Easy & Cute Half Up Half Down Hairstyles On 360 Lace Wig Ft. Mslynn Hair

So i'm taking everything out, so i did get some wig caps and then, of course, the wig itself. So this is a 22 inch, 360 lace, frontal wig, so 360 means that the lace goes all the way around, and here it is on my head after customizing it. So i did bleach the knots i plucked the hairline and i also tinted the lace. And now i'm just getting ready to prep the wig for install, so i'm just going over the hairline with a wax stick and then i will go over that with the hot comb and as you can see, she is smoking. She'S hot. So just be very careful with this and, as you can see, i'm just lifting the lace up so that it's not directly touching my forehead. So i went ahead and did the ball cap method, and now i'm just applying this even lace glue and i'm just using the tip of this comb to blend the glue out so that i can evenly spread the product. And i only did this one layer right here honestly. This is all that you need unless you plan on wearing it for more than two weeks and then once it has mostly dried clear, because this glue does take a little bit longer to completely dry clear. But once it's mostly dried down, i go ahead and lay that lace down on top of it. So i went ahead and i cut that lace off and now i'm going to do baby hairs. So i'm only doing the two baby hairs that i always do on my temples, so i'm just pulling some hair out on both sides and just making sure that they look symmetrical and even so once i'm satisfied. I just went ahead and i cut it short. Not too short, so that way, i have a little bit more room to work with, so you want to cut longer than short because, like i said, if you cut it too short and then you mess it up, there's no going back. So it's best to just leave it long. So if you need to make some adjustments, you can - and i just like to use eco styling gel to lay them and i like to use the comb in on the edge brush because i just feel like. I have more control over it. I also pulled some hair out by my ears. I wasn't sure what i was going to do with that. I didn't know if i wanted to do sideburns that i normally do or do like long sideburns and curl them. So i wasn't really sure, but i just went ahead and pulled that out just to have it out the way, and now i am parting, the hair. So i'm doing a half up, half down type of look. So this is a 360 wig, so you can put it up into a ponytail if you wish honestly, i cannot see in the back of my head and i can't really see what i'm doing so. It makes it a little bit more difficult to do so. I'M just doing a half up style, so here i'm just pulling out my bangs, because i also want to do bangs. So i'm just pulling some hair out and just making sure that i have an even amount of hair and i'm tying the hair up and back so that it's out the way so that i can curl the rest of this hair. And i'm also just going to twist the front of this bang up as well, so i can see - and it's not in my face - and here i was just going in with some jam - and i was just doing that so i could slick the size down now. I am taking this bio silk: silk therapy. I really love this stuff because it really adds some shine and moisture to the hair and it also helps the curls really bounce whenever i put heat to hair, so i'm just going to apply this all throughout the bottom. Half of the wig, so i'm using my oval shape, curling wand. I really love this wand, i'm starting to get the hang of it at first. My curls weren't that great, but i feel like i'm getting better with more practice and i really do like how it curls. So i am curling away from my face and that's how i will be doing the curls all throughout the wig. So with this style, i'm not sectioning off the parts or anything, i'm just grabbing random pieces of hair and curling them, and that's how i will curl this entire bottom half this hair already had a wavy texture. So that's why i'm just grabbing random pieces and curling. It so it won't take much to blend the wand curls with the actual pattern of the hair, the natural texture of the hair. It will blend really easily. I have finished one side of the hair and it really didn't take long at all, especially with the technique that i was doing so i'm just going to start on the other side and i'm literally doing the same thing. So i just start with grabbing pieces at the top and then i'll start grabbing pieces of hair at the bottom. So the middle of the hair really won't get touched, but, like i said, you won't even be able to tell because it will all blend in really nicely together, and this is what i was saying earlier after i completed the top half, i'm grabbing the hair underneath And curling that as well, so that it can blend with the rest of the hair. So it's a really quick, simple and easy technique to do, and i'm going to do the same to the top half: it's not a lot of hair. So this won't take long at all, and i have this wand turned up to the highest temperature. She'S turned up to the max, so it is very hot. I don't know if you can see the smoke or the steam coming off of it, but yeah. I literally let it sit on the wand for like five seconds and then took it off and, as you can see, it's curling really well and the bangs are the last pieces that need to be curled. So same thing. I'M curling away from my face and i actually use the comb to get it off of the wand so that i don't burn my fingers and yeah. That'S pretty much it for curling. This took me maybe 20 minutes to do the whole entire wig. I did cut the bangs because i didn't want them shorter, but that pretty much completes the look. I will separate the curls with my fingers and i am very satisfied with the end. Look: it's fun, it's cute and it's perfect for summer, even though it's almost coming to an end, but it's not over yet. As i mentioned before, it is a 360, so you can put it up in a high ponytail if you wish, and this wig was very easy to install.
