Detailed Tutorial To Melt The Lace Like A Pro! 360 Yaki Wig Install Ft. Omgherhair

Hey guys welcome to my channel. My name is fatima in today's video. We will be installing this unit, which is from omg her hair. So if you guys are interested in seeing how i got my hair to look like this, then stay tuned. So this is actually a 360 wig, so there's lace all around the wig, as you guys can see, but i don't necessarily want to install this as like a full lace wig. So i'm actually going to cut off the all of the lace that i don't need. I'M not going to like glue the back down or anything like that. I'M just going to treat this as a normal wig and just um and just glue the front down so like i said this is from omg her hair. This is actually a yaki textured wig. So this wig is 22 inches, 150 density, it's pre-bleached pre-plucked, so all of that is already taken care of. I did go in and pluck just like this area a little bit more, but other than that honestly. This wig is plucked pretty well um, and then the knots are bleached perfectly um, 22 inches and the texture is yucky straight. This is the first yaki textured wig that i've ever had. I'M excited to be installing this and it's quite long as well. The texture feels really really natural, like this texture feels like my natural hair when i straighten it, so i feel like this wig is just going to end up looking really really natural kind of like my own hair, and so now. Let me just show you guys the goodies that came inside of the box, so the wig came inside of this pouch, which says omg her hair. It also came with this like satin headband, which is cute there's also like an elastic band. This is an adjustable elastic band, so you can put it at the back of your wig and then you're able to like tighten it or make it as loose as you want. So i think i'm actually gon na attach this to the back of my wig um. This is really helpful. They also sent me a comb, a wax stick, which is called the flyweight tamer um, some wig caps, and also like an elastic band on its own. So, thank you so much to omg her hair for those goodies with that being said, let's get right into this install the first thing that i'm going to do, like i said, is just cut off. All of the excess leaves that i don't need because, like i told you guys, there's lace all over this wig okay, so i cut all of the ear tabs off. I also put some cream foundation on the inside of the lace and i also attached the elastic band to the back of the wig. So everything fits really nice and snug. So now i'm going to go ahead and take my airbrush razor and just cut off all the excess lace before i go in and glue this down to glue this down, i'm going to be using actual wig glue this time. So i'm going to be using my um supreme ghost bun to glue this down and i'm excited this already looks like it's gon na look really good after i put the cream foundation on it's. Actually it matches my skin tone really well. So, let's get into this, i have glued the wig down completely. This wig does have rippling at the front. I don't know if you guys can see yeah, you guys can see. There'S like rippling right here. Rippling usually happens for me when um a wig is like too big for me or, like the lace just doesn't like, like it. Doesn'T it's not able to like stay flat on my head, so it causes rippling. If that makes sense, but it's cool - i mean i hate when that happens, but it's it's okay, it's workable! We'Re gon na work around it um, so i'm also going to spray. Some like i've, been on the lace and like tie everything down and hopefully that will help to like you know, um help with the rippling to reduce some of the rippling. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to part out all the hairs that i i'm going to use for my baby hairs and then i'm going to spray everything down with ebb and and tie it down and leave it tied down. For maybe like 10 minutes so okay, so i parted out my baby hairs. I took off the elastic band and honestly the ripples. Don'T look that bad now that i like um, elastic banded everything down and then i sprayed everything down with the evan lace frame. The ripples are not as noticeable so i'm happy about that. But um i took out my baby hairs and i plucked the baby hairs. As well so now i'm just going to cut the baby hair short and then i'm going to curl it using my mini half inch flat iron, the baby hairs to be quite long, not that long. I need to cut it longer. Okay, that looks good. So now i'm just going to take my baby ears curled in and then i'm going to take my little baby hair brush spray with some hairspray and then just put it in place. Do okay guys! So after the last clip that you guys saw on me, my camera died, so i just went ahead and straightened my hair, and this is what this is looking like. I honestly am obsessed with this texture. I love the fact that it's like a really nice yaki texture, i'm obsessed with that, as you guys can see so yeah. This texture looks really really natural. It'S definitely something a weight that you can pass off as like your own hair type of thing, especially if you get like a shorter wig. I might even cut this short to run like this length and i feel like if i cut this wig, it's going to look so natural.
