The songbird of that room give me some hey everybody. Thank you so much for tuning back in to my channel. So today's video I'm just going to jump right in it's going to be about a hair company in which I purchased here from with my own money. Just so you're aware of it, I did purchase this with all my own money. I do not get sponsored or anything like that to try different here so jumping right into it. This company that I received here from I'm I li like pissed off and disappointed about it. This hair came from superb wigs, so I did a lot of reviews on superb wigs and I don't know if they are getting my third or what the case might be. So, just to let y'all know this week is butchered like a mug okay, because I tried every whichaway now prior to purchase purchasing this week. I did measure my head. I'M like a 21 inch all around and probably like a 22. If I want like the extra room and stuff like that, however, I purchased this week and on the website, they had their measurements of 23 inches or 20 2.5 inches. So I'm like okay, I know for sure that this week will fit my head without any problem. Sorry, I don't mean to be flashing, y'all and nothing like that, but anywho, because you know it's a lot of people out here on YouTube that are getting sponsored and little do. We know you know they're getting paid for these sponsorships or they're getting free, hair or whatever the case may be, but I mean it's really messed up for the consumers, us that are looking at these YouTube videos before we purchased it here and it's not right. So basically, I purchased a wig, the wig was Lily, it was a straight wig. I got than 150 density, yeah, 150 density and yeah, and I got it in the average we kept or the medium. I believe it was medium I'll put the specs down below exactly what I got so when I got the week this week had comes in the week a comes here here here and I suck them out. Okay, I even took out the adjustable straps of this week. Right, so this is the week there's no stretch to this whatsoever. If you do this, this part stretches okay. This is fine, but here to here it is not stretch they sent an elastic band. They also had like a velcro piece in here too, didn't work. I'M going to insert pictures here or here showing you when I put this wig on my head. It didn't even come past my hairline. This is my natural hairline. It didn't come past my hairline, and I made sure that I filled all my hair back push the bag this week. When I budge period. Okay, the hair was extremely extremely thin. It'S pretty thin. I mean the hair felt great. Don'T get me wrong. The hair felt great, but it's just the fact that you guys are putting these wigs on the site and y'all not taking it into consideration like the actual measurements, like the amount of lace that was left on the wig was ridiculous. It was like they had started. It was like lace all the way down to my nose, but they started the the hairline all the way back here. So I was just like what in the hell did I just purchase, so the wig was 193 dollars. So I was pretty much upset about that. I was actually pissed off, so I tried to contact them and I let them know hey the week per your measurements. The week that I purchased isn't right the week that I got is like 20 inches around, maybe even 19, but it's definitely not what y'all standing our description, 22 and a half. So then she sends me a video and says to make the wig cap larger. Do this so it was a video of Patrick Starr, getting his hair done by some beauty, guru or stylist or whoever she may be. I don't know so. I tried it and then of course nothing happened. So this was like my first 360, so I'm like huh. Maybe you got ta like cut in here where I was like you know. Maybe if I cut in here, I can finesse it a little bit because I'm not really looking to put it in a bun or anything like that and, as you can see, this column here is still intact. The columns all around here looked like this, but I took them out like who wants a column right here come on now, so I wish that I could fake my hair off that I have in right now and if you want to know this is some curly Hair that I sell on my website here so yeah mommy, and you know I don't really like to bad-mouth companies and stuff like that, because I mean I can show y'all like plenty of times like I actually buy here with my own money. So I mean I have boxes, and boxes are here that I purchased with my own money. I don't get sponsored, but I just feel like it's bogus that you know these youtubers they get on here and they may be getting paid a little change to do. You know a review or whatever it may be, and it's not right when people get it, it's not the same exact hair that you get well that you saw. Rather, you know what I'm saying like. I think that that's messed up. You know that people just doing it for the cloud well for the money or whatever the case may be, but I'm gon na get on here and i'ma. Let y'all know what's real i'ma, let y'all know this is what it is, and this is what it's not so. Buyer! Beware of this trash. Okay. If the weak specs was like it said, it would have been fine and the end of audacity of them. When I contacted them do you know, I paid a hundred and ninety three dollars for this wig and they had enough nerve to tell me oh well, what we can do is we can sing you $ 30 $ 30. The wig don't fit. What is $ 30 gon na do for me for a hundred ninety-three dollar wig that I can't even wear if y'all don't stop playing with me, so I was pissed off. Oh, you know I was like you know what Ling Ling y'all can hit y'all money it. You know, I'm saying, forget it, but I'm gon na make sure that I blast y'all all over YouTube. So buyer! Beware of this trash I mean you can look at other videos and everything, and you can see that youtubers that are probably getting sponsored. You know what I'm saying are they they may send them the better product, the product, that's right or whatever the case may be, but this here this isn't right. So I'm going to be dropping another video tomorrow to show y'all what a 360 wig is supposed to look like I mean, like I said I do purchase here. I mean I purchased from what is this beauty forever? As a pearl? You know beauty forever again friggin alley pearl again. You know what I'm saying I purchased one of these companies, so I mean this ain't, no type of finesse that no stuff like that. But this is how a we, a real construction of a week, is supposed to be. There'S no column here and I'm going to be doing a review on this week. So there's stretch here, there's a column on the side and this side, there's also a column in the back of the week is: will okay. This is how a week 360, you can stretch this with this crap here when I cut the ladies, you can say all the dear friends like you can't even stretch this. Where is it going? It'S not budging, it's budging. Why would I need it to