Hey guys it's blake Nalani here and today i just want to show you how I do my messy curly ninja bun, with a half wig, and this style is super super easy. It only takes between five to ten minutes to do. If you like you to try it out - and this is just something that I do because I can't wear my hair down at work and I want it to share the tips. So if you want to see how I get this look stay tuned, alright. First, I want to get this hair as flat as possible, and this is just not an easy thing to do, because I am NOT the best braider, but I'm attempting to do cornrows straight to the back. But I did braid the front sections to the side. For more security and the wig, the front comb of the unit actually will go into these braids, and so now I'm just taking a rubber band wrapping it around and tucking it behind my ear, and then we do the same thing with the other side. Cornrowing is just such a struggle for me, but arms hurting and all we are going to try to make it through these cornrows and just do our best. And now we're done - and this is the finish product of my not so good corn rolls - and next I'm going to take my 100 % black jamaican, castor oil by okay and this stuff is the bomb. So I cut all of my hair off a few years ago, and this stuff right here helped me grow. My hair back tremendously be sure to rub it in it's a very thick oil and use it very lightly. Next, we're just going to take our wake up and we are ready and set to go. I am just taking the wig cap and putting it behind those two side braids in the front, because the combs of the wig are actually going to go right in the front. Now I am taking the outre quick weave halfway amber, and this is what we're going to use to make our bun, and these are the combs right here. These combs are really awesome. You guys, I did a separate review on this unit. So if you want to check it out, it is in the description box and it is stretchy and big head friendly for those who are like me, and so now, I'm just putting it on and making sure those combs go into those two front braids and we Just put it on and just be fabulous. I absolutely love this unit. This is one of my favorite units because you can do so much to it, but next what you want to do is take some handy, dandy, scissors and just cut a small strand close to the roots of the unit and actually what we're going to be doing With these pieces, these are going to be your edges. Everyone is going to think that you have some balm, textured hair, I'm telling you it's just awesome and I actually do maybe about two or three sections of these, because this is actually going to be used with the team method and you're going to took these pieces And pinned them all the way around the unit, and so we'll put these to the side. Next, what you want to do is just flip the unit all the way up to prepare for your bun. You want to make sure that the unit is actually over those two braids right. There make sure you smooth the curls out in the back, because this unit is very curly and I just try to make sure that it's straightened in the back before I there's a bunt. So now I am just taking a hair tie and just making like a ponytail on the top. Next, you want to twist the ponytail and then just pin it into the shape that you like, and all I'm doing here is just adding a lot of pins. Until I get the shape of the bun that I want and when I'm pinning this I'm trying to make sure that I keep an eye on the shape of the bun, because I kind of want it messy, but I kind of want it neat. At the same time - and I just pin the back and the size to make sure that it's flat and that it legs a little bit more natural, so we'll be sticking all the way out like some wigs do next, you want to tease your pre-cut hair and All you're doing is using the team method and you're going to lift the unit and then just tuck the hair right underneath the front part of the unit. You do want to leave some outs and then make sure you secure it with a pin, and this is creating those edges you only because my hair is also blonde, and so this is actually hiding on that blonde patch that I do have, and that's it don't Forget to Like share tell a friend and also subscribe. Try it out. Let me know how it works for you, if you're, not sure what the team method is check out the video in the description box, you can find me at Blake Nalani on all social media I'll catch you all in my next video take care.
