No Bleached Knots | Slay Your Lace Frontal Without Using Bleach! Omgqueen

You can have the same look when wearing your frontal WITHOUT having to bleach the knots. When bleaching knots it may lessen the life span of the frontal *especially if it is sewn into a style. This video will demonstrate EASILY how to wear your lace frontal without lifting the hair (bleaching the knots)

1) Tint the lace:

Tinting the lace using fabric dye, tea or hair dye. Tint it to match your skin tone.

2) Conceal the knots:

Conceal the knots by using foundation or concealer.

a) Apply one coat of concealer (that is a tad bit lighter than your skin tone)

b) Then spray a liberal amount of hairspray to seal the concealer. Allow it to dry completely.

c) REPEAT STEPS a & b

3) Style and werk :)

*this will most definitely last a while between washes. If it washes away reapply concealer in Step 2...

Welcome back guys for the second video of this series. I know you guys have been waiting for this, so here it is. I play that frontal without bleaching the nuts let's get into it, but if you have not seen the previous video on how I make this unit very easy within an hour, you guys really quick wig using a hot glue method, very natural wig is. We have to think that go ahead and click the link above so that you can see that and then come back and watch this video first things. First, we got a tenth of lace. Tinting, the lake's gives you a natural look right off the back. You guys I'm going to be taking right guy because I just have so many of these at home, and my mom also has tons of these. So you can use things like hair dye, semi-permanent color. You can use coffee tea to each of them. But for me I'm going to be using it with right dye. I have a variety of different colors, ranging from tan to dark brown to dark cocoa. Pretty much all these shades. You are going to take some boiling hot water. I just put mine in the microwave and you're going to customize this color, so you take a drop of one put another drop in just customize. It take a white paper towel paper, anything that's transparent, so that you can really see that shade and basically add color. As you go - and this is going to give you that first step to tinting your legs, the goal here is for you to match it to your skin tone. When I have my clients come in, if it's necessary, I tend to late when my client is there with me at the shop. It just depends on what the lace looks like, so you have to customize it to your skin type. You guys so take your time with this add a few drops at a time if it's too dark add more water, so I'm going in and just adding color here and there, and I think I pretty much got the color solid right here. I put it up against my hand and if it works, it works pretty good for me. So this is what you want to do so once you determine that shade, you're going to dip your wig into this bowl make sure that the water is hot. So if your water has cooled down during this time, stick it back in the microwave put it back on so get that water hot and after that, you guys you're going to dip your wig or your lace closure your lace frontal, whatever you're going to be tinting Dip it into water and let it sit, I think, I'll. Let my sit for about maybe 20 minutes but check it periodically come back and make sure that it's not too dark or is not too light, and once you do that baby, you one step closer to slaying, a frontal watch, the hair, you let the hair dry And the next step is we're going to conceal those not using foundation or concealer. So what's going to do when you have, your 360 is completely dry, I'm going to add some foundation or concealer and seal it in with the hairspray. I learnt this trick from a Facebook group that I am a part of, so what I'm going to do is take some concealers. You can use powders whatever you want, but I'm going to be using concealers, either two concealers that I'm going to be using just actually online. These are two concealers that I'm going to use them by Mac, they're pretty thick and I'm going to just pretty much mix them up, because our scalp is a lot lighter than our actual face or skin complexions that a bit lighter. I don't like to go completely. The same color as my foundation, so this is my foundation shade here: NC 50 by Mac, but this is a NW or NC NC, 30 NC 50. I'M going to mix these two just to lighten it up a little bit, because I don't want my scalp to look like my forehead, like that's not what's top supposed to look like, so I'm going to do a pump here of it. Nc 54 long pump you're going to get something just a little bit like that's. I like, I am NOT going to focus this color right here at the peak of the hairline. You know why? Because this is going to lay right on your forehead or your your hairline, so your scalp is going to show so do not apply it right up against the hairline. I like to take it a little bit back so typically, where ever these combs start I'd like to apply the color there. Now I learnt this just because when I apply this to my forehead and I apply it all over, you can see you can see it. It doesn't look good, so I like to keep it back here about maybe a half an inch away from the actual hairline and just a light layer. You see how you can see that you can see it is not too heavy. You don't want to be extra. Heavy you just wanted to look like Scalia now you can see that now I'm going to take some hairspray. This is by Rick, and this is control addict 28. This is like my favorite hairs forever, because you to use this at the salon. I worked in loved it, but this is the extra hi hold hairspray, whatever hairspray guys have just make sure that it's a high hold spray, we're going to use the hairspray to seal in the color. You want to do it for the bottom part you can, but I don't do that spray, a generous amount. Let it sit, let it dry come back. Do another coat spray again, let it sit, let it dry. You should be good to go now that you allow your unit to dry. You can go ahead and wear a cap underneath if you find it necessary, I don't think it really made a huge difference, but I'm just trying it out and see what it looking like and then I'd be. Like. Oh look at that you guys what not tell me that don't look like exhibit. Tell me tell me: I want to know what lace, what not okay, you guys can achieve this very look yourself. You really can, if you guys, follow these steps and take your time with it. Take your time - and I know you can do it no not have been bleached on this. You guys I like to use this technique. Sometimes, when I sew down my frontals for my clients, because most of the time when we believe the knot that weakens the hair and then that frontal starts to shed shit-shit and then you got a big old boss bot on there. So this is another option. If you really want to protect the longevity for your front tools or your lace front, wigs, this alternative method is really good, especially when you are sewing down and you're going to be keeping it on your head for a while and to finish, is taking the curling Wand and throwing in some loose curls this hair is great only because it's soft and it's really pretty, but it holds the curl really good and typically we're straight here. I haven't came across a lot of stray hair that holds the girl and I've been wearing this wig about two weeks and I haven't curl my hair since so I just love how it holds the curl and it looks so natural if you guys enjoyed this video. Be sure to give me a thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe and share this with your friends. I really hope this was beneficial for some of you guys. You always know questions leave them below and I will get to them. If you guys have any suggestions or videos, you want me to do as well: leave them below all hair details will be listed below in the description box and, if you haven't seen me, create this week be sure to check out the video right there. I'Ll see. You guys in the next one bye, bye,

