Laz Alonso’s Prefers A Woman With A Clean And Healthy Weave

Cutie pie Laz Alonso’s  has a pet peeve that we kind of found interesting, but to be honest, quite normal. I know you guys can identify with his preference because most of us hate dirty hair, weave* or not.

Laz Alonso was on the Wendy William’s show, and in all around true Wendy fashion, she wanted to get the deets on his likes and dislikes, considering he is single. Laz made the point that he didn’t mind weaves* and wigs*; his thing is the maintenance. Just like a guy keeps his hair nice and lined up, he thinks a woman should do the same thing – especially when it comes to smell. He said just in case he had to bury his head in your hair, he wants it to have some nice aromas.

“Weaves* are cool. Whatever you need to do to feel confident – just keep it up. Keep it nice, healthy, and clean. If I decide to bury my head in your hair, I want to smell nice…pleasant aromas.”

Hey I agree with him. Personally, I would prefer if my hair smelled great all the time. I don’t specifically pick products for the smell, but I love when a product smells great and leaves my hair smelling clean, but not necessarily like strawberries.

If you want to catch Laz Alonso, he just scored a great show called the “Mysteries of Laura”, starring Debra Messing – who you might remember as Grace from Will and Grace. He plays a secondary role, but enough to get him noticed (well, it’s work and it’s on Prime time TV, so nobody is complaining). Plus, the the show is not too bad, so lets hope it sticks.

Either way it’s great to hear a celebrity guy share his opinion on women’s hair topics, including what he likes. It makes for great 1-2 minute conversation, if ever you needed one in a crunch.
