Hey queens and kings. I hope you are doing well. Thank you for clicking my video in today's video. It'S going to be more than just a wig show and tell i'm going to show you guys how i got this blue black hair color. I knew i wanted something that was like a natural hair color, but i also wanted a pop of color, so i told myself it's time to go for the blue black. This is exactly what i wanted. If you guys would like to see how i got my hair color and here my final thoughts on the wig, please stay tuned. Today'S wig is brought to you by you, nice hair. That was kind enough to send me their 13x4 hd lace, frontal wig! If you are interested in this wig, the direct store link to this wig, their direct store and social media links will be in the description box. Here is a close-up of what inside of the wig looks like you, get a 13x4 hd lace, parting space behind the parting space. You get two combs another comb in a nape area with adjustable straps. The lace is soft lace and i love how it comes lightly. Tinted to brown: this is what the hairline looks like straight out of the package. It comes really lightly pre-plucked and you also get baby hairs and the knots do not come bleached off camera. I went and unbleached the knots i used. Bw2 bleaching powder mixed with 40 volume developer and i left the bleach on the knots for about 45 minutes to an hour after i went in and bleached the knots i went in off camera and blow dried the wig. This is the end result. I'M definitely going to go in later on and customize that hair line - and i already inserted my parting because i'm going in and bleaching this hair, i want to section off the hair. I think sections help make coloring the hair way more easy right now. I have some pretty thick sections, but the thicker it is the quicker i will get through it and because this wig is just one color and it's another dye going on it. It'S totally fine. So i'm gon na take that bw2 bleaching powder pour it in the bucket and i'm going to go in with 30 volume developer this time and mix those together. My bleach consistency, i would say, is a little bit runny, but it's still thick, but mostly runny. So now i'm going to start from the back section in a nape area and i'm just slapping the bleach on the hair and while i'm putting it on, i'm gon na go through and start moving everything around and flipping over the other side. So i can make sure i get the bleach on the other side as well, and i'm also making sure that i'm trying to get every strand as i can. I don't really bring the bleach all the way up to the roots, but you can do that. If you would like, when the dye go on, the roots is just going to make the roots of the hair like super jet black instead of blue black. So let me explain that just a little bit more better, the parts that the bleach didn't touch, which will be by the roots when i put the hair dye on there, is going to turn the roots of the hair color jet black. Now that i'm at the front part this whole section right here is the front side of the frontal. This part, i want the color to be close to the roots, but i don't want the roots blue black, so i want to have the illusion in the front like as if the blue black was kind of growing out, so i'm just like adding little streaks right Here, but trying not to get it too close to the top. So now i am all done putting the bleach on the hair. I left the bleach on the mannequin head sitting there for about 25 more minutes. You can keep it sitting there a little longer. If you would like the color just a little bit more vibrant but 25 minutes was enough for me, plus on top of that it was already processing. So now, i'm gon na wash out the bleach with some mirror smooth shampoo. This is by paul mitchell, i'm going in and thoroughly washing the wig with the warm water i went in and shampooed this wig twice completely washed out the shampoo. If you love the final results on the bleach, you could always go in with the conditioner after, but if you would like to apply some color to it, then i don't recommend the conditioner just yet on camera. As you can see, the color is pretty dark, but don't be alarmed it's going to get brighter, or maybe i was just worried, my bad, so i'm going to go in with this blow dry misting spray. It helped me blow dry the wig way quicker. I don't know what's in it, but there's something in it that helps the blow dry time cut down, so i'm just parting, the wig in rows and sections and just blow drying the hair. I know this is mad work, but if you want that styling you don't got to paint nobody to do it. This is how you do it boo, so i'm just trying to help i'm not going to show you guys the whole blow drying process. I just want you guys to know: i went in and blow dried the wig. This is the end result of what the wig look like after it's completely blow dried. This next part is optional. I'M going in and i'm going to add some light layers. You can go in and add your layers right now, because that would be less hair for you to color or you can go ahead and slap the die onto the wig and then add your layers later or some people is not really a big fan of layers. They don't want no layers at all, but for the key look that i'm going for with the curls. I need layers so right now, i'm just going in and adding some layers i'm done layering and the dye i'm going to use. Is this splat midnight indigo blue color, and this is super easy to mix you don't mix nothing you just section off the hair like i did again, you cut the top off. Then you just squeeze the color onto the hair and boom. You don't got ta mix. Nothing, the color is already basically mixed for you. It comes with a conditioner and a pack. So after you put the dye on the hair, all you have to do is condition you don't have to go in and shampoo again just conditioner. So i'm just slapping this. All over the hair on the wig, sometimes when i'm coloring