KAREN BAYRD: Girl!! You just save my lace front!! Thank you!

A Touch Of Magic: Thank you so much for this information! I will do this with my closures and frontals.  It seems so much easier than the bleaching process.  Thank you Diva.  This unit looks amazing.

CanDoesIt: Thank you soooooo much for this. I really didn't want to bleach the knots for fear of weakining the knots so this was right on time. 1 million thumbs up and and a new sub!!

Donna Clark: Thank you so much Jazz for this video!! So helpful! New subbie here!

Simply A GreenButtaFly: Thank you for sharing this. I.purchased my very first frontal and I was so nervous about bleaching my knots. I'm try this method...You rock queen

Sistah J: You look gorgeous, and this is a very helpful video!

Latoya Andrews: Beautifully done !! I am loving the hair

LuvL3LadeV: Great tips! Thank you for sharing ❤️

Tishina T: so glad I found this video because I ordered a 360 lace frontal and I've been searching on YouTube on how to make it look beautiful and natural. I learned all about bleaching and tinting. I started to wonder if I could achieve the same look by skipping the bleaching part. glad to have found this video for confirmation haha thankyou. a zoomed in picture comparing bleached knots and this method would be very appreciated

Luli Mau: Thank you, what a great tutorial.

T R: im still learning about frontals and bleaching knots, so my question is what was the purpose of dying the lace if you were going to use concealer? Wouldnt the concealer do the job on its own?

R Jordan: What a great idea abt the extra hold spray. I usually keep reapplying powder or concealer after it wears off. Now, hopefully I won't have to. Thanks girl

Unique Investor Concepts: Yes you did it thank you.. love this technique waaay better than taking a chance on over bleaching and ruining a unit Thank you!!

M Davis: You are definitely a diva of your craft, @MsJazzy2Classy! My husband bought me my very first lace front wig for Christmas and I'm scared, lol, but I plan on customizing. I've already bleached once but perhaps I didn't leave it on long enough because I don't notice a difference in the knot color. Do you have suggestions for the Saga Remy Lace Front Cleopatra 14-inch? A tut would be fabulous! Also, how do you feel about not wearing a wig cap? They're rough on my edges, which I'm trying to get healthier. Any suggestions you could share would be much appreciated seeing as I'd like to NOT mess up this $200 wig, lol!

Starring Shameka : Your hair looks so natural!

Upper Class Brows: Instead of the white paper towel I just use small pieces of the excess lace to make the correct color.

CaPriel Annissa: This has been super informative thanks soooo much this method is mind blowing and saves time as well.

MsShayelove: Great vid doll.. loving this series..

Ishaiah Baker: how could someone ever thumb down this video?  I love this pooh!!!!!!!!

A Shade of Ebony: Thank you you saved me from bleaching

Sunnydays Forever: Thank you! Great Job!!

Ms. Mommie: Thanks so much for sharing. I tried to bleach mine before and the hair started falling out in clumps when I washed it. I'm scared to try again, but this method is a great alternative!

A_World _Full_Of_ Lies: Pretty girl! Thanks for the tip! :)

Georgia Peach: GREAT job, I love your vids, so once lace is tinted with rit dye or tea, is it permanent? or after wear then washing, is tinting required again? Thank you.

Verda Renee: Hmmm, this is worth a try for sure because I'm still new to bleaching and I always end up with blonde roots! When I get ready to beach a new wig/frontal I just go ahead and buy some black dye too because I know I'm going to have to go back and re-dye my roots black lol Bleaching is so tricky and so easy to mess up!

Sam D: What bleach...What knots? You did that girl! Love the look, especially cuz it looks natural. #ImANewSubscriber

Tabitha Ragin: That was a great job

nakia crook: You are very talented!! Im new to wigs, but interested in purchasing my first full lace wig. I see when u cut the lace you're suppose to leave some around the hairline I guess to make it look more natural. My question is how lace should u leave, can you do a tutorial on cutting the lace?

King Shar: Can you do a video with you doing a clients sew in with a frontal ? By the way I love your new method and your hair

Nae Stewart: How does this hold up when washing the hair over periods of time?

Bridgette Hunt: how do you automatically know which concealers to use per client. I'm new to this and, trying to get as much information as I can. Thanks so much. You explain everything so clearly

Stephanie Carr: Beautiful job! Man..I WISH I had that problem- my lace is ALWAYS to dark..I HAVE to bleach..and it almost always leaves the hairline weakened and more prone to shed...sigh..

daughter number 5: girl you do very nice work

Thea Woody: hey Jazzy, love the video. ? does the hair spray seep through the lace, onto the root of the hair & make the roots of the hair stiff/ hard. also ? do u have to repeat the step over after u wash the unit .

Kaenicole: Looks so natural

Sandra Bembry: Bleaching makes me really nervous as well. I will be trying the method tonight. I will come back to let you know how it turns out for me.

Beverly Frederick: Awesome Tutorial - Thanx 4 Sharing With Us ☆☆☆☆☆

Crystal Lanette: this is a good ass video...I was really about to bleach my lace..idk what hell I'm doing lol.

Kisslocks Raw Hair: This is good method to prevent bleaching your knots,we have customers always want us to bleach their knots, however I highly recommend this new way to get things done,it's phenomenal and most creative things you've ever used before!

Felice Dupree: Hello msjazzy2classy...first let me start off by telling you i over love your videos....thanks for sharing with us. Second thing is, if i don't wear makeup foundation or concealer how do i know what brand and color will work best for me, for years i wanted to ask this question and choose to be hardheaded and bleach my knots because i didn't wear make up. But now a lot of my wigs looks like the scalp on a sore but lighter, so can you please help me with on how to get the right color foundation or concealer for my wigs, I'm dark skin, i try to order the dark brown lace wig but i see they have started to make them in only light brown with RPG Show. If you want dark brown you have to get it customized...took me years to ask so I'm asking now...please help! Thank you

Cynthia Smith: you did a wonderful job question how many inches is your lace frontal?

Victoria Moore: you did great about ima try it next week girl

Marvette Anderson: for sealing and holding the got 2be freeze it spray works well too ladies.

Kimberly Drane: Girl I love you thank you so much for that video

HairDeLaCreme: Jaz comes thru with the leaks!

Rayge Monét: Yyyesss!!! This is a wonderful alternative! I have to share this!

