Bomb Kinky Straight Wig Install + Curling Tutorial | Wow African

Hey guys welcome to my channel, my name is fatima and today's video i'm going to be installing this unit, which is from wow african. This is what the box looks like super cute. I'M super obsessed with this hair. I'M going to show you guys how i got my hair to look like this. This is their kinky straight texture, i believe so. Let me just zoom in a little bit, so you guys can see that the texture really just looks like it's like you know my hair, but straightened or it looks like it could be, leave out or something like that. So i love how natural this texture looks. I am super obsessed with that, but yeah, if you guys, are interested in seeing how i got my hair to look like this and stay tuned. So this is the wig that i'm going to be installing today, which is from wow african. This is 20 inches of their yaki shirt. I believe the only thing i did before installing this unit is that i went in and straightened the hair when this came in. It was more of like a it, looked like a blowout type of texture, but i wanted it to be like more so straight. So now that i straightened it. This like feels like my natural hair, when i would straighten it, and i absolutely love that this is a 13x6. I don't get 13x6 austin anymore, so i always get really excited when i hear complete sensing 13x6. This came already customized bleached plucked. All of that so yeah with that being said, let's get right into the install. I already have like a hairstyle in mind that i want to do, which is just like a layered curled vibe, pretty much. The first thing that i'm going to do is cut the air times off as usual. Okay, so the air tabs are cut off. The next thing that i'm going to be doing is going in with the oven spray and spraying everything and spraying the hairline. Once i spray the hairline, i'm going to tie everything down with an elastic band and i'm going to let that sit for some minutes until everything dries down and then i'm going to come back to cut the excess lace off. Okay, guys, i'm back! So it's been a couple minutes and this is definitely dry, so i'm going to go ahead and take this elastic band off okay, so i parted out all of my baby hairs, and so now i'm gon na go in with some more oven, spray and kind of Just get the edges because they are lifted, as you guys can see. After cutting off um, all the excess leaves. Sometimes it lifts up so okay, so i did my baby hairs. Honestly, i'm not a huge fan of how my baby hairs. Look, i'm probably going to go back in and change them up and like fix them up a little bit, but for now i'm just going to go ahead and start styling this unit. So the first thing that i'm going to do is flatten everything out with my hot comb. I'M going to go in first with my character, lab stick as per usual and just apply that to the top right here and like i said, i love the fact that this is a 13x6 principle, because the frontal literally all goes all the way to like the Middle of my head - and i literally love that okay guys, so i find everything out with the hot comb. I also went in and thinned out my baby hairs a little bit um. So now we can get onto the styling of this hair so to style. This hair, i wanted to give myself some curls, i'm going to curl this hair with my flat iron. So the first thing that i need to do is layer. My hair, i'm also going to give myself like a blunt cut. At the end, the thickness of this hair is really not that bad. It'S not like super thin on the ends or anything like that, but just because i'm going to go in and curl, i want everything to be like perfect. So i'm going to give myself a blunt cut on the ends and then i'm going to layer everything else. As you guys can see it's like shorter in the front, this hair is like a little bit more poofy than like regular body wave or like straight hair. Even but i feel like that's going to give me some nice body to the hair. It'S gon na be really um beautiful, thick curls, and i know that the curls are going to stay quite long because this hair has like texture. So so so i'm done curling and i have to say i am quite obsessed with the way this turned out like this turned out so freaking cute um, so yeah i feel like this is gon na look even better once the curls fall a little bit, but As you guys can see like, i have like a really nice bang situation going on in the front, so i love the way this turned out. I think this looks so cute and so grown. I'M gon na go and do my makeup and then i will be back to film the outro, for you guys, okay guys, so this pretty much concludes the video for today.
