Guys it's 2020, so i might as well try new things. You know, starting with this hair. I'Ve bought this hair on aliexpress with my own money, so i will be giving you a honest review of this here, but before we go into this, this is me stepping out of my comfort zone so yeah the pandemic made me. Do it locked down made me. Do it you know, so i decided to try something new for a change step out of my comfort zone, and this is the color that i went with for my first color. I always go for black hair or natural brown. Is it natural brown, natural, hair color? I really do love this hair, but there are some pros and cons to this hair that i will get into later on in the video i'm still not sure about this hair, but it's gon na take some getting used to for sure. So the hair came in this box from moon magic, so moon, magic and on the back they've got the instructions on how to take care of the hair. I'M smiling because i'm like, i really really ordered this color, but anyhoo it came with a elastic band. Some eyelashes and a wig cap that i use not going to show how i install this hair because i am no expert, i'm just going to tell you what i did to get you in this state. Okay. So, if you'd like to see that keep on watching. Okay, so welcome back thanks for sticking around okay, so this hair that i will be reviewing is is from moon magic. This is from moon magic. I'Ve been got on aliexpress. I'Ve bought this um here with my own money. I'Ve done my research and i saw this color and i liked it so like i'm going to order that here. Okay, so yeah, the instructions are on the back. Okay. So first, let's talk about the customer service. I'Ll give this company nine out of ten for customer service reason being because they responded to my questions i'll say in a reasonable time period about one day or maybe 12 12 to 24 hours. I would say so. Originally, i chose the wrong delivery address when checking out this hair, and i was worried about whether or not i will be able to change it on their end or will i have to cancel it and reorder again, so they get back to me and said that No problem they'll change it. I don't need to do anything else. Okay, so that's it for customer service. As for delivery, um, i don't remember how long it took um to get here but i'll leave it on the screen. I'Ll go back and check my delivery history and see how long it took and then i'll put it on the screen for you. It didn't take that long anyway, so yeah so now. I will give you that spec that you've all been waiting for about this hair. It'S a deep wave, 360 lace, wig 10 inches ginger orange, as you can see, um deep wave, i'm not sure, but it's giving me jerry, curls vibe. So i'm not sure if deep wave and jerry carlton is the same thing. This is my first like curly wig. So yeah include a picture of the full description and also i'll have a direct link to this here on aliexpress. If you would like to check it out so before buying this hair, i did a lot of research is which vendor i should choose from. So do your research before you buy this wig because yeah do your research? That'S all i have to say so now i will be showing you how the hair came in its original state. Okay, it is a 360 lace wig. I didn't have to pre-plop this wig, which i am so happy about um before wearing this hair, though i did co-wash it um with just with this conditioner um yeah, i just co-wash it which um conditioner and let it hair dry. So the pros of this here people - it is a very soft i must say so right now. Oh i got it in this state. First, i used um conditioner with some water, and that was a bit too sticky for me. So then i i was like i'm just going to use just water under hair. You can also use mousse as well. The cons of this hair is that it sheds a lot, i'm not sure if it's, because it's bleached and dyed and stuff like that, i think else from that. I really love it. It'S very soft and yeah. I will be rocking this and also it gets puffy as the day go by it's not going to stay in this state and i'll show you a picture of that as well. So that's it for this here.