Tiffany: omg! Thank you❤

angel charles: What color rit did you use in this vlog? It came out beautiful and natural.

neshadfashion: Will the concealer work for closure that will sewed down? Would you suggested putting the concealer on before sewing it down or after?

honeyray1978: Thank you for this video

Jo Freeman: I am so glad that I found your channel. I like your slay because you can corn row your own hair. Then you put on the stocking cap. Then you show how you do all this without using glue on your edges using bands and four hooks. How much for the hair I see here on your video plus unit frontal price altogether?

elaine Nelson: AMAZING!!!!!!! Tfs

QueenCoCoaMocha: I knew I should have waited for this video! UGH! Wish this video came weeks ago with my 360 damage done will try again...

Tisha Harry: I need you to customize my wig!!! OMG you're GOOD

Quiera Collins: Thank you so much didn't want to bleach anything

Kendrick Virginia: Thank you ! I will not be bleaching my lace frontal

Theyylovesanii: Could I just tint my lace with the dye, and not bleach and do all of the extra?

Tadriana Thomas: Yas! Jazzy you better slay!

Sandra Oh: what happens if it’s too dark?

Chels Keaton: I saw a comment under a video where a woman said she used acrylic paint on her lace frontal instead of foundation/concealer. I feel like that could stiffen the fabric however. Could you use fabric paint on your lace instead of concealer for a more permanent and water-resistant alternative?

Barbara Chukwu: if my lace is darker, should I have the solution lighter?

Beez Bugz: can I do this on a full lace? also what is the purpose of both the dye and concealer? does the dye help with knots while the concealer matches scalp skin tone?

jenna keti: What if the lace comes darker than my scalp?

Unique Investor Concepts: Last inquiry.once you seal with hair spray and wear unit. when it's time to wash the unit. do you B.C. to repeat the tinting with Ritz process over again

Raine X: You just saved my life I can get off YouTube and go do my hair thanks

Everything Exclusive llc: Thanks for the information. How did you come up with that?

Sarah J: If you use a cap, Do you still have to tint the lace?

Kiara Braggs: im getting my frontal sewed down so 1. do you have to dye it first and two how long will the make up last since i cant just take it off and put more make up on it

Melissa Dumas: What about the front knots??

Flinabin: You are so funny !!! I love listening to you !!

trulyblissful: Does anyone know how to color correct a over dyed lace. I made mine too dark. Any suggestions?

prnoflin: This a great idea. But what about the knots on the hairline that are still visible where you don't put the makeup? Do you do something to those knots where they don't show as much or do you just leave them as they are?

L. B: well done sweetie looks very natural..❤. why u don't wear ur real hair or do tutorials on it, would love to see them..

Crystal: off topic.. :) what is the color on your nails? Btw.. I've been following you forever. ;) Everything I've learned was from you and a few other YouTubers. Thanks so much and keep sharing :)

Mrs.RED'VON 77: love the video

IamRoyalTee: Gr8 job Jazzy.

kweya Inspires: Great job and thanx for sharing but one question do we need to buy more than one dye to match the Color

brooke: Does this method work with synthetic wigs ?

Shay Laya: How long does the makeup stay on ?

blueangel1985: Did you glue down the frontal in the front or the back? You cut the remaining cap out, will the combs hold this wig in place to where it looks natural when wearing a ponytail? All of these questions because I want to make one of these wigs. Just need some clarity. Thanks, BA.

Desiree Williams: how did you secure the wig?

Renee Myricks: I saw another you tube video of a girl who just used foundation and she said she's been doing it for years. I am getting my frontal done Friday and am gonna use the foundation method but my question for u is...does the tint cause shedding? because i know bleaching does.

Rita Marie: Great video

Mz Prettywingz: can you zoom in so we can see a close up?

I am DivaNicole: Clear matte spray paint works to seal the concealer and knots also.

Tanya Hamlett: this i can do.. i havent been successful @ bleaching knots on my units. can u do this on units that have already been bleached?

Linna: Can this be used on deep wave weave where u gonna be using water most time

Vertulia Pinckney: Nice!!!!

Ariane Barnes: nice love ur vids

Joy N: can you do this with a synthetic wig

Shea Shea: thank you so much

kweya Inspires: U r amazing

gloria brown: I bought a frontal and the lace is to dark for me how would I lighten the color of the lace
