3 Quick Hairstyles For Bad Hair Days

Are you in a hurry? Of course you are. Isn’t it crazy that on the day when you have no time to waste, that is the morning your hair decides to act up, and you literally have 5 minutes to salvage the style. Every girl should have some easy quick go to hairstyles that they can do on a bad hair day, especially if running late. We have three basic suggestions, and none of them is a bun, so don’t worry, even though that one is easy too.

1.The first is the signature High puff.

This one is easy. Grab an oversized head band or hair tie that is big enough but tight enough to form a puff. Slick your edges and hair with gel to rid your hair of frizz. Put the band over your head as if you are wearing it as a regular head band. Then slowly push it up until it forms a puff. The head band helps to create the illusion that your hair is longer than it actually is, so before you say your hair is too short, give it a try. Check out a tutorial below:

2. Second, the Goddess Braid.

Okay, this one is very popular and simple as well. These are just two flat braids (or twists) going around your head, opposite of one another, and meeting up at the back and pinned. If you suck at flat braiding, twists will be easier for you. See the tutorial video below:

3. Lastly, the Faux Mohawk.

This only involves bobby pins* and maybe an extra accessory, if you are feeling creative! To do a simple Faux Hawk, just pull the sides of your hair up to meet in the middle. You can get a visual of what your Hawk will look like when you do this. Pin the bobby pins* along to keep the shape of your Mohawk. Repeat on the other side. We have a tutorial below that can help, if you need a visual:
