Natural Hair Continues to Make Waves on TV - Tamron Hall Rocks Her TWA

image

I’m not a Today Show watcher but when a good friend shared a post with me on Facebook about Tamron Hall rocking her TWA on the show I was pleasantly pleased. Apparently, Tamron debuted her short natural coils for the world to see  last Thursday morning and all the buzz was about her gorgeous tresses.

Tamron was shooting a show with Bear Grylls and got back really late the night before. Not wanting to go that extra mile by getting up even earlier than her 4 am wake up time to blow dry and flat iron* her hair, she decided to go ‘as is’ and take that extra time for getting ready for her show.

Smart move and a positive one as all her co-workers rallied around her and kept discussing just how lovely she looked au naturle. Even though Tamron looks amazing we have to acknowledge that this is still very new and very scary for some women to decide to do especially when in the public eye.

Putting down the flat iron*, taking off the weave* and sharing your true hair with the world is still a ‘thing’ and it seems that America and the world for that matter is really loving it.

The whole cast as well as the twittersphere was loving her short tresses, her pic with Al Rocker Friday morning got over 1,140 likes and over 50 comments of praise and love for her rocking the natural hair.