stretch from my nape up to here? I don't know you know what I'm saying. I'M gon na insert the picture. So y'all can see this that I was saying $ 493, so I said you know what I'll charge it to the game I'll charge it to the game, because it's like you know, I have a hair company, but you know you want to see what your competition Is what else is out there? You know what I mean so like looking at stuff like this, I mean I see why people who rather spend take the high road and save up and spend two hundred three hundred dollars for some hair, because if you send the stuff out like this baby, what Is this: what is this? You can't even put this on your head, so, like I said I mean I cut it up, good, I'm like okay, let's see, I even tried the elastic band and I took the elastic band out. It came with it like the little velcro one did she put on there, but that wasn't about nothing. So I tried the other one. They sing you some other, like the the little elastic band that you can get from Walmart, but it didn't village, of course, because it's not stretchy this lace, it's like they machine West. It is so good. It'S at a point to where there's no stretch and like the tracks on here are from like here to here. Instead of this circle, pin here, circle was a little bit larger. It was like they just started constructing this week and they did not care. They did not do no measurements, they just like this is my job. You know I'm saying: hey, yeah, that's what is this. This is exactly what this week was like. Somebody was like. I don't care about work today I mean other than that, like I don't have a brush where I do, but it's on the floor. Sorry y'all, but like the the hair was nice, the hair was pretty nice. I mean the concept they had. They got the concept. Now but buyer, beware of curb! Buyer! Beware! Save your coin! Look elsewhere! Do your research, because if you do not because one thing I do notice with all of them all of like the little wig companies and here companies and all that crap they take pictures of. Like people did they never even sponsor before or pictures that they may pull up on Google and they just have at it. You know what I'm saying it. What they do is they'll take the picture. Indy and they'll put it alongside their wig and there'll, be like. Oh, this is what it looks like and all of this stuff and it be like sus sus. We watch her on youtube. We know that i'd show here. We notice not the Heritage House shipping out for our koi. We know that so it'd just be like. While I think, like that's the stuff that kills me so beware, I don't know if there are other wigs are like that, I'm just speaking on this week in particular, this is the week that I purchased from them four hundred and ninety three dollars, and it was Crap, okay, so again I will be inserting pictures and um. I have a few more or a hair of you. That'S going to be coming up. I know I be in Miami in and out. You know because I do run my own business um and I just work and I'm a full-time single mom, so you know I try and get to this when I can so sometimes it'd be weeks, but I just wanted to let y'all know about this. Ladies before you off spin our coin or fellas, if you purchase them for your your significant other, you know what I'm saying. I just wanted to make you all aware of this, because you know we work hard for our money and we want to make sure that what we're getting is worthwhile. You know me, so I'm just keep doing this because this this ain't it okay. This is not it, but this is our Malaysian curly here we do have Malaysian curly, so I am going to be putting up a vendor's list, so y'all can see the vendors list for allure Lance comm, which is my website. You know I don't have a problem with you know, sharing my competition, you know what I'm saying. I mean it's enough room for everybody to eat in this game. Don'T ever think that it's not I mean we sell lashes, we do it all. So our vendors list is gon na be coming up, so y'all can look at that. Take a look at that. You know I am going to be talking about this company. I bought them. You know relatively affordable here from them being loved, so just be on the lookout for those videos but anyways. TheyLoveHeaven: I was trying to get a wig from them. I ordered it. It was $264. I made sure everything was correct, address, billing address, card number. I placed my order and it was all good , they send a conformation email asking to check over that every was right AND IT WAS ALL CORRECT LIKE I REALLY MADE SURE bc I’ve had the issue in the past where I didn’t make sure. But a little while after I placed my order it said that something was wrong and they wanted to make sure the card wasn’t stolen bc a lot of the time people try to do fraud so they asked for an ID to match the name on the card. So I did just that and sent them the name on the ID and everything. And they kept asking for a picture of the ID. I sent it like 3/4 times. They take forever to get back to u as well so that was frustrating. It wasn’t until finally they Sent a picture of my order and said the billing address was wrong. Which had me confused. But anyways I asked if I could change it and they said it’s been over 24 hours. Like duh yah take forever to contact me back and u never told me the address was wrong. Had me looking dumb for sending the pictures of the ID more then once not telling me what the issue was. Just saying that they needed a picture of the ID. And I asked for a refund and they said it should take up to 48 hours. And it’s been that. So I wrote them a email asking if they have got to my refund and no response yet. I should of really listened to the comments saying this website was no good. The hair that the youtubers got from them seemed really good and was exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure eventually they will get shut down unless they change the way they do things. I also left a comment on their Instagram page. Best believe imma get my money back. I want something else and I can use that money to do so. Shit is so annoying

mcreary1: SMH same exact issue I had with Dolahair.. the 13*6 was more like a 10*4. The straps caused the edges to lift, and the cap size was not what I ordered. But everyone else review hyped them. I hate that black people will sell out for money and help their own people dump money down the china drain.

ng w: Their customer service is so bad I was buying a wig and then I was realizing that the lace would be too dark and the cancellation policy said that I could cancel it as long as it hasn’t shipped yet and I tried for three days to cancel my order and they just constantly kept saying that the lace would match my skin tone and not letting me cancel my order even tho I knew it would be to dark! They would also respond a night to try to get me to not respond in time. It then they shipped it any ways cost me 311$
