Natural Hair Blogger Meechy Monroe Loses Her Battle With Brain Cancer At Age 32

We wrote about Meechy a while back as she battled a rare form of brain cancer here and here so I won’t rehash all that. The popular blogger and YouTuber who’s signature style was the ‘Meechy twist out’ finally lost her battle with cancer on the 27th of June and died at age 32.

She was such a sweet person and we were all obviously rooting for her recovery but alas it was not to be. I’m extremely saddened by this news and our hearts go out to her family.

Let’s remember her as she would want to be remembered in the natural hair community, for the influencer who gave us beautiful hair tips and entertained us with her videos.
