Protective Styling: How To Style Box Braids

Today the ever popular box braids are worn by naturals and relaxed ladies the world over. In the right hands and with the proper care they are great at giving supreme length retention but that’s a subject for another day.

I will soon be running a 3 month long protective styling challenge on BHI and I hope that you guys will join me in some summer length retention but before we actually get started, I thought it would be a good idea to give you some ideas on styling options while you are in box braids.

So lets look at how to style these bad boys!
