the lips smoking out, the inner and outer V, and I added back in at the brick shade onto the Lid, it's touched up my liner and I added the darkest matte Brown in the inner corner of the bottom lash line. Little more mascara, the total temptation has coconut extract, so it smells really nice as well, and there is the deepest slightly gothic. Look that still totally where I kept the hair in the updo for this look - and I want to know in the poll which version with the burgundy bar palette was your fav to complete this look, I'm wearing some sexy lingerie, which you could totally wear it tucked Into jeans and a leather jacket for more of a daring look thanks for watching, I hope you guys enjoyed these Valentine's Day looks and if you did make sure you give it a thumbs up and subscribe for more beauty. Videos every week also like I said before, let me know your favorite romantic movie. I don't think I'm doing anything for Valentine's Day. So I'll probably pick one from the comments, but if I do happen to like go on a date or something, then let me know in the comments or in the poll which look was your favorite and I'll pick which one to wear from there but yeah. I hope you enjoyed that. Let me know your plans for Valentine's Day and if you want to stay updated with me, check me out on Instagram or on Facebook I'll have all of my links are listed down below.