hair, i like to go in with a rat tail comb. This helps me see if i missed any strands of hair color onto the wig and it also helps smooth out the hair color onto the hair. I only use two box dyes to achieve the color all over the wig. Now the two conditioners that come in the pack, i went in and washed out the wig and applied the conditioner on it. I let the conditioner sit on the hair for about five to eight minutes. Then i went in washed out the wig blow dried it, and this is what it looks like the next day in natural sunlight, and this was the exact hair color i wanted. I did not want the blue vibrant at all. This is perfect. I have two videos on how i pluck my virgin hair, wigs hairline, i'm going to leave them below and in those videos. I have time stamps, so you could just fast forward straight to me. Plucking, the left side is how the hair looks after being blow-dried. The right side is how my curls came out after i finished curling it with the curling iron. This is my first time completely styling a wig on the mannequin head down to the baby hairs. I told myself: let me try styling it completely on there, as if i was sending it out to a customer, but i would like to do the curls a little bit more tighter, so i'm going to go in with this heatless curling tool when using this tool, You could go in with damp hair and then wrap the hair around the stick, but because the curls are still fresh and new, i was just hoping it would just take the curls on the heatless curler tool, so i'm just taking the hair i'm starting from the Top and i'm just wrapping it around the curling stick and i'm just going to keep taking sections of that side and wrapping it around the stick now to secure the hair on the stick, i'm going in with that silk scungi and just tying the ends of the Hair, so it don't unravel and the same steps that i did on the left side is the same steps i'm going to do on the right side. If you try this heatless curling tool out make sure you clip the stick at the top, so it can stay in place. I left the stick on for at least one day. I could leave it on shorter than that, but it was a day later. I did this review now. I need to cut off the extra lace in the front, i'm trying to be very careful by pulling the baby hairs back, but still trying to cut right along the hairline. This wig is sitting on my head glueless right now. There is no glue or product applied to the lace and look how nice and blendable that lace look with my skin, but i would like the air tab to stay down for this wig show and tell so i'm going in with the bed head hard head spray. I will be spraying one layer of this on top of the lace by the air tab to the temple on the forehead and i'm just going to blow dry it all warm until it's completely dry, you can go in and spray the whole hairline. If you would like, you could even go in and use glue or who knows you might just love the glueless look, you could always go in with a elastic band, so you can make it an extra secure, snug fit, but i'm just going to install like this. For this wig show and tell boom look at that, the forehead is just bam. It'S just there like it's there and it's uncloggable. I love it. Now. I'M gon na touch up the baby hairs a little bit more, i'm going in with the black guy to bleed. Sorry talking too fast, i'm going in with the black guy to be glue gel. This is how the curls came out after i took the heatless curling tool out now, i'm going in and finger combing the wig just to add a little bit more volume to the curls. Now i'm going to take this maybelline fit me powder in the shade 360.. I'M applying some of this powder to the parting space, so the parting space could appear a little bit more like scalp, and i'm also going to apply some of it on top of the lace of the hairline. So the front of it could look a little bit more like skin as well. All right you guys right here is my end result and i am back with a stuffy nose, because the weather in new york do not know what it want to be. One minute is cold or when it's hot, but i am getting better for anybody, that's concerned. So what do you guys think? Would you rock this color? Is it a little too much? Do you not like it? Let me know your thoughts, but right now, i'm just gon na say my quick final thoughts on the wig. This wig length started out as 24 inches, but i went in and trimmed down some of the ends and also add my layers. So i would say the wig is about 18 to 20 inches on me and my height is five six. I love when i split the hair in the back. There isn't any track showing you can't see my wig cap, so that is a major plus. I do believe this wig only comes in one size, so it's like one size fits all and if you have a larger head, that's bigger than 22 inches. I still recommend i feel like you're in for the clear, because it's a lot of stretch cap room left in here, so i do believe it is big head friendly and if you have a small head, you could always crisscross the adjustable straps or even insert your Own elastic band, if i am correct, the hair density is about 150 percent and i really like the density. It'S not too thick, not too thin right in the middle, really nice. For every day, the hair took the color really well. I wanted to do this color for a while, and i wanted to make sure i had the perfect wig to do it and i'm happy that i chose to do it with you, nice hair, because the end result is beautiful and the hair holds a curl. On top of that, i had no tangling at all and the shedding is low plus i went in and plucked the hairline and the shedding is still low. I definitely recommend this wig definitely check out other reviews to make sure you are positive about your decision, but i honestly recommend thank you so much for taking time to watch. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below and i'll get by to them as soon as possible. Thank you so much. I have a good day.
